My son enjoyed him! He made us feel comfortable and right at home. From the front ladies to the ones in the back I always felt welcomed. After my sons tonsiloctomy I was worried and he always made sure to let me know he was healing great! My son breathes so much better! Sleeps thru the night & is healthier! Thank You!

Dr. Potocki is a nice guy but I will never EVER use him or his office again. His billing staff is the worst by far of any doctor anybody my family has ever used. Similar to LP&L here in Lubbock, you will need to very carefully keep copies and receipts of your payment to this office!

Dr. Potocki has been my doctor nearly 13 years now. I was so sick before seeing him, and once I saw him he turned everything around. I had been seeing another ENT in another part of Texas who totally missed my polyps. He has helped me through two sinus surgeries and is friendly and listens when you speak. I highly recommend him and keep coming back to him no matter how far I move away.

Very great and understanding doctor I would recommend people to go see him if you have problems with your ears, throat and nose.
