Lost our home in Hurricane Laura. The trailers here are simply beautiful. The staff was so nice and helpful. Bonus points for them because they did not try to pressure us to buy immediately.. they understood that we were simply looking that day. Trying to get an idea of what we want and what it will cost. We shopped at several lots this day but they were by far, my fave. Would highly recommend taking a look here to anyone shopping for a new trailer home

My mom became seriously ill in 2020 and cannot live alone. In order to have her retain dignity and some sort of independence, she wanted to buy a tiny home or trailer to put at our farm. She found this two bedroom small, used mobile home at Kabco. It was a 2009 buy-back, furnished. While discussing the purchase, she dealt with Travis who was nice enough to text me and answer every question, was never pushy, was very in tune to our situation, and worked with every request we had. He even went out and videoed a walk-through of the entire home and sent it to us so she wouldn’t have to go in. She was concerned about several things and pointed them out. He said they would all be fixed and replaced at no extra cost. Also, upon moving in and getting it all hooked up, if anything else was discovered, it would be fixed as well. She bought it during the week and it was delivered and set up by Friday! While doing the paperwork, everything was explained well, no surprises, and her photo was taken welcoming her to the Kabco family. I truly feel like these people are a part of our family now. They were the best I’ve ever dealt with! I would definitely buy from them again as they are extremely trustworthy, a family run business, with photos of the beautiful grandkids all over the office. Any message sent at any time of the day or night was immediately answered. You just don’t find people like them anymore!!!!

Patti was good, however we submitted all our info got our approval but got told we would get a certain price for our RV for trade last minute it changed. There was lack of understanding between our sales lady and the manager on how our trade was going to work we had to explain it to her several several times and she still didnt get it! Thankful we did not go this route because in the end we would have been screwed. Happy to say we have purchased a brick home and close in march. And it will actually be something we can put equity in.

KABCO is an amazing company to work with. We purchased our home at the Lumberton location through Adam and have no complaints. Adam helped us pick out the home to best suit our needs and budget. The BEST part about KABCO is there are no hidden fees. All prices are upfront. Delivery was on time. Once delivered, I submitted a list of minor cosmetic issues caused by transportation of the home and the NEXT DAY a service tech was sent to address all the issues. All of their employees are available to answer questions and want to provide the best service available. I am very satisfied with my experience here and will recommend them to friends and family.

These guys are as professional as they get but real down to earth entrepreneurs, too. They blow away any competition with their hospitality and knowledge of the home buyer/building experience. If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. Mr. Kruttlin is a stand up guy and super friendly. If youre looking for a great price on a home and even better service, talk to these guys.

Kabco was an excellent company to do business with. We bought our first house from them and they really worked with us to get us into our current house. They went above and beyond what they were required to do. We probably wouldnt be in our house if it wasnt for them. I would recommend them to anybody.
