Their service has always been top notch, and since they expanded into the next building space it’s gotten even better. They’ve serviced a bunch of boots and cleaned hats for me over the years, and when I try other businesses in town I always regret it. Superior product from a superior company.

Got my first custom hat from Flints. They did a perfect job and got it to Idaho with no problem at all. Would recommend to anyone if they want a hat made for them. Definitely will be getting more hats from them.

Let me just say that these guys are miracle workers. I had brand new leather boots that were not tall enough and pressed on the top of my feet. I thought I was going to have to send them back. But instead I dropped them off at Flints! They stretched the leather out and now they fit wonderfully. I am soooo appreciative. What a gem of a place. Could not recommend them enough.

Very disappointed in customer service and quality of work. Could not find my shoes, put new heel caps on and did not glue down leather or complete the job and did not seem to care. Charged me $14 for a incomplete job and was rude. Don’t waste your money or time

Cleaned, blocked and reshaped my grandfathers hat. This hat is over 60 years old and still Looks good. Looks great. Was shaped just to my liking. Great people and great service.

I had Flint Boot and Shoe recrease my old hat and put in. Sweatband and liner. I was very pleased with the work they did!! Kind service and very dependable!!!

I had significant water stains on my boots, and to other boot repair places in town said that they cannot do anything but polish them and that you would still be able to see the stain. I dropped by friends to see what they thought, and they said that they could d glaze the boots, and then dye them slightly darker. He said that I might still be able to see the stain, but it was worth a shot. Well I just picked them up, and they look good as new. Thanks guys.

Did a great job on a boot repair, half sole with new heel at an attractive price. Definitely recommend their service.

I took two pairs of dress shoes in to get polished. When I picked them up there were white streaks on one pair and the water spots that were there previously on the others were still there. It was as if they wiped them with a dry rag and called it good. I will never take any other shoes here again for any type of work.

I live 100 mi from lubbock and will definately use them again. Brought in 2 shoes that needed some repair. Stitched and ready before I left to return home. Awesome service. Friendly, know their stuff guys. Thank you.

The work seems satisfactory, although I have yet to wear my boots. My main reason to post a comment is to let others using the website know that the prices are significantly higher than that posted (at least as of today). When I commented on this fact, they stated we do not update the website any longer. Buyer beware.

The repairs they made on Mothers shoes were well done and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had the heel bottoms replaced of several pair of boots and heel tips replaced on a pair of pumps. Im very pleased!

I walked in told them my situation about a unexpected death and I have to wear a cowboy hat for the funeral. I purchased one not from there but I needed it to be clean.They understood took the hat cleaned it to brand new steamed and everything.

Super sweet and did a great job working on my boots

My dog got ahold of my Michael Kors purse and ruined the handle and a couple of other pieces on the inside.These guys fixed it for $12 and it looks great. The pieces were small enough that you can hardly tell that the leather is different.

I took my favorite pair or working boots (HH Buckaroos) into Flints for a complete resole and reheel build along with the installation of some sole protector rubber outsole. They did a fabulous job - made my favorite boots look and feel like new. They completed the work on time and within the quoted amount for the overall repairs requested. Ill definitely bring all my boots back in whenever they need to be rebuilt. Next up, maybe its time for a custome hat. Never had one those - always bought them off the shelf. It would be interesting to see what the cost would be to have one built from scratch. - Tim

These guys repair anything leather I think, they have repaired several pairs of boots for me as well as sewing new buttons on my western vest. They sell and custom crease hats also.
