The install looks great and we are very happy with the final product.There have been some quality issues with a few of the planks, but so far, All State has been incredibly responsive to these issues and have fixed these problems with no hassle.I would be happy to use them again in the future and I would gladly recommend All State to anyone needing some fencing work done.

Great customer service and great selection of Lumber.

Short Version: They damaged my house, did a poor job, and gave me the runaround. In all of my interactions, I have tried to be patient but it has become very apparent that this company has many communication problems, both internally, and with their customers. At first I got the impression that they were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction and trying to do the right thing. I had confidence that we would be able to come to some equitable resolution and had no qualms about paying them. Thankfully I was advised by another contractor not to make full payment until all issues were resolved. It seems, however, that much of the emphasis they put on customer satisfaction is merely to save face. While I am sure that most jobs go pretty smoothly, mine did not. 2 months later, 2 physical visits to their store, countless calls, 9 return visits to my house, and Im tired of dealing with this. Since I asked for the owner to call me more than once, and he didnt, I can only assume that my job was small potatoes and not worth his time. This company left me with a job that didnt meet my requirements and no real resolution. At this point, and after so many interactions, I feel as though I have been begging them to fix it. To top it off, I had a third party concrete guy come out and inspect the work. His first statement was that he would never do work like that and immediately noticed the cracks in the footer and suggested that while some cracking is to be expected, the number of cracks would seem to indicate that the concrete was probably mixed with too much water. Just generally a sloppy job all around. If you have a small job, dont use this company, they are too busy for you and should anything go wrong, its not worth their time to deal with it.Update: Im leaving my original sentiments in this review because it is important to know how I felt during this experience. After posting this review, Nikki got in touch with me and helped ensure that they addressed all of my issues and facilitated an on-site meeting with the owner in which we were able to come to an equitable agreement. While my experience wasnt a great one, they acknowledged this and apologized profusely for it. Nikki stayed in touch and continued to work with me until the end (which I appreciated much more than talking to a different person every time). I may not be fully satisfied with the overall experience that I had but in the end I have to admit that they stuck with me through it all and showed just how dedicated they are to customer satisfaction. For these reasons I am adjusting my original one-star review to three stars. I cant ignore the experience I had, but I also cant ignore the effort that Nikki and Austin put forth to try to rectify it. After talking to the owner, and based on all the great reviews, I suspect my experience was just a one-off and not typical for them.

Mark and his team were amazing. When I first called for a quote they were on top of it and got back to me in detail what the job was going to require. We told them what we wanted and he completely understood and made it happen. When the guys came out to actually do the job the other Mark who installed the fence along with his hand were professional and fast. They did a solid job for us and we couldnt be happier. All-State Fence exceeded all of my expectations. The service was excellent, and the work was flawless. I highly recommend them.I got the 6 dog eared pickets with the upgraded metal posts (which seemed logical for our infamous wind) and the heavy duty gate with welded metal frame, which leaves a wider opening and is definitely sturdier. I also got the concrete curb, which is perfect. It raises the fence up another few inches and is sure to keep my pups secure.I didnt actually get to see the fence first hand until dark, and it is absolutely amazing what a difference it made to my backyards appearance.

One of my neighbors had some fence post replaced and All State left a mess. Reporting to City and hazard clean up. All State is over rated and there are much better fence companies. Btw they also left the fence next door loose and left nail and wood chips all over the yard next door; then left flower stands in front of door so the guy next door could not exit his back door. I would definitely recommend for any residential or commercial fencing needs. They also offer free on-site estimates, and we received it in a timely manner.

We chose All State due to recommendations from others in town. We set up an appointment and were surprised to get a phone call saying they had a cancellation and would be out the following Wednesday to put up our fence. We came home to our old fence down, and just posts remaining leaving our entire backyard exposed. We figured they were letting the posts set and would be back the next day. The next day nothing was worked on. We had to call and ask when they would be back to which we would be told that they have 2 teams and the next team wouldn’t be back until the following day. We had zero communication about this and were under the impression the fence would be up in a day, maybe 2. There seems to be a continued lack of communication between their teams and the customers.

This company had a job posted on indeed. To apply they requested that people go take an application to them. Mind you, this is understandable if they are open to interviewing at the same time. I went out and took my application. I was met by a men who was very cold and impersonal. He read my application, gave me a go to hell look, said well, you meet all of the qualifications, but well just have to talk to corporate. I immediately knew that I would not work for this company and that I would not go in for the interview if they did call. I would suspect that my age had something to do with this. I am a 60 year old man that is in better shape than most guys 20 years younger than me. Im over-qualified for the position as far as my skill set goes. I would like to point out that employment is a two-way relationship. Whoever this man was made this company look bad and I am thankful I wasnt contacted.

They left a huge mess behind and never got it all the way cleaned up. Many of the pickets are cracked, some seem rotten, some are a bit warped already. The guy using the nail gun was inept. I paid top price for a good 7 foot cedar fence and concrete curb. Very disappointed in the quality of the work. This fence is not nearly worth what I paid.

This company promised 48 hour turn around on a 4 sided fence and delivered. I’m happy with quality, communication, project, cleanup and finished project. Ask for Corey as your lead crew man and his workers won’t disappoint!Very happy customer!

I live in a rented house, and when the already aged fence in existence on the west side when I first took up residence here blew down a few years ago, my landlord had it replaced, but it seems he did so more or less on the cheap. The 4 x 4 wood posts used by the contractor he engaged werent even cemented in, so of course they rotted off at the bottom relatively quickly, which resulted in entire sections of the fence falling down completely, with still others about to, this year. I decided to bypass my landlord and foot the bill myself in order to have it replaced with a quality fence using metal fence posts, particularly because theres literally nothing other than a vacant lot and four houses between the property I live on and the mountains of central New Mexico, so the fence catches a lot of the virtually constant and often very strong west Texas wind. I was already familiar with and impressed by the quality of work All State does from having seen a lot of it around town, so they were the first and ultimately only company I sought an estimate from. The estimate was detailed, complete, and considerably less expensive than I had expected it to be and had budgeted for, so I was able to upgrade to heavier schedule 40 metal posts as well as a welded metal frame for the one gate that needed to be replaced along with the dilapidated fence. From beginning to end the entire project was delightfully smooth, and absolutely every employee of All State that I had any contact with--the young man who came to take measurements for the estimate, the young lady who answered the telephone whenever I called and who called me to let me know when the work would begin, the sales manager Mark, the crew of Corey, Sammy, and J.T. who actually tore down the remnants of the old fence and installed the new posts on a Tuesday and returned on the next Thursday to install the new stringers, gate frame, and pickets, and even the two young men who came on the Wednesday between to haul away the torn-down remnants of the old fence--all were always extremely professional, efficient, and not only courteous but also congenial, and the new fence I obtained as a result is everything I had envisioned it being. The service I received from All State Fence and Supply met or exceeded all my expectations, and the same is equally true concerning the quality of the fence and its installation. Im extremely pleased with myself for having chosen All State, and I recommend All State most highly to anyone looking for high quality fencing services at very reasonable prices.

Fast service at a fair price. Bid was in line with two others, but they were able to coordinate the job with my neighbors fence job - a definite plus. Job was done nearly perfect, except for uneven trimming on the bottom of the main gate. I called and let them know, and someone came out and resolved it the day after my call. Would definitely recommend!

Post to plates welds, i got two 8 post to plates and a custom gates . everything was perfect.

I was given the best estimate in town! When the guys came out I explained to them i have dogs and no where to take them, so the put me up a temporary fence until the job was completed. I will definitely use them again and also recommend this company.

Pricing beat everyone in town, they got the job done very quickly. A mistake was made on my part on the order as far as what the flat top vs capped fence was and despite me absolutely hating the flat top the only options available to me after a 8900 dollar fence ( 260 feet) was more money they have me tapped out and I very much dislike the look of the flat top fence. The workmanship was 90% great and very disappointing with the front gate. Uneven pickets and a curve in the new gate along with missed cut Marks on it. If possible I would give 3.5 not just 3 stars but with my total dissatisfaction with the flat top look vs capped fence ( I made the mistake due to confusion with industry jargon so I jumped at the flat top fence believing I was buying a capped fence) and the finish of the only gate on the entire fence being low quality especially compared to the rest of their work.

They came out to my house gave me quote went over all the details with me. The guys came out Friday took down the old fence and placed the metal poles and cemented them they were very fast at what they had to do said they would be back on Monday to install they did an awesome job I took video from start to finish and posted it through out the day on Facebook to my friends I had a lot of people commenting on the awesome job they did when they were finished they removed all the old fence and carried it off. A lot of people wanted to know who had put up my fence I told them All State Fence Company. Wow!!! What an amazing company! When our fence recently blew down with the high winds, All State was at our house the next day to give us an estimate. We contacted three other reputable fence companies but all three had a wait time of three to four days, just for an estimate. By the time we received all the bids, our choice was pretty clear. All States bid was $1,500 to $2,500 cheaper than any other bid we received! And dont be fooled, there were no mid job upcharges or unexpected cost, what they quoted us is what we paid. It was amazing how quickly they finished and the quality we received. I honestly dont know how they do it, but we are certainly happy that they can. The workers and project manager for our job were top quality, you know, the kind of people we werent afraid to have working at our house. Just overall an excellent experience, and a company that I would refer to anyone looking to have their fence replaced.

I was kind of apprehensive of having my fence rebuilt from a company I dont have any information from my friends. I called and they scheduled to check my fence like any company would. Called Allstate and they came out same day, even after a wind storm and gave me a bid. 2 weeks later my fence was started. They put in the posts came back a day later and finished the fence! We lost our fence during a 70 MPH windy day. We looked at many companies to replace our fence, but All-State Fence Co. stood out. They have the supplies here in town and lots of fence options. We went with dog ear, 6” cedar boards and upgraded the gates, nails and metal poles. We LOVE the 9 nails in each slat. The fence is beautiful and the crew was so friendly with our pups. Our “yappie” dogs were so interested in what the crew was doing, they forgot to bark. :-)

Called this company to get a new fence. We were told an estimator would get back with us....2 weeks later, we got a call saying they were ready to come that day. I even had a build quote from them to build a fence around my property for over 10 grand that will now go to their competitors because of the behavior of their work crew. They will now have to pay for the damage to my fence and the lost of livestock that occurred do to their actions.How odd, your customer is delivering 1 roll of fencing and 22 T-posts to replace what your did. You were on the phone with my son while I was on the phone with Mr. Thomas the owner of the cement plant whose land you built on. Now if we built 20 onto his property why would you build the fence instead of asking us to prove what is and isnt our land. I have the plat maps from the county which show we are in fact 6 inside not 20 outside.It is nice to see a business lie over and over to make itself look good.How come your fence doesnt take up that 20 you claim I am encroaching on? How come you built it more than a foot off our fence line? Why did one of your crew state to my wife that he has the RIGHT to step on our property? I called the sheriff and they told me that they would not come out a second time because according to them, when they talked to your crew about the first time and your customer was involved on the phone your was to set the fence line per the revised plat maps. Your cemented in poles are following that line. The last time your crew took it upon themselves to destroy my fence, (yes it is ruined which is why the owner is replacing it) I lost livestock due to coyotes.Oh the sheriff did advise us to file in small claims on your customer due to your crews behavior. We chose to not take it to court because he wants to be a good neighbor and he is willing to cover your inept crews screw ups.All of this could have been avoided by a knock on the door. Instead you cost your customer an extra $250 to replace what you damaged.I am betting he is going after you to make him whole.Again nice try at shifting blame onto the innocent 3rd party while your crews go around destroying private property.
