I took my 2011 A4 here twice for oil and filter change which cost over $170+ And both time I didn’t get good customer service. Also took it for them to do a diagnostic and after a 3hr wait they told me they didn’t have to diagnose it because they know the issue and would recommend and the do not work with the warranty I had which the knew from the moment I entered.
