Jared said he would call me about an estimate on repairing my Garage door which was last week. No call. I called him again and asked him to call me back for the estimate. No call from him so I called him back the next day and asked him to at least give me a courtesy call and tell me he wasnt going to fix my door so I could find someone else. No call. I suppose this how he does business. Not recommended.

I’m not sure of the context of the bad reviews. Jerad was great helping us with our garage door last year. He’s come out a few times and i was never charged for anything but parts and labor. He is a super nice guy and I’m pretty sure he does most of the work himself. I highly recommend him for garage door work!

Great service, knowledgeable and did extra repairs and maintenance with no extra charge. He knows his stuff and makes sure door is operating correctly before he leaves. Best in town I believe. Thanks Jerod.

Dont bother calling Jered Dunn with Dunn Doors. He is too busy to do your job or even reply by phone, text or email. I got an estimated from him which I gladly accepted. I have emailed and texted him about scheduling. Its been over a month now with no reply back. I contacted him because of his reviews. The good reviewers must have minimal expectations.

Unreliable. We called twice to have an estimate for replacing two doors. Never showed up either time.Update: Its a bit creepy that you subscribed to my youtube channel after I left you a bad review. Especially since there are no videos there. I can only hope it was an accident that occured while you were trying to figure out who left you a bad review. But who I am, at this point, would seem to be pretty irrelevant unless you intended to apologize for my bad experience. Since you could have done that by replying to the initial review, I guess we know thats not the reason. I left you a bad review because you didnt show up or have the courtesy to call and reschedule if you were busy. The only other reason I can think of for your subscription is that you wanted to send a message... a really creepy message. Company stated they would give a free quote for two garage doors on 15 May around 4:30 - 5:00 pm. No show or phone call to stating the delay. Called and sent a text with still no response to any phone messages left or text. Poor customer service for not responding to potential customers.

He was very responsive, and professional. He explained the process to us and made it all quick and easy!

I called about a repair and he was able to come and complete the repair that same day! He also serviced both doors to make sure we wont have further issues. Great customer service and quality workmanship! Highly recommend!

Jared was extremely responsive to service request through a home warranty claim. Worked around my schedule, and diagnosed my issue over the phone. Showed up with the appropriate parts and fixed my other door while he was at it in less than 30 min. No mess left behind, I know who to call if I ever have another issue.

I was having issues with my remotes not working properly. I called Dunn Door and he predicted my circuit board might be going out as that is 99% the problem in these cases. He showed up and had a new circuit board ready to install. Turns out, the LED light bulbs I recently installed on the garage door unit were causing the short with the remote receiver. He simply took out the LED bulbs and the problem was solved, no issues since. He didnt even charge me for him even coming out. He just won my business for future garage door issues. Dunn Door is an honest and ethical company and you wont be disappointed.

Company is very unresponsive, even after months of trying to reach them to fix our garage door opener installed by Dunn Door. Which was under warranty!!!! We had to call another company to make the repair. Would not recommend. Does not ever call you back.
