Very friendly and excellent staff. Always willing to help out and ago above and beyond. In this ugly world I always worry how our disabled community get along. These guys were wonderful examples of human beings connected with others. Great job guys! 👏🏽

As record stores become more and more hard to find, ralphs is a treasure. Records, dvd, games and movies are in great supply and extremely well organized. The staff (7 people at front counter when we were there) and welcoming and eager to assist. If you like records (new and via rage) this place is a must

I love coming here. I live in MN and every time I visit my brother in Lubbock we come to Ralphs for a visit. Good DVD selection and its such fun time browsing their selection. Everything is reasonably priced.

My favorite place to get movies and games. You never know what they have until you look. They devoted a whole big rack for tv-show dvd sets, which always provides a new series to get hooked into watching. Best of all, no Shipping cost and you take your finds home for instant gratification. Very satisfying compared to online shopping.Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their stock, and eager to help. I hope they stay in business forever!!!!!

Reasonably priced records. From CDs to records to some merch it is a very well kept store. Came w/husband after I bought him a record player. Everyone is nice although the store is a bit small isle wise it makes up on all the options they have. Top to bottom of their products. From oldies to recent songs/albums are available. They do deliver as well.

Awesome place, staff is very knowledgeable,asking what you need when you walk in not because they want you to get what you want and get out, but to look around after youre helped, but to find hidden treasures in the store. I have been shopping at Ralphs since the 80s when it was on University next to Buffalo Beanos. I served the Gulf War and I still come back to the store I love. Thanks guys. !!!

This placed is filled to the brim with good quality games, movies, and musical things for great prices.

Drove almost 2 hours to come here, and it was totally worth it! They had SO many records. Most of them are up on the wall so you have to dig a bit, which was one of my favorite parts. Who comes to a record store and doesnt do some digging? Not me! Also, the staff were super cool and very helpful. Will be making MANY return visits!

This is a great place to buy records, I love older music and they always have quality condition vinyls. The prices are good also, I would reccomend. Staff is nice.

They advertise that they buy used DVDs but what they should be saying is that they would be robbing you. They offered me such a ridiculously low price I just looked at him and laughed. But thats okay because one of their competitors gave me four times of what they offered me.

Didn’t sell concert tickets when advertised, sold them the day before they said they were going to so we didn’t even have a chance to get them. We cleared our schedules so we could go when they said they were going to begin selling them and got screwed over

Ive been coming to Ralphs since I was a little kid, especially the old one over by Tech. I dig their expansive vinyl and cd collection, and they often have games I cant find other places. Many many concert tickets have been bought by me and my friends from Ralphs, and I hope theyre around for future generations to enjoy as well

I used to love going to Ralphs. But after one incident I will never shop there again. I purchased a CD for $4.00 from them. Paid and left the store before checking to see if the CD was even there. I got out to my car excited to give the CD as a gift, open it up and no CD was there. I took the CD back in the store told a staff member what happened and was told hmmm I guess someone had sticky fingers. The way he said it to me I felt he was referring to me.I was given my money back. Me and my son went there again a following time and we were watched thru the whole store. Wherever we went or looked a staff member was either watching us or going thru stuff we had already looked at.I did purchase items that day also but I felt like I was guility of something when I was in the store and when I left.Why would I steal a $4.00 dollar CD? I have spent alot of money at Ralphs.

Its cool that places like this still exist. However my last few trips i have purchased cds with no cd in the case. Mismatched cds with cases and cracked cds. I know i should have checked but they should have too. They seem helpful but are kind of elitist jerks.
