Produce stocked fresh fruit and vegetables with great selection. Meat department well stocked with coolers full especially the sale items with no clutter and easily accessible for all customers even handicapped. Food isles well stocked with employees asking if needed help, overall willingness to make sure able to locate everything needed. Great Grocery shopping experience.

Things seem to be out of place. The store felt backward. Produce department was very small. Missing lots of items off the shelves. Staff was friendly and bathrooms seemed recently cleaned.The staff member in the photo, Korina was very helpful in finding things that seem to be out of their normal locations. Just very deliteful and knowledgeable. A real gem for Walmart.If you like my review, please like and follow. Thanks.

Not bad! Not all that different from other Walmarts Ive been to. Affordable and low priced electronics and clothing. But for food Id rather shop at H.E.B in many other parts of Texas; H.E.B is for food. Walmart is for everything else

Revamped store and some of the product lines have been redone, more moderate priced items for budget conscious shoppers. Check out is not customer friendly, with flaws that are not readily fixed by the employee covering those check out points and may take time for a manager to help resolve the issue. Hours are convenient for shopping and planning a shopping trip during times that fewer customers are in the store. Return policy has changed that is more customer friendly but does create a little longer wait time for customer service rep and the other offered services have been more clearly defined by an information board on fees and other charges.

Was looking for some Texas Tech gear but realized that they had a very limited selection. Maybe another location would be better. Great wine selection though. Be careful in the parking lot, people dont seem to pay much attention. 😬

This Walmart has a good inside appearance. It is located right on the highway feeder road. I found the cleaning supplies that I needed and was in and out quickly. I did notice that they were low on items. I am glad to know that this store is here.

20+ checkout lanes and only 3-4 are open with 5-6 customers deep, while the parking lot is about less than half full at most. The self checkout lane is 5-6 customers deep with a staff member who moves at the pace of molasses. The paint thinner I am attempting to purchase needs approval, but said employee is too busy to approve the purcahse as he is directing people, I assume can read, to self checkouts that take cash or card only. Upon leaving, without finalizing my purchase, I encounter an employee who is just standing at the exit. I will never shop here again.

Couldnt try any clothes on because the dressing rooms are closed. Customer service said they been closed for months. Parents are buying school clothes for their kids and they cant try them on ridiculous.

For years even before COVID there isles are never fully stocked. Their restrooms are disgusting, never ever clean. Truck stops have cleaner restrooms. I only go there whenever I just need something quick. I rather drive 3 miles our of my way to go to a walmart

The Mgr is a very nice gentleman and the staff had the place clean, everyone was stocking and I enjoy this Walmart more than the other three in Lubbock!

This Walmart sucks. Ordered online I got double charged and my order only came once. Ive been calling all morning since 8 am trying to get my refund for being charged $78.88 twice and no one will pick up the phone. When they do they just hang up on me. Customer service wont even pick up the phone. Just ridiculous. What kind of business doesnt pick up the phone at all?? Mind you Ive bought thousands of dollars through walmart.com and online ordering and this is what kind of service I receive. I have Covid and pneumonia cant just drive up there even though I would really love to right about now. Extremely unsatisfied. Never have I had problems like this at other Walmart locations. Customer service at this location sucks!!!!! I will be complaining to corporate. Its one thing to not answer when its busy but Ive literally called several times today and nothing.

It’s a good Walmart. They didn’t have their typical things stocked. Customer service was good. They didn’t have enough checkers, but the ones who were there were speedy and friendly.

Walmart is Walmart this is not the best one in Lubbock however they have good clearance prices most of the time.

The guys in the garden center were amazing. I havent experienced that kind of promptness and friendliness at Walmart in a long time.

They make you wait in line forever to check out! Trying to force you to use self checkout well I dont work for Walmart and they dont give a discount for self checkout just have to pay more part. Time employee to do it! I am handicapped and a cart to shop they make it very difficult to find a available cart and have so merchandise in the isle especially at isle intersections it is very hard to manuver without knocking something over

My visit at Walmart was a truly a blessing. I was able to find what I need quickly n the checker was very helpful. My blessing came when I was checking out n a customer saw that I was sick with my mask on, she paid for my groceries n said count it as a blessing. God is good!!!!

What an excellent experience! When traveling to Lubbock we arrived at our hotel and discovered that we had a flat tire. I changed the tire to the donut tire, went to Walmart to have the flat fixed (which was not repairable). The technician was very helpful in finding a tire for us, mounted and installed while we shopped. We have shopped at our closest Walmart with Auto Services but, have never had text notifications that our vehicle service was completed. This is a great addition to what we are accustomed to. We will continue to choose Walmart for our needs.

Waited for 30 minutes for someone to help us get ammunition and no one would answer the phone to get any help. Only reason for a two start review is because Mr. Brian the worker was super friendly and very apologetic that no one was back here to help us.

Friendly associates. Customer service was great. I use Walmart Pay to check out and use the price scanner on the app to check prices while Im there. When I have to make a return occasionally, my receipts are all stored in the app. I just love it. Walmart is one of the only places that sells shoes for me in a 12w. I appreciate them.

Its great Walmart, although upon leaving one of the machines near the entrance and exits was zapping out. Made me jump in shock, like I had been shocked. And others that were leaving at the same time as well. So I turned around and went back in to report it as being a possible danger. The door gentleman basically said it was not a danger to anyone. But I felt like If it didnt electrocute anyone it could possibly give some unsuspecting patron a heart attack.

It was good got what I needed and got out of there theyre always so busy but it wasnt too bad this time it was early in the morning so it was good you all have a blessed day whoever is reading this

Easy to get to in Lubbock, right off the South Loop on the South side, and on the East side of Quaker.

Average Walmart experience. I dont really care for the expanded self checkout stations. There was not one register open with a Walmart associate working behind it.

All the personal are so nice except when trying to buy material is hard to find someone to cut ✂️ the material for you. But keep up the great job.

The host was very nice. But our server took about 10-15 mins to even come and great us and only brought bread plates to table no bread no menus. She seem like she didnt want to be there no smile no enthusiasm at all plus she seemed prejudice like she didnt want to wait on us at all very distance she asked for drink order but never did ask if we wanted an appetizer and she did tell us thank u for stacking our dishes and she still didnt even ask about dessert shortly she brought us the check and this was our first time ever eating there forMe and my friend we were greatly disappointed ☹️☹️

Many times the shelves are empty or checkout is inconvenient because many times you cannot use cash. It is a 3 star because they are the only one in town

Very disappointed. Had to walk in and out the same door on the grocery side. What would happen if there was a fire or anything. Why are all the doors closed and we have to all be so close to each other. Has the Corona fried Walmarts mind. If the masks are working that they make us wear then why is business as usual so not usual and communist. And all the parking lot was full of baskets. Not even worth a star. I miss kmart.

Decent store, decent selections. Its a little smaller than some but still has most of what we need. They need to be a little quicker about getting carts out of the parking lot for the next person to use, but otherwise its a good store. Well be back.

Its Wal-Mart what do you expect? Its my local one, and its just like any other. Line will sometimes be long, it will be busy around 5-7pm, has all the Supercenter basics.

Prices are very competitive and the stores are real clean. But come check out time be ready for a long wait. Doing away with people as cashiers is a problem for customers.

I bought two new tires.This Walmarts Tire, Lube Center is the Best in Texas! Im glad they made it back after the shut down. Cashier had me sack my own purchases.When home checking my receipt, found that I was charged twice for three items in the amount of $25.00.was not able to get customer service to answer phone so that the error could be corrected.

It is very bad that you come to a store to get a few items and it take 45 minutes to get checked out. The line I was in had about 6 baskets waiting to check out and only a few registers open. Walmart in a multi-million dollar store and they cannot open but a few registers. This does not make sense. Management at Walmart needs to be looking at the problems they have and resolve them.

My daughter has been to pick up orders 3 times in the last week. She has waited over an hour each time. Second time lost order had to pick order again.This is ricidilious for the long wait. Dont book alot of people for this time if you cant take care of them. Have more staff on hand to handle. This store is closest to house.Wl have to shop elsewhere. Service sucks and is not improving.
