Chill environment with nice people and a good selection of cigars. Great place to kick back and relax.

Good selection. The only major concern I have is that all the cigars are left in the open air without a humidor. Some were even unwrapped, displayed in the box. The cigars were still okay, but you could tell a difference when compared to the same cigars that are kept in a dedicated humidor. Pricier than our home shop. The staff was nice. I suspect they have a reason for storing them the way they do because their inventory is a significant investment for them and theyre clearly knowledgeable. But, its a point many people might want to know beforehand.*In response to the Owner* Thank you for the reply. Ill respectfully disagree that the whole store maintains consistent, proper humidity. The cigars *were* smokable. The quality was unquestionably affected, when compared to the same cigar from dedicated humidors. Again, nice staff. But I wouldnt feel comfortable paying *more* money than normal for cigars that arent kept at a certain standard. Definitely personal preference. Thanks.

They are so helpful. I was shopping for a gift for my husband and I dont know anything about cigars. I was helped, I want made to feel stupid, and I was listened to and treated with respect and was made to feel welcomed. I will continue to go there and will still be helped with MY needs. If you are looking for a place to either start as a hobby or just need to do some cigar shopping this is the place for you! Very comfortable atmosphere!

The selection is great and the conversation and knowledge is, in general amazing... The entire building is humidified so it makes a easy and enjoyable shopping experience due to the lack of cramped humidor and the lounge looks fun too! Im looking forward to the poker night! Prices arent horrible but for the most part the markup isnt that bad compared to other shops. In most smokes it was less then a dollar over other shops and the experience is worth that... If you want quantity for the best price, online prices cant be beat, if, on the other hand you want to experience a good atmosphere and pleasant conversation as well as high quality smokes then this is the place! Great job!

Good Karma Cigar has a great selection of boutique cigar brands also have a lot of very hard to find gems. I was expecting a little room full of cigars when I entered but to my surprise the entire building was the humidor. I’m very impressed with their setup and how everything is properly humidified. They also have a member’s lounge that is on my top three best cigar lounges. The staff is knowledgeable about the product they sell and are always staying involved with the cigar industry! If you’re a cigar lover like myself or have a passion for great quality cigars, I highly recommend Good Karma Cigar!!!! Talk to Lance and he’ll put you in the right direction.

BEST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We dont smoke, but we went in to check out the wooden cigar boxes for sale. Great place--but you can find just about anything here. Huge selection, enormous humidor. Had everything I was looking for and decent prices. Also carries large selection of pipes and pipe tobacco. I have to say I am beyond impressed. He shows expert knowledge and a genuine concern that I am a satisfied customer even BEFORE I set foot in the store. I called because I needed empty cigar boxes. The service was superb.He had a huge selection of empty cigar boxes, which are among the best storage devices ever. And theres always room for one more in the collection! Of course, Richs is smart about this and theyre priced accordingly. With great difficulty, I limited myself to 23 boxes, before I went merrily on my way.

Best place for cigars in Lubbock! There was a guy working who is a stand in from fort Worth that Im not too fond of. Its not too cool to be looked up and down and asked if I smoke cigars like I shouldnt or something. Other than that its a great place and atmosphere.

Kristy and her staff are the some of the most knowledgeable people about cigars in Lubbock. They are very accommodating and always in a great mood. I recently joined their membership lounge and the service jumped to an even higher level. All in all, this is a great place! Check it out.

In town for the night while traveling for work and found this shop. I am so happy I did. Brad is warm and so inviting. I spent an hour or so chatting with him and other patrons. The feeling of comfort and belonging that this location lays out for its customers is world class. I work in retail mgmt and this type of experience is what we strive for but very rarely are able to replicate. I believe it is all bc of the people. Bravo Good Karma Cigar! You now have a loyal customer and brand advocate! I will be at your Amarillo store tomorrow night now!!

I found this cigar shop by accident, and I am very glad that I did. Lance the manager opened his doors up to me and my friends in true southern hospitality. Even though my friends only bought 1 cigar each we were invited to the back where the regulars were having a party. We were offered beer, and welcomed like old friends. A business this friendly is rare, even in the great state of Texas. I highly recommend that you make a stop by Karma Cigar as you pass through Lubbock, you wont regret it!

I am from Dallas and we have a lot cigar lounges. This was one of the most laid back cigar spots. The workers are friendly and very helpful. If you want to smoke with real down to earth folks this is the place!!!

My first visit here to the shop as an out of town person from Albuquerque N.M. This is a jewel of place whenever I come back into town I will make it one of my first stops and visits in Lubbock. Friendly and helpful staff . I enjoyed a nice Macanudo Inspirado stick and it was smooth and delightful. Huge selection here. Only problem I have, and it minor, is that the cigars are displayed out in the open where other people smoke. So the cigars that are not individually wrapped can get the store smells which can degrade the quality of the cigars. Otherwise, very helpful employees and vast selection.

Great Selection has lots of hard to find cigars. However most are marked up way above retail. Just lost $100 worth of my business due to $3 per stick mark up. I know its not easy for to carry some of that inventory but I wont pay those prices.
