I’ve been going to Livingston for years. They have always been so kind, nice and caring. I’ve seen Dr Arp-Blaylock for several years now. I love her! She’s always so attentive and knowledgeable. The staff up front are friendly, nice, helpful and speak very clearly for us hard of hearing. I actually enjoy my visits there!

I am very pleased with this hearing center. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. My doctor is very thorough in the visits I have every few months. The maintenance of my hearing aides is very good and free. I am very happy with my choice for my hearing needs.

I will not be back. We had been clients for 6-8+ years at least 6 of those with my now 91 year old mother. On this visit we were 10-12 minutes late because when we were leaving mom decided she needed to go to the bathroom before leaving, and took an extra 5 m more than usual (plus the traffic light were not kind to us. Thus our being late. Anyway when we checked in we sat there 5 min or so and the little receptionist came out and said since we were late we needed to reschedule. I said your kidding me she had to go to the bathroom again before we left. She just said I’m sorry you will need to reschedule. I could see the dr in the lab leaning against the counter talking. Needless to say I was upset as it is not the easiest to get her at 91 on a walker for the last 7 + years with handicapped plates to get in and out of places very easily. I just told them to call me to reschedule as I just needed to get out of there I was so upset. I have never been turned away from any kind of drs appointments in my life…just had to get skipped over and be the next person instead. After I got back home and was discussing it with family they all said they would not go back…and now I agree. They did not loose just one client but 3 since my husband and me self were going there also. I’m sure they will have some kind of excuse but oh well.

I tried hearing aids a number of years ago. They found a pair that works perfectly for me. I gave them 4 stars as I just got them.

It was a very nice experience. I did not know what to expect. The technician was very friendly,funny, easy to talk to. The tests where down with a lot of experience. I have really enjoyed the hearing aids, I hear things I couldnt hear before. I am amazed at how much technical knowledge goes into making something so small.

Arthur was exceptionally caring audiologist. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and pays attention to details. Overall he is the best audiologist for my ear care. I am so impressed with him that I recommended him to my brother and sister in law. Now they are hispatients. The reception area was very quick to note that I had arrived on time for my appointment with Dr. Arp. She was ready and available within for five minutes and she completed a testing of my hearing aids. When she came back from the lab she gave me a complete report on the condition of my existing hearing aids. She proceeded to do a physical examination of the ear canal and she also gave me a device that would help me where my COVID-19 mask. She gave me instructions on how to wear it and how to remove it. I was in an out of her office in less than 20 minutes. She seemed aware of my busy schedule and I am most appreciative.

Went in for cleaning and the dr who did it was very good and nice.

Frankly i had not heard many good things about Livingston when the VA set up this consultation for me. I had reached a point of frustration bordering on desperation with my hearing. Dr. Arp quickly determined that my hearing had deteriorated, reprogrammed (adjusted) my hearing aids and sent me away smiling. Today I had a two week follow-up visit where a little fine tuning was done and am more satisfied than at any time in the ten + years Ive worn hearing. Dr. Arp is amazing.

I took my father to get a pair of hearing aids. He had never worn hearing aids and was hesitant at first. When we got to the hearing aid center we were greeted by a very friendly person behind the counter. The specialist who helped us took very good care of us. He explained everything to us and made my father feel comfortable. Everyone there was so pleasant to be around and very welcoming. We felt that they all went above and beyond. In fact, they made me want to get hearing aids and I don’t even need them. If you or a loved one need hearing aids this is the place to go.

My name is E. Martinez I have been a patient at Livingston center for 2 years. I have to say every time I go there everybody is great. Always very helpful. My doctor is the best! Today I believe your employees went Above and Beyond. I went in at noon since I work 8-5 and sometimes its hard to get out. I decided to check on my hearing aids insurance and hopefully get my hearing aids clean. When I asked Gina if there was someone that could do that or were they at lunch. She said they just went to lunch but let me go check if I can find someone. I told Gina no its ok, I can come another time let them enjoy their lunch. At that time there was another employee waiting on a patient to finish his paperwork. She asked Gina what it was I needed. Your Employee Emily said I can can do that while I am waiting. I am not sure of Emilys title but I know she did not have to volunteer to do that as she was already in the middle of something else. She went up to me and said give them to me I can take care of them while I am waiting on my other patient there is no need for you to come back. Takes my hearing aids cleans them, comes back and said put them on so we can be sure they are working properly before you leave. Thank You Emily I left there with that happy feeling that you get when you know people really care!!!!

I love my hearing aids! I always felt that wearing hearing aids would make me feel older but actually it is just the opposite. It is great being able to hear again! And the staff is so nice and professional that I look forward to stopping in and making sure my hearing aids are in top shape.

Horrible customer service. No personal level of care. I feel just like a number. Was very nice through the testing period, then told me I only had one option of hearing aids, out of hundreds of hearing aids. Then after the sale was final, have had horrible follow up service and on top of it all without any compassion to my needs or wants. They are only there for the sale! Once they have your money they no longer care about you.

Then I received an offer for free testing and consulting from Livingston and it has been a great experience.I have been very impressed with Dr. Suezanna Arp in her ability to communicate and assist with any problems that I might have with the aids or my hearing changes. My husband, Don, needed new hearing aids, we kind of looked around and decided on Livingston, based on ads. We called and got an appointment with Kathy McCurry. We were impressed from the onset with Kathy. We felt like she was genuinely interested in helping him. After the fitting, we learned the price was substantially less than we expected so we bought his aids. Kathy has worked with him on a regular basis to make sure he can still hear well. I knew I needed aids but had put mine off due to the expense but I finally came to Kathy to be fitted with my own, only again to find the price was less than I had expected. Kathy works with both us now on a regular basis to keep our aids working well. We are pleased to have Kathy take care of our hearing needs.

A very comprehensive hearing exam and only two stars because the doctor was “preachy” to the point of being threatening and condescending! The “kay” (okay) after every sentence and phrase became sooo tiresome! The threats were what was going to happen to me if I didn’t buy the hearing aids for $5500 minimum, and this women looks like she spends a couple of hour a day on a tanning bed...hello skin cancer, and she’s telling me about my bleak future. If she had just treated this senior with a tiny bit of respect, I would have been more inclined to sign on.

I will not go back. Way to expensive. Put hearing aid in my ear that was 98% loss of hearing did not work then wanted me to spend alot more money on another hearing aid. I dont have that kind of money. So I was without til I went to another hearing aid co and got exactly what I needed for a much better price. In the correct hear. So no I would not recommend this company very unhappy and out of alot of money.

Very large company, very impersonal. Short handed, appointment was at 10, did not get in til about 1030.Audio tester was condensating, trying to make client feel guilty about having a hearing loss, and playing to sympathy of the spouse, Very very obvious. Trying to sell the products thru guilt and sympathy, not for the need.We will not be going back or recommending the place to any of our friends.
