I saw a picture of this bed in a magazine and searched for furniture companies that sold this brand. Out of the four I found, Ivan furniture gave the best deal and was able to get it to me quicker than the rest. It is perfect and well made.

We recently purchased a couch and recliner! Our salesman, James was extremely helpful. He went the extra mile to help us find the perfect furniture. The delivery men were great. Both men were very careful with the furniture unloading and setting it up. The entire purchase from salesman, cashier and delivery men were top notch.

Ive purchased many things to be delivered and was usually disappointed in the delivery. Not with Ivan Smith. The furniture was in stock and delivery was made exactly on time and setup and placed exactly where I wanted. And the two delivery men were careful, thorough and considerate. Both were outstanding and impressed me more than I can say. In todays universal lack of customer service Ivan Smith breaks that mould and every detail of my purchase, delivery and setup was exemplary. I will definitely make more purchases there.

We are so impressed with Ivan Smith. The people I had the pleasure of dealing with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a freezer which they delivered and set up. We also paid less for it than we had planned. We looked at Lowes and Home Depot. It was going to take 6 to 8 weeks to have the size we wanted ordered. Ivan Smith had it in stock at almost $200 less than either place.We will shop at Ivan Smth first in the future.

Your whole staff was very helpful Lisa helped me with my purchase and went beyond her call of duty and arranged for me to get my purchase as soon as possible. Timely and professional delivery. Minor issue with item and they submitted a ticket for a service tech before leaving.

We had a 2nd home in the Lufkin area damaged by fire and had to replace all soft goods to settle insurance claim. Edward was very attentive to the familys needs and gave great advice. All orders are being delivered timely and follow up has been GREAT.

Waited for weeks to get a sofa in, never heard from them, when I called them a few days after the sofa was supposed to have been in they said, “oh, your salesman never called you it will be at least another month”. When I went up to the store to cancel the order which had paid in full, I never received an apology or even an explanation. I used to shop at Ivan Smith, I wish I could give them zero stars

I was terribly misinformed about their insurance on my sofas. I bought two of them and paid cash I was told if I bought the insurance, and the sofas became damaged in any way, they would send out someone to repair the damage. I had had the sofas a little over two years and a cushion on each sofa became loose at the seams. I called Ivan Smith and send several pictures and was told the damage was from wear and tear. The sofas look like new except for where the cushions have small areas where they are coming apart at the seams. I asked for a partial refund from the money I paid for the insurance and was told they didnt give refunds. I will not buy another thing from Ivan Smith and urge other people to refrain from buying from them. I had to give them one star enable to post this comment. I would give them no stars at all.

Very nice young man that helped me in the store. The only problem is we have a mouse in the house. We have lived here 25 years and never had this problem before the delivery. It was delivered around noon on Sat. and Sunday afternoon we saw a mouse run from behind the love seat. Doing business with Ivan Smith has been a very positive experience. Our salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable of the furniture brands and answered all questions. The furniture we purchased was on back order. James kept us informed and was patient even when I became impatient. Our delivery team was excellent as well and treated our furniture very gently. My mother waited three months for her living room furniture and we are currently waiting on a second set that isn’t expected to arrive until November. Even though the wait has been lengthy, the staff have been excellent and I would highly recommend buying from Ivan Smith. No sales pressure and honest communication.

Ivan Smith offers great furniture from your new home owner type basics to nicer family and beyond pieces. Lots of styles to fit what yiur personal tastes are.The staff was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what type of full grain, leather blend, or leather match the furniture we were looking for was.They had great formal and casual offerings, fridge, washer, dryers etc. Not a bunch of weird off brands.Offering whole house/apartment packages with what you need for every room at one flat price with choices. We were not pressured at all and were left to wander and explore. There were people to answer questions available.Im impressed! A nice store with many items in stock for same day or next delivery. For a small town, it was nicer than expected.

My husband and I needed a refrigerator badly and we went to Ivan Smith because I had a charge account with them. We found a nice one but it was out of our price range and we left the store. Maybe 5 minutes had passed and I get a call from our salesperson saying they found us one within our price range. We purchased it and it was delivered the next week. We are very happy with it.

Went in to purchase a couch. Sales rep was too busy looking at his iPad. My wife was trying to engage him by asking about colors and different features/styles, he continued to give one word answers with no insight to other options. We walked around the store, 3 other sales reps sat at the front table doing nothing. We left after 6 minutes. I would like to say they have a good selection but wasnt ever presented the inventory.
