They have good granite but their customer service is terrible. The man that works there barely helped us. We wsited a week for him to give the granite company a cost of the granite we were interested in and after a week, they still didn’t have a price for us. We were able to get the granite with another supplier that was very knowledgeable and had great customer service.

I hired another countertop place to install my granite countertops in the kitchen, both bathrooms, including the backsplash, sink and faucet. They have NOT returned my text message nor my phone call. They were supposed to send me the color choices of the sink, but haven’t. In addition, the countertop place was about to install the wrong color countertop; however, Pinnacle saved me. They helped me by answering my questions and concerns ensuring that I got the correct granite slab before the install. Ben is amazing and I wish that I had known about Pinnacle before I signed a contract with the other place. If you want the work order correct, questions and concerns addressed professionally, I would highly recommend Pinnacle Granite.
