I ran my debit card to get gas...after accepting my card, pump had no gas so i hang up nozzle and drive away..then later i look at my bank account online and says 75.00 Murphys pending.Im sure it will be put back on my account but this is B.S..I got no gas but they hold 75.00 on my account .i like paying with my card as many stations offer that take off only the amount i purchase . The lines at the pumps are too much to deal with just to save a few measly pennies ..I wont be buying fuel there again. When a person gets poor service there are many more options 🤣

Always a line out the door but only one cashier working. Most of the time there is another employee standing around but not checking out customers. Have to ask the clerk to unlock the soda cooler to get a drink. Dont tell them you have any kind of medical condition they laugh at you.

Employees are great! SHAME ON MURPHYS IN LUFKIN, TX THOUGH. Murphys from Nachadoches, TX to Houston, TX are all CHARGING LESS (as much as $.55 gal) for gas, than the Lufkin store. What a rip-off.

Clean and well organized. The staff are competent and quick at getting you in and out quickly. Gas is also cheaper here!

Pump 6 at Murphys in Lufkin, tx is acting messed up. Cut of fuel before prepay was compete. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Most of the other pumps are having issues and have bags on the handles as well.

Best gas prices. Convenient little store inside. Horrible parking for someone who doesnt want gas. Handicapped parking is as far away from the store as possible. Only one cashier at night; management thinks that a line going to the other end of the store isnt enough of a reason to have another cashier. Unreal.

Crazy person will chase you down after you pay for your gas n watch you stand in the cold rain putting the gas in. And wait till you are leaving the parking lot. then stare at you like YOU are the one that is crazy. I love the price but the behavior is something to be desired.

Always clean but it always takes awhile to purchase your items. Needs a other register.

Love the newly remodeled store. More space and you can now go inside instead of standing outside.

Closed due to construction, then opened late due to the holidays & nothing was available once opened, INCLUDING GAS because of problems with machines being locked up. We WONT go back there again our next trip home!

Love the attendants here. They know my husband and I very well, on a first name basis. They are very friendly.

I monitor gas prices at this store 7 days a week and watch their prices change periodically as they do. The staff is always polite and maintains a clean environment.

The 2 older women never ask if you are a reward member and if questioned about it, their machine is always down. They very rudely say to call the # on the receipt if i care about my points so much. Would give 0 stars based on employee attitude if possible.

Has the cheapest cigarettes in town and gas prices are the best also they have great employees

Good price on gas if you get the Walmart card friendly service inside fountain drinks are ok. But slushys are the best when it works.
