Thus visit was amazing!!! The lady that took my order helped me with which coffee to order. We got to the window and forgot to get donut holes for my son. She was more than willing to help and add donut holes to our order. She had a great attitude the whole time! Great service!!

Friendly customer service. The server with the teal/blue hair was so patient with me and my friend when we came, even though we took forever browsing the menu. The servers all have generally pleasant and kind dispositions.

We ordered coffee drinks and donuts, and received them in a fast and friendly way. Very clean in the seating area, all in all an enjoyable experience.

They don’t want to do anything after 8:30. The blender is always broke or better yet; “we are out of chocolate “. They use that one all the time. Whoever operates this business should be ashamed of themselves.

Got hyped for ice cream and there scanner didn’t work left out in a bad mood

I was wanting to order a birthday cake from Baskin Robins, and I wish the process was a lot smoother. I’ve never experienced a more rude encounter than today. I called to see if I’m able to come inside and order the cake but due to COVID I wasn’t able to ( which is understandable, not a problem) so the lady on the phone told me I had to wait in the drive through line to order. Of course that’s not ideal but I did it because I needed my birthday cake. I waited and I finally got to the drive thru and a girl with curly hair and glasses came over and was helping us. Automatically she gave me attitude off the bat. I understand it was busy but there is no need to treat a customer that way. I waited in a long line ONLY to find out that their cake decorator is out of town! what the heck! I should’ve been made aware of this BEFORE I had to wait in a long line AND get treated so poorly. I definitely would not recommend this place if you want to get a birthday cake decorated.

The worst service! Ordered a banana royal and they did not include the ice cream! I do not live in this town I was passing through. If I would have realized there was no icecream before I pulled out of parking lot I would have went back and demanded a refund. Contacted Baskin Robbins via email and they never replied.

Drive through only crutching the covid19 excuse. Not the only shop in lubbock, elsewhere we go and wont be back.

So this place was busy. There was a girl on drive there and a guy on BR side. The girl in the back was doing nothing and let my husbands cookie burn for his Sunday after waiting 20 min. I felt really bad after we left and my family were all in a bad mood. Thanks girl in the back for being a great bake up, and for ruining our family time out. Worst service ever and we will not ever be back.

Our milkshake machine is being cleaned, so we cant make milkshakes 30 minutes+ before closing. This is the 2nd time we have been told this. Not coming back.
