I really hate doing this but I feel like i must. I put on an online request back in November. I have called and called and constantly get the run around. I finally called corporate because i got sick of the run around. I got a call thursday finally and it sound like they had it all together. Told me they had the appliances, took my info and gave them my card information. Well i call today and there is no record of anything. This is seriously unprofessional and ridiculous. Just go somewhere else

Horrible service and very unprofessional. They lied and gave me the run around about my packages.

Great service, friendly and caring. That said, the prices can be a wee bit rough, but it can be better than paying full price for an item.
