Super friendly and amazing service! As a student, I feel very safe with the security I had set up and am glad that I can arm and disarm my alarm all from my mobile device. The technology is straightforward and easy to understand with lots of options for turning on or off door entry chimes (so I can turn it off if Im expecting to have lots of guests over!). Tony and Steve were wonderful, friendly, and patient as they walked me and my family through all the steps of setting up the system on my mobile device as well as practicing arming/disarming my alarms. I highly recommend them for any home security needs!

Initial quote was given the same day we called, and then the install was scheduled for just few days later.The service is great, and the phone app that allows access anywhere for the owner is an absolute plus!The team members are always willing to work to meet the image we had in mind for the stores security, and they are easy to get in touch with, which is what impressed us the most.

We had just moved in to a pretty modern and remodeled office space in Southwest Lubbock but didnt want to cover walls or corners with even semi-ugly alarm equipment. We talked with Tony and found they could meet all of our exact install needs... and the system looked great! The 1st Alarm app works better than most of the paid apps I have installed on my phone. Turning the heat up or down while Im away is a plus as well. The whole system is simple to use, very affordable and trouble free. Not sure why anyone would use anything else.
