Took my c6 corvette to do a full alignment, they call me told me one tie rod end was frozen and that tire won’t be able to get the alignment on it, but they will do the rest to put it in specs, I went to get my car, and they can’t give me a spec sheet and don’t know what they set my car at, he wants to charge me for the lifetime alignment that I wanted but can’t give me specs on what they did, I ask him to talk to the tech, to see what he did on it and he went to the back, he comes back and tells me that they didn’t do an alignment because of the one part that is frozen and ask me if I want to pay for it, and bring it back when I fix the part, so that way it’ll be free next time, but they want to charge me for work that they don’t even do. So I left my car there all afternoon for nothing, and they didn’t tell me that the work wasn’t done and try to charge me for it. If I didn’t ask him for the specs they would have charged me and not even do any work on my car at all.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Took me out in the shop to show me exactly what the issues were with my vehicle so I could make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend this business.

Todd L Powers is the most unprofessionally rude manager I’ve ever dealt with. Scheduled an appointment for a coolant leak and was told it would all be done the same day. It wasn’t! The next day they still hadn’t touched it. I was told a pressure test was done on the radiator system but the temp fix (tape) I put on was still there. For a proper pressure test to be performed, that temp fix would’ve have to have been removed. I was also told the thermostat needed to be replaced because it would not open, however when there was coolant in the system the vehicle cooled down just fine proving the thermostat was opening. Very dissatisfied with the service and the the manager Todd trying to charge for things he didn’t need to, I threatened to never bring my vehicles there again, and the manager Todd replied “good, we don’t want or need your business” and threw my key on the counter saying “bye” The only reason I got his name is because of the card that was on his desk. He refused to give me his name. After I threatened to call corporate on him and complain about the horrible customer service, he then searched me out on the internet, got a hold of my supervisor, and tried to get me in trouble before I could call on him, but obviously I did no wrong. Worst customer service ever! Todd L Powers doesn’t have the emotional or professional ability to be a manager and should never be in charge of anything!

Technicians are not properly trained. They havent seen or do not care what directional tires are - just slap them on the wheels as they come. They care even less what weight and round markings are on the tires and where they should go on the wheels.

The mechanics at this store are amazing! They found the underlying issue with my ac and saved me the hassle and money of going back to the same shop I usually go to, where they cld never fix the issue. Thanks guys!!

Tire ripped clean off the wall. 5 month old tire might I add. We only went here to purchase because discount was backed up in May. NEVER AGAIN. We were charged to replace the tire when it was clearly a defect. Todd was extremely disinterested in keeping business. 50 bucks isn’t the issue, the issue is the lack of concern that the tire was obviously defective, we shouldn’t have to pay a dime when it isn’t our fault, and my child was driving the car. WOW! Lesson learned, we will definitely wait for Discount next time, at least they are worth the money and stand by what they sell.

Ive bought 3 sets of tires here. Get my oil changed here.. went in to get my tire patched and was ignored then told they wanted 30 dollars. I havent had a complaint in 6 years but discount will fix a tire for free. I guess my tire business will go to them now.Just wish I didnt spend thousands here when they could care less about my loyalty.

Was a Great Place, been customer for years. But getting way over priced when the Store Manager tries to charge 135.00 for a 18.00 air filter and installation that takes 5 minutes to do. I went to Walmart and bought the filter and installed myself.

Awesome experience!! Fixed our flat and didn’t charge us a thing! Very nice staff. We will be back!

Very disrespectful people period..Left my tie rod loose after an alignment. Charged me 73 dollars to swap out a tire on my sons truck. Will not go back an will tell everybody..

Fast and courteous when I had dealings with them over my sons blown out tire!

If I could rate 0 I would. Waited in the lobby for almost two hours for a simple inspection. No communication at all! Went to Bolton’s same day and was in/out in 5 minutes. (Bolton’s also had a line before me unlike firestone where it was just me and 1 other person).

Rip off mostly all prices high. I went to change just one tire sensor and the estimate $120 . I got it from Walmart Auto centre 82nd at just $28.

My wife had a flat tire late in the evening, close to closing time and Todd went above and beyond to make sure we got our tire back the same day! Very nice and understanding group! Theyve earned my business and will continue to come here! I highly recommend you give them a shot!

This is a horrible place to go I got all four oversized tires replaced at discount Tire and it took them 40 minutes my brother-in-law purchase his tires here so I took his truck here and it took a full four hours they had one man operating the whole back of the shop then they try to charge me $246 for one tire sensor while discount tires sells you all four for less than 100 take my advice and dont go here

Very slow.... Needed a quick repair during the work day and called ahead to see if they were busy if I can get a tire repaired real quick. Todd the manager assured me yes he could repair it real quick. Waited over an hour before they even walked in the direction of my car. Had somebody else in and out after I came in.... Missed my next appointment.

Took my truck in to get the emergency brake pad/ring replaced and was flat out refused service because i did not want to change out my rotors, which they did not take off, that were REPLACED LAST YEAR!! All of which was condoned by the actual store manger Billy Jr. location off of 82nd and Milwaukee.

The service was great! Max is definitely a gem. He took care of me both times (in one week) I purchased a tire. There was a little mix up but it was quickly corrected. Thanks guys!

I own a fleet of delivery vans/trucks and do business with most every shop in town. In the last year, Ive had brakes, rotors, cam replacement, a/c repair and tires done at Firestone. I brought in a cutaway van one morning last weekend needing rear brakes and a rotor, which requires pulling the axle on this vehicle. They said itd take until late that afternoon, which seemed fast given the work involved and parts sourcing required. They called at 1:00PM to say it was ready and the cost was as quoted. Cant beat that.TL/DR: Took less time than estimated, cost as quoted and performed as expected.

I was helped by Matthew and he is awesome. He was very helpful, efficient, and friendly. My car was done very quickly, but done well. Great experience!

Had an appt. At 5 showed up before 5 and waited for over an hour for them to even move my car into the bay. Another lady walked in and didnt have an appointment and was in and out before I was even close to having my oil change done. What the point of going through the trouble to make an appointment if others who walk in get service faster? I understand helping others but waiting over 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous.

This place is clean and friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast. Only thing I didnt like...was! breakfast ended @ 9am. But besides that very comfortable place to be and stay. Good WIFI connection beds are comfortable, the pillows are amazing. And the pool is kind friendly! Awesome pool, looks like a maze with cool lights.

How is this a TIRE PLACE??????? They took 5 hours to put a patch on my tire the first time. That one leaked constantly and right away. I took it back to have them redo the patch, it took them 5 hours AGAIN, when you would think they would rectify a mistake quickly. To make matters worse, I went out of town for work the next morning and my tire promptly started leaking air out of town where Walmart was my only choice. Walmart found a sidewall hole that had been completely missed and I ended up with a new tire after a whole week of wasted time. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

I arrived at Firestone at approximately 8:45 am and walked to the service desk to speak with the employee. I informed him I needed my front brake pads changed because there is grinding, he replies well we can do an inspection to see what needs to be done. I tell him that sounds good and he has my vehicle pulled into the bay. At this point there was one other vehicle on a lift inside the bay, and the time was about 8:50 am.I sit down expecting to be called in about 10 - 15 minutes to hear what was found when looking over my rotors and drums. As I am sitting in the waiting area I can look through the window and see my truck on the lift with the front tires removed and no one around the vehicle. So I wait longer and keep looking through the window and never see anyone around the vehicle. Around 9:45 am I hear my name called and the guy tells me my rotors are damaged because of how low the brake pads were. As stated before I knew this was going to be the case so was not surprised. He then tells me the back brakes are warn almost completely, which makes since because I have not changed the brake pads on this vehicle before. I tell him it is okay to change the front rotors, pads, and read pads.Now I am not a certified mechanic, and I usually change my own brake pads, but did not want to mess with it on this particular day. I know I can change a brake pad alone in less than 20 minutes per wheel. I continue to sit in the waiting area, being very patient (not my norm), and get up to use the restroom. At this point the time is nearing 10:45 am and an employee at the service desk ask if I was doing okay. I replied no, I am still waiting. To which he replied yup.Now normally at service related businesses a person would tell you that they would go check on your vehicle and give you an update, well that was to much to ask for a Firestone employee. At 11:15 am I get up and ask the guy how much longer it would be on my vehicle. He opens the door to the service bay where 4 employees are BSing around a table and asks. He then tells me another hour. At this point I become very upset and tell him I have been here since 8:45 am and it should only take about 20 minutes to change rotors and brakes per wheel. He replies, well your brakes on on the lathe ant that takes time. At this point I tell him I would never return to Firestone and was very displeased with their service.I finally got my vehicle at 11:50 am, a total of 3 hours and 5 minutes to change brake pads. The service at this location was horrible, and to make it worst the employee asked me if I wanted to sign up for a Firestone card, to which I replied absolutely not, I will never be back here.

This was my first visit to this location. I was very early for my appointment but they got me in and out quickly. They were very helpful answering questions about tires while changing my oil.

Took three hours to do an oil change... 1 hour to wait for the ONE car ahead of me and 2 with the truck in the bay. I appreciate taking your time but jeez...its an oil change!

Took my truck in to get the alignment done,,,, and the person that did the alignment and I were discussing the issue,,,, he pulled the truck back in and checked it and it wasnt right. Said he would redo it. Left there and went to get tires spun balanced and rotated and steering wheel was not straight. Called and spoke with them they said could take care of it but there would be a charge. Get a grip I gotta pay for their screw up!!!This is the second time that Firestone has messed up one of our trucks,,, it all started with the alignment to!!!This Firestone is a new one been open grand total of 2 weeks figured would give them a try (Firestone) once again. Well Im sure you know we will not ever be back to Firestone again not even to purchase tires and (will) not refer them to (anyone)!!!!I will say they did not charge me for the alignment said they wanted to gain my business back. It was very much appreciated they did that although I did offer to pay. They said no. But why should I have to pay now to get their screw up fixed that was not even the reason to begin with why I took it in!!!!My first experience was with the one on Slide road and this time was with the one on Milwaukee and 82nd. BEWARE people UPDATETook our truck to a highly respected place to get the alignment rechecked same day we left the Firestone and the truck was very much out of alignment worse than it was to start with. Got the print outs to verify all this. Went to McWhorters on 50th and got treated with respect charged $65.00 they double check their work. After alignment take vehical for test drive bring it back and check it again to make sure the job is done correctly. They go out of their way to please the costumer and theres a years warranty to the alignment. For $65.00.After alignment went down the road truck has no pulling what so ever when left Firestone truck was still pulling to the Left and they were saying was the tires. Well truck is a 2017 and the truck only has 1400 miles on it and they couldnt detect where the tire was wearing I had to show them. 🤔True new vehical should not need to be aligned but its not the 1st one weve bought that weve had to get alignment done. Depends on how was handled while was being transported to dealership.If you want a good job with stand behind Warrenty and cheaper I highly recommend McWhorters on 50th street!!!Be aware people with Firestone. Read the reviews before going!!!!!!!!

I like this place, always get the wheel alignment done here, cant beat the 1year warranty on alignment. They also give a printed copy of alignment specs.
