This shop has a great selection of cupcakes and ice cream. The only issue is the selection of ice cream and cupcakes makes it hard to choose one, so you may need to order both ice cream and dessert. This is a great shop to visit if you are desiring cupcakes or ice cream.

Delicious. Got the smashcake... chocolate cupcake, New York cheesecake ice cream... so tasty! Cashier was extremely helpful, & involved.

Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery hit the sweet spot I was craving with the Snickers cupcake and pistachio macron. The place was clean and friendly staff. It was too cold to have ice cream but I’d get it next time. Thanks Smallcakes!

This place is so adorable! I personally love the sundae cupcake. One day I went in and switched it up with a cupcake SMASH. It was a cup cake placed in a cute mason jar with ice cream in between. This is so different, yet a perfect combination. The cupcakes & ice cream are all made in house. Definitely a perfect place to treat a sweet tooth.

Went to the Lubbock, Texas Location. This is the worst run small business Ive ever been to. I know this is a small college town, but good god! These Owners/Managers need to stick to their day jobs (hopefully this isnt it as a franchise owner) because they clearly cant run a business! You can tell their employees are unhappy and they arent trained properly... thats on the Owners. I wouldnt waste my money in this establishment and wouldnt be surprised if they were going under. Would definitely leave 0 stars of possible, they are lucky.

Great cupcakes - stoked to see a dessert place on the northwest side! Tried it for the first time tonight. My husband and I ordered and chocolate sundae cupcake and a chocolate cream cupcake (which looked like their play on a Ding Dong). The cupcakes were fabulous! The cake was light and delicate, and the buttercream was silky smooth. They had other flavors that Im looking forward to trying, especially the salted caramel and red velvet. The prices were very reasonable and the staff were personable and efficient. My only critique would be to ask that they consider serving the cupcakes on plates rather than in bowls, as it was tough to unwrap the cakes without getting icing all over my hands. I will definitely back!

Disappointed ☹️. I ordered the pink chocolate cupcake and it fell apart right away, extremely sweet and tasted like a normal grocery bought cupcake. Employees were nice though.

My son had asked for cupcakes and ice cream and we were both excited to find a place that offered both. My chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing was spectacular. My son loved the Unicorn ice cream and sprinkle cupcake. Overall a great experience!

Super friendly and professional service. The cupcakes are a good size and the best we have had in town! Not too much icing, soft and moist cake and a great balance of flavor. The caramel tastes like actual caramel! (Some of the ones in town taste more butterscotch than caramel. Blech!) The ice cream met with my better halfs approval. Definitely worth the trip!

This is the third Smallcakes I have visited in the third city. This location is the very best! Go on a Sunday and get the Mimosa cupcake! Ive been thinking of it since last week. The owners and staff are always welcoming and informative. What a great treat!

Smallcakes is absolutely amazing. The did a custom blue cupcake for my sons 1st birthday along with an assortment of small and large cupcakes. The cupcakes were delicious and their service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Great place for desserts and nice owners. My dogs love the Pupcakes and I love the cookie bars, stuffed cookies, and brownies along with the cupcakes.

Busy, no system to go about it, got 2 ice cream cups as well with like 2 or 3 scoops small let me mention, for like 3 or 4 dollars each in a plastic cup, I could buy a gallon.

Smallcakes is an amazing business with amazing owners. The cupcakes and ice cream are perfect for an office birthday party or special occasion (not to mention delicious). Highly recommended! Be sure to try the Nutella ice cream or the Fat Elvis ice cream.

Amazing, the owners are so kind and are there often helping out.The cupcakes are just sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth but not too sweet to over-run your taste buds.Cupcakes are a good mixture of texture, not too dry not too wet.

I have gone three times now and every time they are out of vanilla. This seems to be a popular flavor, so I am not sure why there isnt two or more bins. The lady working today didnt seem to happy to be there, when we asked her if there was more vanilla she said no and continued to make the person in front of us products. She could have been a little more friendly and maybe even offered another flavor to try or mention the cupcakes. Not very welcoming here!!

I had their Vanilla Bean ice cream, and it was incredible! All their ice cream is home made, and have many flavors available. I was impressed with their variety in ice cream, cupcakes, and cookies. I will definitely be going back.

I had tried to just buy a cupcake, but they were down to one flavor that was not appealing. I was told I could order the special. Which the choices were okay. Was not told I could come in earlier the next day and get the flavors I wanted. But when I went to pick up my order, someone walked in and did just that.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and have been craving to come back! We live in Littlefield so we usually make one jam packed trip to Lubbck one a week. The place is very clean, the lady who helped me was very nice as I asked her if there was a limited flavor going on, what was popular, etc. The cupcakes were great, we love the icing. Especially because they used cream cheese icing on the red velvet! Making it a point to swing by this weekend again!

Walked in with my wife and son, anniversary date night so we were excited, and started looking at all the food. Stood around waiting for about 5 minutes and didnt see a single employee one time so we left. 1 star is as low as it goes, I recommend getting dessert at Cantina Laredo next door. People actually work there and Im certain its better quality too.Will not return.
