The staff (Chris and Charles) were very responsive/helpful to all my questions. Very efficient and knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. If unsure they looked it up. Couldnt ask for better service!

I went to look at a treadmill that they said they had in stock at that store specifical and when I go there all they had was floor models. The only one they had new was the most expensive one. So I would recommend to call and verify what they actually have in stock before you go.

I love this store, Charles and staff really knows how to take care of the customers. When youre looking for an household appliance, mattress or a new tractor, Sears is the place. I bought a microwave, dishwasher and dual oven stove from these guys.

I like Sears. This week our dryer died. Last night, 5 days before Christmas, I was in the Lumberton location for 10-15 minutes looking at appliances without seeing a single Sears associate anywhere in the store. Not only did they lose a sale, I purchased a dryer 30 minutes later up the block, but I could have been in and out of the store a dozen times stealing whatever I wanted and no one would have noticed. Yikes! Locally and nationally I hope they can get their act together.
