I contacted Overhead Door on Thursday (6/17/21) to have the motorized garage door opener looked at and I was scheduled for Friday (spoke to an older lady). No one showed up. I called Monday morning and was told I was rescheduled for Wednesday (spoke to a different woman). No one showed up. I called this morning (spoke to the same woman from Monday) and now Im scheduled for Friday. When I asked why I keep getting pushed, she said I wasnt scheduled for Wednesday and then said she wasnt sure what happened. This is no way to do business, no matter how long theyve been in business. This is not the first incident I have had with Overhead door and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Well see if they show up, but Im not holding my breath.

Overhead doors did an amazing job removing the old doors and installing the new ones. They were very prompt and courteous. Brian did the work for us and was awesome. He started that morning and worked continuously all day until all three were installed and working. I would highly recommend using Lufkin Overhead Doors for any garage door needs.

My door cable had malfunctioned and door would not go to up or down. It was half way up and crooked. This company has installed all of my overhead doors so I called them. I called one day and their technicians were here the next. They were very polite and most efficient.This company has always done a wonderful job for me and my family. I recommend them for any overhead door job you may have. Let me stress again the courtesy of the call and the technicians.

Garage door installation went very well and installer pleasantly agreed to add windows which I had not ordered.The work was professionally completed and very timely.He was pleasant to work with.Their prices are as good as I have seen.

Monroe was our garage door technician. He was awesome. He explained everything very well and listened to my concerns. He was able to change out our bottom weather stripping, adjust the door and program my button in my Buick all under an hour. I highly recommend this company!

Great service, extremely fast response to our remote area. Brian fixed the springs, lubricated everything, and reset the lock ( he looked for things that needed addressing rather than just put a bandaid on it). He was courteous and professional and charges a fair price. I recommend Overhead highly.

We had an issue with our door that wasn’t exactly obvious. The technician checked out several possibilities and made minor adjustments along the way until we got to the heart of the problem. Nice to find someone that will stay with the problem until it is solved.

Appointment was scheduled very efficiently and both the office and the technician on his way called to let me know the time and arrival time. Installation was completed very efficiently and professionally. The technician was knowledgeable and skilled in completing the job, he was also friendly and answered all my questions. An A1 job!

Bubba was very cordial and helpful and gave me a good bid. Your local competition was close but he chose to come and see my door for himself. I liked and appreciated that.One man came early the next day and started taking my old door down and the next guy came and installed my new one. I offered to help and had cold drinks but they did it all themselves. Very nice people.

The tech was very knowledgable and spotted the problem right off, he corrected a problem that was created by a handyman. He then proceeded to fix the major problem with the actual opener. The door works perfectly. This is a very, very old heavy door and it is now perfect. Very grateful

I was very happy with Overhead Door Co. because they went above & beyond. I called late in the afternoon to have my garage door opener serviced because it totally quit on me. I was told that they would try to get someone out the next day. At 8:00 the next morning I receive a call saying that they would have a repair person out that morning. A half hour later a young man called, gave his name and said he would be at my home in 20 minutes. He was on time . Repaired my door, explained the problem in terms I could understand. All for a very resonable charge. Recommend this company highly!!!

I recently had them do some repairs on my garage door. The team that came out was awesome!!! A few days later unforeseen events took place that literally destroyed my garage door. I called them and they came back out to assess the situation. End the end, this company did what every customer service based company should emulate. Not only did they treat me with dignity and respect, Overhead Doors of Lufkin TOTALLY replaced my garage door (with an EXACT paint match) and only charged me for labor. It it also notable to say that they were willing to work with me any way they could to help me. If you want to do business with a company you can trust to do the right thing and leads by example in customer satisfaction, when most out there are in it for themselves, give these guys a call.

Great Service, called on a Saturday afternoon needed service on a commercial overhead door, they came Monday morning with the correct spring and fixed the door. They were $150 cheaper than a local overhead door company that we originally called because they were local to me. These guys are great and very honest and are super good at there work.
