Company policy to turn vehicle off (semi) even when you notify them that your truck started acting up 5 minutes prior to the delivery! They told me to back up to a forklift metal ramp the forklift operator took forever to hook the chains to the dry van! You must have a hard hat and reflective vest! They also said dont come by if you can not turn the tractor off next time ! They also place a metal chock block with the forklift!

The unloading process is ok,but you have to watch one of the forklift drivers,he runs into your trailer,bends the rail
