Jimmy was great to me! I had called everywhere else that should carry a bed frame clamp and no one would help me. When I called this store, Jimmy picked up and offered me so much help and recommendations. I took pictures of the bed frame I needed to secure together and got measurements for him and we were able to get the right bolt, washer and nut for it. Very very VERY fair prices! Jimmy was so good to me and I appreciate how clean and organized the store was too. Jimmy, thank you for your help. It made my day so much better and easier! Jimmy’s manager, if you see this, give him a reward for his great customer service, knowledge and passion for his job!!!

I love this place! They always have exactly what I need--dont let the size of their store fool you. I know theyre not as big as other stores-but thats a plus in my book. Theyre customer service is top notch-they have always gone above and beyond for me. They are knowledgeable and kind and even helped me find blinker fluid on a scavenger hunt. My neighborhood is better for having this business!

The friendly and knowledgeable staff has made me a steadfast customer.I find their selection of tools and other hardware to be of great quality and reasonably priced. I usually find what I need at this store, and I prefer going here than to any of the big box stores in Lubbock.I have found that that the level of service and expertise found here cannot be matched by any other hardware store in Lubbock, and I always leave the store satisfied.

Very disappointed. I understand being helpful but really have 4 people ask me if they could help me find anything 1 of which asked me twice. 1st time in the store and was really getting the feel of it. Nice place wish I could of kept looking comfortably. Is it because I am Hispanic? Well I have my own business and your store would have been convenient for me. Now we will never know

I visit this store often. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There have been times I have looked all over town for something and managed to find it here for less than what I was expecting to pay. Now, I start my shopping here before going anywhere else. Store is always neat and clean.

The customer service at this establishment is impressive to say the least, they were very helpful in helping me find what I needed and even saved me some money when they told me I was purchasing something unnecessarily! This is a great little neighborhood hardware store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with just about anything the home owner and weekend DIYer needs, from concrete anchors to faucet washers. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

This place is not fair, the attendant is biased, and has his picks. One day you the customer are cool, the next-day you are worthless. Customer service is rude and the store does not honor its own words to match a price. They lied to me when all I wanted was to be a good customer. Wow. Ill never return I own a Landscaping company. My husband and I went in today to get some paint. The two men that were there were very nice, extremely helpful, took time with us to help us pick out colors. We will continue going back.
