Location is currently under construction 66th is closed, but there is a detour one street down. Only one dock, first come first serve basis, so get there early. We were in and unloaded in about 1 hour exactly. Easier to drive in through the exit, pull out through the marked entrance and back into dock. Easiest way to get in and out. Make sure your tandems are all the way to the back after youre in position to back up.

I’m not a builder but a homeowner. A delivery driver ran over my brick mailbox without letting me know. So the day wasn’t going well; I had no clue how to match the brick and mortar. All the employees helped so much to find a solution for me!! It wasn’t a big sell, but that didn’t matter. They all had excellent, helpful attitudes. Thank you!

Bad place for unload dry van only 1 dock be ready for wait a lot

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had - EVER! If you are willing to keep calling over and over; willing to wait literally months, and are willing to be given excuse after excuse as to why your order hasnt come in? This is the company for you. Please take my advice go somewhere else. I finally did and my got my remodeled home done - although it took nearly 4 months longer than it should have thanks to Acme dont care Brick.

Buyers beware. The staff is very unprofessional. They do not respond to phone calls or email. You have to pin them down to get anything done. Then, they do it at a snails pace. We waited so long for them to get it together, we ended up losing our workers who were going to do the install and our project was delayed for months. They really dont seem to care. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know in construction to find someone else.

First off Great Job Acme Brick....U beat everyother Brick Company in Lubbock...U made us Feel Welcomed and Thanks To Keith and Robin...Great Sales Representatives....However the whole Body of Acme Brick makes it what it is from Front Desk to Loaders to Delivery Drivers...Right from the start I was treated with Respect and Professional Courtesy...Just cuz I was a New Face...I was treated as Family... Ive become a Loyal Client to Acme Brick and will only Get my Brick and Stone from Them.... I own OperateJOHNNY APPLESEED LANDSCAPINGJust cuz im not a Big Bricklaying Company or One to begin with that didnt stop Acme Staff from Treating me Like An Old Friend and Client.....I Highly Recommend only Them...GOD BLESS

Terrible customer service no one knows anything no one seems to care. We are out of town building contractor use acme brick on all our projects but this location needs some reorganization.
