The service is unmatched. It honestly is my favorite place to get dessert from. Everyone is always so nice and cheery and makes the whole experience of “getting ice cream” great. Honestly my favorite ice cream shake is the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle shake.in addition, They are taking great precautions for COVID and continue working hard. Love this place. Anyone that says they have bad service is probably just angry and sour. 10/10 recommended.

Well this was our favorite spot to get some good ice cream. Unfortunately today when we finally went back, the manager and the servers didnt have gloves and or a mask. The manager was touching all the spoons and Sunday covers with his hands. The servers were breathing on the ice cream. I mean come on really. With this covid19 running around, they should take better care of their patrons. Big time SMH!

The store hours say it closes today (Sunday) at 7 and it was 5:50 PM when I went and it was already closed. The outlet isn’t even closed so why would this store close sooner than 7 pm? I drove all the way here for ice cream and it’s was closed!!!

I love this ice cream...only caution to our vegetarian friends is this contain egg...incase you are doing any kind of fasting...just read label or ask people in store before you buy..

Not a whole lot of flavors to choose from. Guess being at an outlet mall you cannot expect more. Nice and clean with professional and courteous staff

I was somewhat surprised that they could not accommodate a peanut allergy. They said that they use the same scoopers for all flavors of ice cream. They apologized but didnt really make an effort. Oh well, I guess well stick to Cold Stone.
