Getting our granite from Allied Stone was a piece of cake, and the icing on our outdoor kitchen! We went over budget when building our outdoor kitchen, so when it came time for the granite, I had a budget I had to keep in! Robert Luna kept me on task with only showing me samples that were in my price range, and went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect! We couldnt be more happier with our experience from the granite to the customer service, top notch all the way!

We have completed remodeling both of our bathrooms with new counter tops from Allied Stone of Lubbock. We are 100% satisfied with our counter tops.The front of the house staff are very friendly and professional. Kudos to Roxann for keeping us aware of every step in these projects. Every one from the front are extremely nice and helpful.The back of the house, installers, were exceptionally polite and respectful while installing. I am currently working from home and they kept the noise and mess to a minimum. They were very quick and efficient and answered all questions.I am looking forward to remodeling the kitchen counters - who says that really? Top quality countertops with even better customer service. I was very pleased with my experience

We recently had a very negative experience with this company, which exposed the fact that they care less about customer satisfaction and more about profit.In fact our builder contracted them for several items while building the home, including installing the kitchen sink. Approximately two months after moving into the home, our reverse osmosis (RO) faucet ran dry. We called the RO folks and they explained that the RO safety system tripped due to a water leak in the cabinet underneath the sink. We then filled a maintenance request with the builder and explained that the leak was noticed while investigating why our RO faucet ran dry. The builder in turn forwarded the request to Allied Stone.A few days later, Allied Stone sent a representative to our home. To our surprise, instead of fixing the leak, he looked around, confirmed theres a leak indeed, and took several pictures. He then explained that he was there for an initial assessment and that a technician would come over by the end of the week for repairs.Long story short, we received an email from the builder explaining that Allied Stone decided not to make the repair because the countertop area around which they installed the sink was modified; and by modified, they mean another contractor installed a reverse osmosis faucet close by. We were speechless!How likely is it that drilling a small hole in less than 10 sec on the countertop caused the transparent seal around the sink to weaken? Even worst, we were shocked by the fact that they took time, money and effort just to send someone in order to take pictures, instead of directly sending a technician who could have replaced and reinforced the seal in minutes.This company definitely doesnt go above and beyond to serve their customers. They look for the opportunities not to honor their warranty policy, rather than for opportunities to provide excellent customer service.I should mention that the builder representative (not an Allied Stone employee) was very courteous and helpful throughout this experience. He even provided references to products we could use in order to fix the leak ourselves.——————————UPDATE: May 30th 2020Per their request below, I did contact them 2 months ago, but no one ever reached back or replied.

Great showroom with lots of variety. Pamela was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all rushed or pushy. She was great. Also, there is a kids area with books, toys, and kids movies which was great for them to have something to do too.

Allied Stone is fortunate to have the sweet and gregarious Bobbie as a sales associate. The granite installers, Richard, Justin, and Chris, did and an amazing job. They were efficient, fun, and did a professional job. Also, I was amazed at the spatial visual talents of Abel who did the granite layout on the computer. Kudos to these individuals who made purchasing granite at Allied a pleasant experience.

We wanted an outdoor kitchen and knew what we wanted. Choosing granite would normally seem stressful but Bobbie at The Lubbock location made it a breeze. Christian came by and acessed the granite problems we were having due to the installation from another installer. He was honest and came to our rescue. His team repaired our brand new granite and did a great job. Very satisfied with their quality of work.

We recently changed out 3 bathroom counter tops and our kitchen. Robert Luna helped us pick out the most beautiful counters. He was so easy to work with and even followed up when they were in, such a guy! Crystal helped schedule us in a timely manner, literally squeezing us in which I know wasn’t easy. Very pleased with the work performed by Allied Stone. Working with Robert Luna was excellent, he helped us to find complimentary granite for what we already had in our kitchen area, as well as finding a piece covering a 11ft plus island without a seam. The work was accomplished as promised, the deadline met early by several days. The crew installing the granite were efficient and did an outstanding job. We absolutely love the island versus the high bar we had before that.

Love the people that work at Allied. I have known Betty, TC and quite a few others for over 10 years. Betty actually takes care of my customers when i send them in and she does an excellent job making my customers feel comfortable and that they understand the process. I believe Allied Stone is the best in Lubbock for sales, fabrication and installation. All of my customers have been very happy with the finished product.

If they don’t have it, they have stores all over to pull from and more than likely they can get it for you. Had a great experience with Allied Stone and our sales contact, Robert Luna. It took me a while to find the perfect quartzite slab for our kitchen, and they were always happy to meet me to view the slabs, help hold backsplash samples and more. Robert reached out to his contacts and sent pictures of various white marble slabs that seemed to fit what we needed for the bathrooms and then transferred my slabs from the out of town location to Lubbock. Michael was super kind and helpful to come out to our house to attempt to remove an ink stain from our beautiful island. Took a couple of visits but it worked! We are moving to another city and hope to use Allied again.

Allied Stone of Lubbock installed my beautiful granite in my newly built Betenbough home! I am extremely impressed in all the work they have done! If youre looking for great quality granite, Robert Luna and his team are a great choice!

Our kitchen remodel, in parts, has been a disaster. I can say with 100% certainty and without hesitation that you should NEVER use Allied StoneIn short, they measured our walls incorrectly and blamed us when the cabinets had to be torn out because they were the wrong size. We are still waiting on a refund for that.They measured our fridge incorrectly, thus making upper and lower cabinets not fit correctly. They also blamed us for this. We are still waiting for a refund on that.We asked for our island to be the same size it is now, and rather got one that is many inches bigger, which doesnt work in our space. They blamed us and as you can guess, we are still waiting on a refund for the correct size as we paid over.The designer assigned to us assumed the size of our fridge, the way our cabinets should open in respect to other cabinets in the kitchen and the size of our microwave. Because of this, we had to pay for their mistakes, while being blamed for them.Our general contractor, my husband and the owner of Allied Stone all met in the house while the designer was there, and Allied Stone was told multiple times, over and over, specifics needed for our kitchen before the project started.We finally had to buy a cabinet from someone in Oklahoma who could fit it in our space, while our contractor had to adjust what was the original blueprint. Allied Stone has yet to refund us for that cabinet, yet said because of that, we changed the entire design of the kitchen. However, the designer didnt do her job. She couldn’t even measure the wall.We are waiting on molding to finish off over half of the kitchen.We were told demo would start December 9th. So our kitchen has been boxed up since December 8th. It is still unfinished as we wait on Allied Stone to provide what we have already paid for.Our 3 week remodel has now lasted over 2.5 months, still with no resolution in sight. We have made many attempts to contact them in person, phone and email. We do get some communication but never a resolution. Our contractor has also spoken back and forth with them on our behalf and he gets no resolution either. Why our contractor continues to give this business referrals is beyond me. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemyWhat I can say, is that in the middle of this disaster, we called Scott Adams with Crown Stone. He was at our house within hours, measured, ordered our counter tops and within a week of the first phone call to him, has our counter tops installed. We will be redoing bathrooms as soon as the kitchen is complete and there is one company we will not be calling.We expected bumps in the road. We did not expect to be working with a company who was ok in treating customers this way. Since telling friends about our experience, we’ve had multiple friends tell us similar stories of unexpected raised prices, hidden costs and horrible communication. We have called, emailed and also gone in person to resolve this matter. The fact is they are ok with this treatment of their customers and the customer service they have provided. I will be sure every person I know, knows of this experience and what kind of crooks they are dealing with when choosing Allied Stone.EDITED TO ADD: We were contacted after this review and asked what it would take to remove our review from our Facebook, Yelp and this Google page. We have never been after a monetary amount. We simply want what is owed to us. We have 2 bids - one for just cabinets and one for cabinets and countertops. When speaking with them they have all different hidden costs never showed to us in the original bid. Clearly, they dont want this review out there for the world to see, hence trying to find out what it would cost to have us remove this review.

Company does not pay its bills and thus you will have people trying to collect from you instead. Buyer beware!

Hired them for a simple shower job, after I paid them they decided they couldnt do the job. Its been 2 weeks that Ive been trying to get my money back. Every time I call they are in a meeting or just left. Dont use these people! The only reason they get one star is because theres nothing lower than that.
