Y’all, I could have cried when I heard the news that they had found a bank that would finance me with my awful credit. Everyone went above and beyond to get me in a new car, but my salesman Tim was by far the realest. The bank was picky about what kind of car they would finance, so Tim ended up knocking quite a bit off the price of the only car they had on the lot that the bank would accept. I was able to hold my composure the whole time, until I drove off bawling like a baby out of sheer joy and relief. I really did not think they would be able to help me, and I went in with a negative mindset expecting the worst, but Tim had my back! The entire experience was easy and free of pressure. I loved the experience with them the sales people are great!! But.... Here comes why only 3 stars. Within a year of both vehicles I purchased I had to replace transmission in both trucks, along with a few other minor things. Be sure to check the vehicle very well and get the extended warranty, thats the only thing that saved us from thousands of dollars in expensive fixes.

Get pre approved online, price they show is what you pay. They have amazing service. In and out under a hour. No hassle no bs and they will fix your vehicle if it breaks under the millage they say. Went into raceway motors and had a pickup truck I I wanted to trade in, I spoke to Tim in sales and we went thru the process of applying for credit and getting a trade in appraisal on my truck, after he did my credit he came back and said there was only one truck he could get me into, which was valued at 31000, and he was going to “give me” 6000 for my trade in. After some more questioning to TIM I asked him what the new price of the truck after the trade in would be, which he said “it’s still 31k” because “the trade in doesn’t bring down the price of the vehicle I’m purchasing and it only shows the bank that it’s what I’m applying for with credit” made no sense to me as how a 6k trade in wouldn’t bring down the price of the vehicle they were trying to sell me, well folks, it’s because they will jack up the price of the vehicle ur trying to buy and add what they’re giving u as a “trade in” to the price, then it just comes down to the original price once they apply the “trade in value they essentially gave you” essentially giving them a free trade in vehicle. Don’t let these scammers scam you, I walked out of there because I’m smarter than they thought I was, but there’s a lot of people that are probably getting robbed blind at that place. Don’t do business with these rats.

Got my hopes up an let me down

This place is absolutely an AMAZING PLACE to get a vehicle especially if you have bad credit!!! We have EXTREMELY bad credit and we pulled out in a 2020 Toyota Corolla! Ha! Imagine That! Yeah we didnt think that would happen either trust me on that!!!! We actually almost left because we did not think that we would get any of the lenders to lend us anything due to our recent repo one week ago and a repo about 4 years before that too and to tell you the truth none of them did Lend us anything but our amazing salesman named Jason has a wonderful boss man and his boss man apparently Knew someone in high places and he called that lended and that lender said YES! So we ended having a A choice from a list of a variety of vehicles in the lot. So after going thru each of them we narrowed it down to 2 which was a 2018 SUV that had 38,000 miles on it and a 2020 Toyota Corolla That had 19,900 miles on it and when we had first walked in that place we was looking to buy a SUV but at the end of the day we chose the 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA becuz it really was nice and it had all the perks and whistles with back up camera and all the safety features that will not allow you to hit anyone. Its cool!!! We love it!!!! Its sooooo nice!!! And you can well believe we are gonna pay out little payments on time and keep up with it each time becuz this place actually lets u gain credit which is awesome becuz the last place I bought a suv and paid it off at I didnt get to get any credit for paying it off. The only credit I got was that I could go back to them and get another vehicle and get better rates. Ha! And I am not stupid I already know that there is no such thing as better rates! All they do is briNg the rate up without u knowing so they can show u Fave to face that they brought the rate down for you. Had my old car give out, so headed to Raceway to take a look around at their stock of vehicles and see if anything tickled my fancy. Looked at some vehicles and they had something I was interested in, so Dewayne, the salesman who helped to find what I liked, and I went inside to check out the price. Listed price was around 19k, which was ok, but after about an hour of Dewayne talking things over with his boss and going through a lot of hoops, knocked it down to 13.5k. Definitely didnt expect that low of a price for how clean and how new the vehicle was. Dewayne had to have done some kind of magic to get the vehicle reduced that much, so it was very obvious he wanted to get the best deal for his customers. Would definitely recommend anyone stopping by Raceway if you need a vehicle, especially visiting with Dewayne to get the best deal he can for ya. Took my little brother up here to get a new car. He was a couple grand upside down and it was in bad condition. We were only looking at the most affordable options. Worst car lot Ive ever been too they will promise you they can get you in a newer vehicle then try and sell u something you dont want had appointment set with Dewayne trying to get in a SUV was given a few prices on a couple then was transferred to a different salesman and got completely different pricing and was in able to get in a vehicle after they pinged my credit because of the difference in price between sales people thanks a lot race way motors for being a terrible car lot. Prices are way above market value for scratched up vehicles dont shop here a dealership would give better prices a follow up to my review the owner of race way motors Manny called me over my review and told me that I couldnt get a car because I dont pay my bills and was very rude so I told him off because he had no right to call and down me because of my credit he doesnt know anything about me this is unacceptable behavior over a bad review I give no stars and would not recommend anyone but a car here

Our salesman Jay was the best, he didnt pressure us into anything and worked with us. He got us into a nicer newer car! The whole sales team is helpful and will do whatever it takes!
