Got approved for a lease through their partner, Progressive Leasing, and was able to pick a few things up from here. The rest will be delivered by Tuesday. Im so glad that they dont use USPS for their shipping. The pick up was easy. Just showed them my order email and they scanned the barcode, showed my ID, and boom! Got my stuff quick and went home. All employees were wearing masks. Love this store!

I really love their order online and pickup curbside service they offer now. The email will have a link that will tell you how busy they are at the moment you want to go so you can plan accordingly. My favorite part is that each time I’ve used this service I have not waited more than 3 minutes from the time I park to the time I have my items in hand. Awesome!

Bought rocketfish tv mount and a ton od electronics. The mount was defective and replaced. The mount would not support the tv and the tech tried to repair it instead of of replacing it as directed.My wife asked me a question and I snapped at her. They walked out and refused to service us anymore. We are on the Geek squad no fly list. Not worth the money for the service contract!

I came into the store today to get help with finding the correct connections for my soundbar amd tv that i purchased from them a few days ago. The store clerk who was supposed to be helping me was very rude and dismissive. He wouldnt listen to anything I had to say and I kept asking him to just look at the back of the tv (that was in the store) and compare with my sound bar to see if it would work. He said he didnt need to look at it and proceeded to keep ignoring my concerns. Finally, he had to do what i had suggested multiple times and look at the back of my tv but he asked if i had a picture of the back of the tv. It was like he didnt want to look at the back of the tv simply because i suggested it. Then he rudely stated, see, its e-arc. I told him thats why i asked you to look at it! He was still extremely dismissive. I dont appreciate spending my money with a store and then being treated so poorly when i return to spend more money. I got home and just as i thought, the cable didnt work with my system. So i drove 27 miles one way to get treated bad and still get the wrong thing. His name was Cecil and if that was the worst ive ever been treated going to Best Buy. I will be returning my entire purchase of the tv, wall mount, and the wrong cable. For that amount of help, i could have gone to walmart.

Horrible customer service, nightmare exchange and/or return policies. Don’t buy from this place. Their customer service and employees will only infuriate you throughout the whole process. My advice is to go in and look at the item that you’re interested in and test drive it, then go to a small local audio shop or small business to buy your products or simply get them off of eBay or Amazon for 40% less. If you’re looking at ANY car audio, DONT get it here, go to Micky‘s Tint Shop. At least he will honor basic return and warrantee situations and not try to rip you off in the process.

So apparently Im old when did Best Buy become the new Apple Store. Everything that was there was mostly for Apple and iPhone products. And if they had anything for other brands or even Samsung brand they would look cheaply made.

Be aware that if the store gives you a delivery appointment, it is not confirmed. You will get an email saying you need to schedule an appointment fir delivery and it will be a week or so after what the store promised. Also, you can no longer call a Best Buy store directly. We cancelled our order because we felt that they were not honest.

Look, its a Best Buy. You pretty much know what youre getting when you go there. Electronics store, and thats about it.That being said, this particular store is remarkable in its customer service. The employees generally try to be helpful, and leave you alone when you say youre good. Their store is kept fairly well stocked and the prices, although sometimes exceptionally high, are easily adjusted via their price matching. As long as it isnt coming from Amazon, youre probably good. Bathrooms are clean too.If you need electronics locally and you dont want to shop online, this is pretty much your only choice.Luckily, they aint terrible.

When the lobby was closed they said Id have to go stand in the drive-thru line, no thanks. If it wasnt for the fries Id never go back, even the tea is awful, how can they screw up tea?

After seeing their advertisements, we decided this would be the best store to get an Apple laptop fixed at. After scheduling an appointment TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE... We finally drove to the store on the day of our appointment.Only to be told, that NO we do NOT do Apple products.So to put this bluntly, not only did they lie on their advertisement, which is just poor marketing to begin with. They also made an appointment, wasted the customers time, when a simple question of What kind of computer do you have? would have solved everyones problems.

Horrible and slow customer service. Went to pick up a TV I snagged on Cyber Monday but the only one I could find was at this location. So I received an email early in the morning letting me know my order was ready for pick up. I left work and drove the hour and a half to pick up my order. I get there, present my receipt and within a few minutes they ask me to pull up my truck so they can load it up. I literally wait outside in the cold for 15 minutes and nothing. I finally came back inside to see what was going on and they tell me theres a problem with my order. But apparently they had no intention of coming outside to tell me? For some reason they arent able to complete my order but they cant figure out why. They ask me to have a seat while they try to figure it out. They continue to help other customers while basically ignoring the problem with my order. After half an hour I finally go up to the counter again to ask what the problem is and how are they going to solve it. After close to 45-50 minutes one of the employees finally figures it out and tries to explain that what I see on my receipt is not what they see in their system so they couldnt see that I purchased an open box item. She proceeds to tell me that I should have mentioned it was an open box purchase to which I respond I didnt know I needed to say that because my receipt clearly shows that it was and I assumed they could see that in the order. And besides, why would I get an email telling me my order is ready for pick up if it clearly wasnt? If the issue is with the system then maybe that should be addressed by corporate. So they still had to go get my item, bubble wrap it, and bring it out. So all in all I spent about an hour in the store and still had to drive all the way back home. She apologized profusely but that doesnt give me back the wasted hour which caused me to get home much later than anticipated. Im a very calm and extremely patient person and rarely post negative reviews but this experience really bothered me.

Does anyone at this location ever answer the phone we are in day 3 of trying to get ahold of someone and have waited for almost an hour on each call but never got ahold of anyone we have called 4 times each day at different times of day to try and get ahold of anyone but still no one has answered and as I type this I’m still on hold!!!! 😒Update: they hung up on me so I’m calling again and customer service at the same time let’s see if someone answers

Audio system, purchased a viper alarm system. It has caused Nothing but head aches. Best buys technicians who worked on my truck have created wiring issues for me. It has been looked at multiple times by different best buy locations.Also recently purchased a remote for my system and it doesnt work, went to return it but it had already been 14 days. Best buy needs a longer return policy, I live an hour away with a full time job and family. Thank you for messing up my wiring.

In the past few months I have spent a good amount of money on work and personal items from this store. Every time I go there the customer service is terrible, it takes for ever to get help, employees spend most of their time hanging out and joking behind the counter instead of helping potential customers. Trying to call Best Buy is also impossible. If you can get through to a person they really couldn’t care about helping you or listening to you. I will never shop at Best Buy again and I will encourage the rest of my colleagues and friends to no longer shop there as well.

Most of my experiences at this Best Buy location are excellent. I have purchased many things from this location, including a cellphone and laptop. I have gotten two laptops from this location and the employees are mostly willing to help me find things in my budget. I will say though that certain employees are more helpful than others, and I have had to request that another employee help me when I feel as though I am not getting all the information that may be helpful.

At first the staff didnt seem to know what we were asking for, even though we showed them one of their on-line pages of a computer with our specifications. However, they were friendly throughout, and figured out what were looking for, and helped us find accessories to go with our purchase without being too pushy. Id give 5 stars, but several years ago they royally mistreated my husband, backing out of a promise for computer service and costing our business a great deal. They seem to have improved since then - so overall, this is positive. Give m a try!
