My wife and I lost our son. It took us a year and several visits with Dustin a the shop. He was never impatient and always insightful and helpful. We even changed it up on him after we signed the contract after going home and rethinking the design. Dustin was great, staff was great and facility was great. Prices were great as well. Sadler Monument Works did an amazing job with my dads headstone. Dad was buried is Brownfield and we live in Houston so we wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were asking for but unfortunately were too far to discuss it in person. Dustin was very patient, helpful and kind. With a couple of phone calls and email exchanges they did everything we asked for and more! His headstone was even done within a month which was sooner than the time given. It worked out great because we were hoping to have it for Father’s Day and they got it done.

Sadler did a great job. They were very professional and helpful in designing and making our sons headstone, as well as getting it in place at the cemetery. They were kind and patient with us during this tough time. They even have a space where kids can play in their office while parents, grandparents plan and consult with their staff.

Several of my friends had used Sadler and had great results. Dustin made the whole process incredibly easy, and the monument was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them.

One of the final items for mom was a head stone. One problem I had was I dont live near the burial site so who to trust with these details. After on line searches I finally found Saddler. Exchanged a few emails and very prompt replies. Was able to fairly quickly design details and had a proof ready. It was convenient for me to make a final in person visit with Dustin and within 15 minutes the deal was done. They were even willing to remove a cactus from grandmas site that had gotten too much for me when installing mothers. Having paid with an almost approved template just needed final approval from other family. Confirmed one slight adjustment couple days later and was good to go. Dustin had originally given me a 12 week estimate. So I went on about my business and 3 weeks later received an unexpected email. Dustin - Wanted to let you know its done and guys are leaving the cemetery now they just called. Ill have pictures for you tomorrow. Sure enough the next morning pictures from both sides. And I could see the cactus was gone. Thanks for the entire team for their hard work. Its so refreshing to hire a company that is honest and knows there craft well. I know that I didnt really need to meet them in person and they still would have done a first class job.
