Everyone at all times guarantees to take personal responsibility for handling the matter. However, the customer must constantly monitor the progress of the matter.Invalid part obtained 2 times. Had to return the first part at our own expense.When that second part finally arrived (not working by the way) after numerous promises too, they say we won’t get the money back because it’s been more than a month since the order.A good way to make your order take more than a month, when you dont ship parts right away, but in a week or two.So BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. After sending my Merecedes Benz CLS AMG unit out for over 20 days, it came back covered in sand as was sandblasted in the casing still. This is a major issue as the blasting process creates harmful static that will damage the sensitive unit. There is sand inside of all of the holes, electrical connectors, and vent leading to inside of the casing.After reaching the customer service i was met with extreme rudeness by a rep named Jhomalyn R. I have been extremely patient and understanding only to have my money taken from me and sent a bad unit that was pulled from a salvaged vehicle. (salvage yard P/N still written in paint marker even though it was refurbished)All in all i have paid $435 to be held up for weeks, costing me more money...only to be sent a salvaged, poorly sandblasted unit that does not work.Any good review for FS1inc was more than likely a paid review.For FS1Inc, my account number is ME H847086. Make this right. I will be reaching out to the BBB meanwhile.**The RMA form was sent back the same time as review was left 10/25/21 (screenshot of confirmation included), considering I contacted FS1 immediately. I also have sent an email to the account manager at the same time regarding this issue including photos, and have gotten the same response.My order was originally placed on 10/6/21. My item was not shipped back until 10/22/21. I then did not receive the item until 10/25/21. By the time im able to ship back(at my expense) we will be past your return policy date.I can already see this will be getting me no where, but hopefully will keep people from being scammed. This company is a scam based off of a web of lies. I must say I am really pleased with this company after looking At the reviews I was skeptical but you know every time I call to check for an update or to see if it shipped I was always helped and they were very professional it was about 2 weeks that it took for me to get it there was a delay for extra testing. I mean how awesome is that they go the extra mile to make sure they got it done right! Thank you so much for getting my mustang on the road again.

My only resort when my Nissan Titan ECM died, vin needed to be programmed. When it arrived worked perfectly first try plug and play. Whole process took two weeks. I had a bulldog tuner installed on original computer so had to call manufacturer to unlock it and reinstalled on new ECM now it’s like nothing ever happened if not maybe better cause my gas mileage went up. I have to say thank you very much worth every penny and the wait
Computer did not work. ran worse then the original computer. i paid $400 dollars and now have to pay another $50 to return. there return policy has restocking fee and programming fee so from $400 i might get a $50 dollar return on a computer that never worked. this place is a total scam. save your money and go to your local dealer.

They communicate well with their ongoing correspondence with their customers whenever their customers need them there. They are fair and honest. Integrity is a key to success in the automotive industry no matter what field. I recently sold a Buick to a close friend and he got a computer for the car from flagship 1 and it worked out perfect. And on all of that I give them 5 ⭐s.
I bought and Engine Control Module (ECM) from here on 10/10/21. It took until 10/28/21 to receive the part. When I received the part, it would not connect to my car. I went through all the proper procedures and nothing worked. I mailed the part back to FS1 on 10/29/21. They received it on 10/30/21. Since this was not during business hours, I waited until 11/2/21 to give them another cal. They told me it would take 48 hours to diagnose the part. So I called again on 11/4/21 when I haven’t received an update. They told me they were backed up and it would take a bit longer to diagnose the part. They also said “if we are able to program” the device then it would take 5-8 business days to get the item mailed out to me. I have not been able to use my car while they are taking their time “programming and diagnosing”. I also made it clear that I have to move across the United States next week and they seemed very unconcerned with my restricted timeline so now I’m waiting on them to refund my money so I can go somewhere else.Bottom line: if you are on a timeline then go somewhere else that believes you time is valuable because Flagship One does not.
This place is a scam! Don’t wast your time or money with them. Their “plug and play” computers require programming and still don’t work and after spending $75 for overnight shipping and still waiting 9 days to receive it the vehicle won’t even start and now I’m told I have to wait 2-4 days for a call from tech support!
In early June 2021, after I pulled my 2015 Ford Transit out of the driveway all the lights on dashboard came on. I quickly drove to the nearby service center. 2 days later they called and said the Engine Module needed to be replaced. Because of the “chip shortage” it will be awhile. Four+ months later -that is not a typo- I got fed up being told they had no idea when the part would become available. Found Flagship1 and ordered the part on my own. Well five months and 6 days later I got my Transit back! Thanks to FS1.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR 6 MONTHS WITH NO RESULTS. They sent us a computer. It wasnt built right. We tried to warranty it and it has been 5 months with no computer. I have lost a very good customer over this situation.. There is no customer service is this theres no communication. Theres no resolve
Computer did work but didn’t leave for a week and a half. Despite the lies that ups already had it from multiple reps. A shipment order will be created in a timely order but our unit never left an nobody was professional enough to just say it. Do not pay for overnight shipping. If they take 10 days to get the unit in the mail like mine. It is a waste!
Great company to deal with. Im a mobile technician who does diagnostics and programming. I have bought multiple modules from them and have had no issues. I have used other resources on the internet and have had problems with multiple companies. So far I would give them another star if possible
The reviews had me skeptical about these products but Im glad I chose them, the online service was excellent and the ECU worked perfectly after installing it.no hasslenot expensiveexactly as advertisedFYI: this was for a 30 year old vehicle where ECU replacements were almost impossible to find, saved the car from going to the scrap.
In June 2020 I ordered a ECM (Order #100123142) from this company for my 02 Monte Carlo SS. As soon as it arrived we got started on replacing the old one. When it came time to doing the Passkey programing nothing happened. We followed the instructions many times before I sent my first email asking for help. Still the replies I received back were all the same, Please follow Passkey Instructions per make of your vehicle. 4 or 5 emails and same responses later I just gave up. So I sit here with a doorstop... This company is a joke.
Flagship One had a relatively hard to find item on hand for us. The serial number on the ECM for a 2006 Ford Escape is critical, and they had one available. The shipping was prompt.They sent various such as instructions, warranty, and tracking info via email in a timely manner. If I could give negative stars, I would. We got nothing but lies. Paid over 200$ for a vehicle computer was told the one the had wasnt working right and was lied to about getting a 2nd one. Never got our money back after they said they issued a refund and sent a refund receipt that they wanted me to sign. AVOIS AT ALL COST OR THEYLL STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO.
Flagship has been good & no issue whatsover on their ECU, Ive been using them for so many years now on any ECU needs & always works without any problems.

Ordered a computer for my daughters car. Was told it would be programmed specifically to the car with the provided VIN number, which I provided. The car didn’t recognize the computer. I started trying to contact the company the same day the item arrived to fix this issue. It’s a month later and still haven’t heard from them. Communication before I received the item was quick and professional. When I requested a refund, they ghosted me. Horrible customer service???? BEWARE!!!

I ordered my pcm from this company on October 7th. After many emails and phone calls back and forth I received my pcm. I am happy to say everything worked as it should. It was a rough road dealing with this companys communication but our the end I received my item in working order. Thank you I have been trying to get that truck back on the road for some time now.
Friendly service from Eijaz H, Ive had other friends order ECMs from flag one Im in the middle of nowhere Canada saskatchewan. My friends are all excellent mechanics they buy and sell cars have never had a problem. Being a self employed person people that write a lottery views that are negative are negative on any and every business they encounter thats just my opinion. Some people are just whiny.. Up here in Canada the Dodge dealership one is $1600 plus tax

As bad as I have ever seen shopping on line. This outfit is all about getting your money without providing any service. I bought a ECM for my truck, paid for it and two weeks and 10 unanswered phone calls later was told they did not have one. They offered to repair my unit which was old and had a minor issue but was working and when I got it back it was totally dead. Would not even start the truck. Of course when I demanded my money back they would no longer talk to me.Stay away from this place and don’t take my word for it, check the Better Business Bureau reports.By the way, I sent my module to Auto Computer Specialist out of Plantation, Fl and they were able to fix the problems that Flagship One created and it now works great. Cheaper too.Flagship One took $400 from me and I have nothing to show for it and no refund, no matter what their warranty says.I guess they are just that kind of people.

...i just had an amazing experience with Flagship One....we had shipped a customers processor thought to need refurbishing to Flagship One and were charged the customary fees up front...then i received a phone call from Marvin A...he explained that our processor did not need refurbishing - was functioning as it should - that we needed to do further vehicle diagnostics - was returning our unit...AND...refunded our original purchase simply charging us for their diagnostic time....AMAZING...thanks Marvin A!!

Had a bit of a difficult customer with a Lincoln causing havoc in our shop but Steven and company got us the unit as quickly as possible and our customer out of here!People posting negative reviews for FS1 may need a new mechanic! :*)
Used Flagship One on a recommendation from a dealership that used to use them years ago and highly recommended them. Must have been bought out or something since then because its nothing but a giant scam. Tried twice to purchase modules from them and both times got the same story of my part is in stock then after I ordered it all there in-stock units were bad and they need to get more. Had to get my credit card company involved to get a refund on both to boot. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Nothing but a run around when my ecm went bad, they blamed every other component than the ecm. Spent almost a month of emails back and forth trying to get my LIFETIME warranty claim. Finally said it was my coil pack (which were replaced per lifetime warranty) that caused the ecm to go bad. Good luck if you buy from them.
The best place in New York for every cars engine computer. I purchased one for my 2007 Mazda 7. Got it completely. Good folks too!
Ordered an ECM, took over a week to get it to my shop. The one they sent hooked up but would not take the IMMOBILIZER to learn the transponder to ECM. I sent it back and I swear they just sent back they same unit I had returned; nothing had changed other than now you cant even use the key in door lock to learn the key. Got a General Motors ECM, programed the key, and voila problem solved. I returned the second ECM to Flagship and they advised they are keeping $85 of mine. I would not recommend buying from this business at all.

What a run around. they say it takes 3-8 business days. Send you a USPS tracking number. then never ship it out. Its in the final stages of programing. Wish I would have read the reviews 2 weeks ago before I got involved with this company. Dont tell me you cant look up my order because google blocked my email. My order # is 836328. I ordered a refurbished PCM for my Chrysler PT cruiser. The price was good and it arrived quickly. However, it did not resolve my problems and actually caused new ones! They were a bit rude because they implied that what I experienced couldnt have happened! I just gave them an account of my experience and they didnt seem to believe me. They did let me return the unit and they refunded my money. That took weeks as they said that they had to test the unit. And said that there was nothing wrong with it and it should have worked. Now Im left searching for another unit. I just wanted a working unit. They couldnt even accept the possibility that they made an error in programming or anything. This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed as Flagship One was recommended by a trusted source.I am aware that The unit tested fine reply. The reality is that the unit was not fine, and did not work! The fact that Flagship One cant even accept the possibility of error on their part. The response they wrote is generic and means nothing. I opted for a refund because the part was obviously defective whether they say it tests fine or not, it was not fine.Better to not say anything at all than to tell me again that your defective part is fine!! Ridiculous.
UPDATE 11/02/2021: They just reached out to me telling me that they don’t have the part in stock and offered to repair my broken pcm or a refund. After this experience I don’t trust sending them my old unit I’ll probably never see it again. So it took them 2 months to tell me that they don’t have a part in stock even tho they kept telling me it was almost done and in the final stages of programming and i was even told it was about to ship out at one point. This place is a huge scam and needs to be shut down ASAP!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!Ordered from here as a last resort. Highly disappointed never had so many problems with ordering online. Ordered a plug and play pcm for my car on 9/13/2021 and received it on 9/27/2021. Had to reach out to online support for directions. Followed instructions and then my car Would not even turn over after calling support they found out they forgot to program the security module. Sent pcm back within the next 2 days and as of 10/28/2021 I still have not received it back. For the last 2 1/2 weeks they keep saying it’s in the final stages of programming but it never ships out. Last week Vance A emailed me saying it’s shipping out and I’ll receive it on or before 10/28/2021 and then sent me the tracking number for my first order which just shows my package was already delivered. I sent him 2 emails back requesting an updated tracking number but received nothing back. When the day it was supposed to be delivered came and it didn’t come I contacted support who then told me they are still working on my pcm and they will contact me with a tracking number when it’s ready. So in 6 weeks I still have not received a working PCM and I’m getting lied too. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Order #100232923
I would give this company zero stars if possible. The computer I bought from them almost killed my daughter. It made the car randomly stall on the highway. This happened multiple times. They wont issue a refund. Only a store credit...why would I trust them again?They respond that the item was outside their refund period, but they dont talk about the fact that I had to take the computer to my daughter at college. So that took a while before I could make the trek. And then after installing it, the computer made my daughters car stall on the expressway multiple times. Then I had to go back to her school to remove the computer and install the old one again. So yes...it took time. All along though I was talking to them and they were giving me advice.
Received my order after waiting 20 working days for it to be completed, not the 2-8 they claim, then the unit wont work. It may not be their problem, but the instructions they provided to teach the PCM my anti theft system didnt work the first time, or the second, or the third. When I inquired for guidance, they stated maybe you should take it to a dealer, is that your answer? After I waited for a month? Take it to a dealer? It WONT START!Now you recommend that I tow it? Pay to program it? to test if youve done your job correctly? I think Im returning it to get my money back.
These are the main codes Im getting. My truck want run.. it has now been dropped off at the dealer ship I was contacted by 2 employees when I said I would post my review. First employee wanted me to send it back for a return I paid 144. He was going to charge me $85 for a programming fee. So to me it sounded pointless. I dont them dont call me I told him handling business like this your company will not hold up! Then a second guy called me and asked me to do a crankshaft relearn. Yes I already tried that. But told him I will not flagship shop anymore! So for 108.00 my computer is getting cleared today.. but my biggest concern is what happen to plug and play? That then goes to relearn witch is fine.. but hold up now a crankshaft relearn that takes a rather expensive scan tool unlike my 200 dollar tool? Plug and play hahah flagship fooled quite a few of us
-10 STARS!!!!THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Made an order on 8/24/2021 called 3 days later was told the unit was in testing. Okay no problem, waited a few more days called back unit was still in testing. Called again 2 days later they are testing a new unit first one did not check out. Okay not happy but understandable. Received an email on 8/30/2021 stating there was a delay in the assembly line unit should be shipped out within the next 2 business days.(nothing stating that there was an issue within the unit) Called again told they were on the third unit testing it. Have to keep calling to get any results Account manager was impossible for the customer service rep to reach. Finally got an update from the account manager on 09/08/2021 stating my order has left the facility today(on 09/08/2021) USPS first class mail and is expected to arrive between 09/10/2021 - 09/11/2021. with a tracking number attached to the email. I call today 09/10/2021 to get an update being I looked at the tracking number on the USPS website realized the label was created on 09/06/2021 and has not been scanned into the USPS system. 09/10/2021 results is the unit was sent back in to repair that there was a pin broke. That when it went to be shipped out the heard something in the box and it had to go back to quality and the repair side before being shipped out. I know the USPS does not listen for a rattle in a package. The company ships out a manifest meaning the going to create a shipping label put it on a pallet or in a box for USPS to pick up scan the manifest and roll out. The Senior Account rep stated/ promised I they would ship it out Monday overnighted and I would have it by Wednesday. We shall see........Also their reviews on their website are all good no negative/honest reviews DO YOUR RESEARCH which I failed to do.
I purchased an engine computer for a 2010 Chriser 300. All but no communication. Took 2 days shy of a month to receive it. The computer I received presented 4 new codes all for oxygen sensor heater circit malfunction. They paid to ship it back. They have had it in their possession for over a week and havent even looked at it yet. I asked for a refund and was told sure but there will be an $89 reprogramming charge. What a scam! They told me they would get to it when they get to it. Probably be another couple weeks. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! ONCE YOU PAY THEM THEY NO LONGER CARE AND WILL KEEP HALF YOUR MONEY IF YOU WANT A REFUND. EXPECT TO RECIEVE YOUR PURCHASE IN 2 WEEKS TO 2 MONTHS AND IT IS 50/50 IF IT EVEN WORKS. I called yesterday and was assured I would hear something by end of day. Heard nothing. I could have had a working computer in 2 or 3 days somewhere else. Im still waiting and its been 1 month and 11 days. Flagship One is a sinking ship......Starship one actually contacted me today, 1st time since October 6th! (Origonal order placed September 8th). They called to inform me that the package has been shipped. 17 days after they recieved it!×××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××EDIT××××original order on 09/08/2021. I finally received a working unit on 10/28/2021. I do not see how this company could be around much longer if they do not change their ways. They actually had the nerve to call me and ask me to edit my review. They didnt offer to do anything to make this purchase up to me, not even an apology. They just said, we shipped your part, will you edit your review now? Well there you go FSONE. REVIEW EDITED.
Bottom line: poor and unreliable customer service, really slow processing and the unit didnt work. Look elsewhere.I just cant recommend this place. Ordered a replacement PCM expecting shipping and production speeds as advertised on their website. They use an automated system to let you know about order status updates. After about a week, and having received no updates, I called to check on the status. They are hit or miss on answering calls. Once you finally connect with someone, they merely transfer you to someone else. In having called them about 10 times checking on my order, I inky successfully spoke with someone twice, and each time I got excuses about them being backed up. I also emailed them 2 or 3 times, but they never responded to those emails.Finally, after about almost a month, I got the PCM in the mail. I do want to point out that their automated system was never accurate, and Im still getting emails from it acknowledging my original order as received by their system even after it was shipped. It did come well packaged, and it included a small programmer intended to be plugged into the diagnostic port after PCM installation.I swapped out my original PCM for the Flagship replacement, followed the instructions for programming, and tried to start the car. Absolutely would not start. I tried following the programming instructions again, and it still wouldnt start. Replaced my original PCM, and the car started immediately (though with the same low power issues as before).Reached out to Flagship by email to discuss. Fortunately, they were quickly responsive. They sent me a document to fill out that resembles a legal document. Its through a document signature service, and it felt really unnecessary and very overkill to use such an aggressive communication process in response to a product that didnt work on receipt.I do want to point out that they advertise lifetime warranties all over their website, but the fine print says you have a short period of time to activate the warranty. There are no instructions on how to do that. They also inky allow returns withing a very short period of your order and you must get a return authorization in advance through the above process.Ive just completed officially signing my return information from, and now I have to wait for them to review my information before theyll discuss our next steps.So, here I am, more than a month after ordering my PCM, absolutely no better off than I started. Im hopeful this return process is quick and painless. Meanwhile, Im looking for a different company to get me a working unit.UPDATEOne week after competing their return form I did not hear back from them. I called a d spoke to someone who let me know they wanted me to return my purchased PCM and my original (so then Id have a completely dead car). They again promised a 5-8 day tur around. This made me really nervous, and I asked for a flat out return. I was then informed of an $85 programming fee that is not refundable. After discussion with her manager, I was able to work it out with the person on the line. Theyre providing a return shipping label, and Ill get a full refund. Ill find another PCM elsewhere.
Outstanding company! My order for a 2010 Ford Explorer engine computer module was on point. It was received ready for use and it worked. Highly recommended.

This company is straight garbage ordered my ECU replacement back in March today is Halloween October 31st and I still not have received a working unit I will never do business with this garbage company again I called today on Halloween to ask what the issue was they said they needed my core unit bad TCU to replace to clone it to fix the car which is a 2009 Nissan Altima why did they ask for the VIN send a plug-and-play unit cuz thats what I paid for that did not work never again will I do business with this company when they could not give me an answer they just hung up on me
Update 4:Received another call saying computer is in and being programmed and will be shipped, even gave me a tracking number... that was a week ago and tracking number is awaiting sender to fulfill order!Called them and the are looking in to it.... This company is a scam. The product took over 3 weeks to arrive. They sent the wrong part, then blamed me for their mistake. Now they wont even answer the phone when I call because Im demanding a refund and they know if they avoid me long enough, the 30 day return policy will expire. BUYER BEWARE! Every step of this process since purchase has been a nightmare. They just keep lying or ignoring phone calls until its too late to get a refund. Guess Ill be disputing the charge on my credit card..
Had an issue with the ecu we purchased, But Daruis M. was on top of it and got another ecu for us. Worked perfectly. Toyota ecus of this kind that are still good are hard to come by, and fs1 came through for us.
The ECU/PCM worked exactly like it should and did not require a dealer or tech. The wait time is LONG, be prepared for a month instead of the 3-7 days, but with this being a lexus and many other companies still require you to go to the dealer it is a great option. And being 1600 cheaper then the dealer makes it great. Also takes awhile to establish customer service, but once I did they were great at communication and updates. I definitely recommend for anyone that has the ability to wait a few weeks. Otherwise you are spending a lot more money or taking a gamble on quality. Wait time is definitely the only downfall
No more 2500 rpm idle after start, no un-commanded rpm surges, no rough idle, no warning lights and no instrument cluster crashes. It runs smooth; powers good. And the price was reasonable. THANKS!!
Man I can’t stress enough about how much you guys helped me. I ordered a ECM for my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 and it works perfectly! I ordered it because my Trans Temp light was on, O/D light was on, and it was showing No Bus on the odometer. I plugged it right up and it fix everything include the misfires and abnormal shifting. Save yourself the aggravation. We had the same experience as most others. Ordered and then waited two weeks and received two emails informing us they are delayed because the unit is waiting to be tested. I called the company two times last week and could not speak with anyone internally in Lynbrook, NY. The calls go to an offshore call center who are well trained to keep you from getting a person. I asked to speak with a manager/owner. Nada. Husband initially spoke with an engineer and was given assurance they can provide a working ECU for a 20 year old Lexus RX300 he is repairing. After reading reviews at Google and Better Business Bureau I cancelled the order. Do not bother with this company. There is a reason they have thousands of NEGATIVE reviews. I gave one star because I had to in order to post this review. They are not even worthy of the one star.7/7 Edited with my response to Flagship Ones reply: I gave your overseas call center girls our order number. They looked up our order and told me the same thing as the two emails: delayed for programing. The same thing told to so many other customers. The girls each told me our account manager will contact us. When I asked to speak with the account manger two times I was told they are not available. You tell me why there is no way for anyone to speak with someone on the inside? There is nothing you can say or offer at this point. You do bad business. Done.
Customer experience was not a good one. Website stated I would receive my order with in 2-7 business days. Once I purchased the in stock item, which was 09/08/21, received an email on 09/11/21 stating that my device was going to be shipping out in the next few business days. I though great, as there was a back order of these through the OEM of a few thousand. On 09/15/21 received an email stating that due to high volume of ordering and programming it would be a few extra days. My response was, your website shouldnt say in stock if its not in stock. So a full day goes by with out a response. Finally I get, we are having to get a second unit as the first one failed programming. Here I am, my CC has been charged $224.00 on the 9/8/21- Still dont have an items shipped to me as promised in the 2-7 business days. Finally on 09/20 I get a shipping label emailed to me, they did over-night the item which was nice. However, heres where it gets interesting. These are supposed to be plug and play or so the website states.. They are not! Two days at the ford dealership for programming because it wouldnt start when we plugged it in. Got a p160a-00 incorrect response from immobilized control module error So now for a part that was supposed to be ready to go from the supplier, verified by VIN, cause they ask for that at checkout, Had to be towed to the local Ford dealership for reprogramming. (still havent gotten that bill yet). Would not buy from them again. I understand these are refurbished, I dont like being misled to believe this part would be a plug and play item as advertised. Company was down a service van for almost 5 months. We had to purchase a new vehicle to keep our technician on the road.Would not recommend anyone use them. Go to your local junk yard and get your own, which is what it appears they do!
Not satisfied at all. Its been over two weeks and like many of the other reviews, I still have not received my unit. I also tried calling them but of course no one answers the phone! I might not be so upset if they would just communicate properly, but even that seems to be a stretch. 2 thumbs down!

Please. Dont dot do it. Was sent trash. Broken prongs. Water damaged. Sent them an email intending to send it back. Then read that they charge you. Most people dont get refunds. The broken prongs on the ECM prove they dont check it. It was dirty. Then weeks of them emailing me to send the product back, I lied and said I got someone to fix it. Just so they leave me alone.Dont waste your money. Dont waste your time. These crooks got a multi.illion dollar scam going on for sure. Please. Dont do it. Go elsewhere.
My trucks engine had to be rebuilt but soon as the mechanic was ready to fire up the ignition it would not start. It was initially a mystery as no error codes were observed. My mechanic instinctively deduced that somewhere down the line something may have caused the engine computer to fail. I was worried that a 95 Bronco would not have any replacement computer till I contacted FS1 that promised to try its best to get a unit refurbished and reprogrammed. To cut the story short, they got me a perfectly working unit at the fraction of the cost than if I got it from the dealership. Still wondering why any issue happened but that is now water under the bridge.

Still waiting on my computer! The promised 3-5 business days more like 3 to 5 weeks. They will send you a tracking number but all they are doing is printing a label to buy themselves time. Them they send you several emails about how they are in the final stages of programming. When you call they will continue to tell you how it will ship in the next 48 hours which it never does. If you are depending on using them for a customer go somewhere else because they will make you look really bad. Time is not a factor for them.
C/S is absolutely the worst we have ever dealt with! Ordered a part, told it would take 2 - 8 days to process (part needed to be programmed), package arrived after 13 days ... the part inside was dirty and broken. How do you program something that is broken? Getting through to customer service to remedy the issue was virtually impossible. Finally got to someone who could barely put a cohesive sentence together and had difficulty answering simple questions. We told them we needed another part pulled from inventory, programmed immediately and shipped overnight. Finally received the part after another 8 days. Absolutely disgraceful service ... unless you are desperate, I would avoid this place at all costs.

I called to find out what is going on and it went straight to voicemail. Very irritating, if i knew it would take nearly a month to get my product (car not running this whole time) i would have ordered from somewhere else. No shipping information or anything to give me an idea of an arrival date. I figured 7-10 days for shipping and maybe a day or 2 to program it.
I ordered a ECM installed it, and it put my van into a hard idol, misfire, and eventually locked my throttle communication out.I called customer service 4 times than transfered over to the technician on my order and have not received 1 call back after 4 voice mails.Very upset about the whole situation I strongly recommend going else where

This company is a legit brick & mortar operation. It has a massive facility. Visited them from CT where I live and was greeted by an expert rep who took my order on his laptop. Although most of their business is done online, they processed my order right in there, and it arrived a few days later. Installed my PCM easily as it was plug&play. My Plymouth is back to its original running condition, perhaps even better. Thanks FS1.

Terrible experience! If I could give zero stars I would! I was jerked around and lied to for over a week. 2-3 processing days is a lie it took 8 days to process my order. And when I called them out on BBB I was faced with more lies to cover their butts. Once it finally shipped it never showed up even though it said delivered. I messaged them and they said I have to contact USPS!! It’s out of their hands! Seriously!? Screw this company they are a bunch of scam artist and liars
I placed an order with flagship one on September 7 today is September 14 I got a call from them asking that if I can return the old computer because they do not have the item that I ordered a week ago this problem was solved very easy by calling All computer resources down in Florida
I called and placed an order 904989 on Monday 9/20.They confirmed the Handling Time for all Programmed Units is 1-3 Business Days. so I proceeded to place my order over the phone. After that, I read all the horrible reviews which make me nervous because i need the unit shipped ASAP and many people complain about waiting weeks. I now call in each day to check the status since the Order status link on their webpage is broken and they tell me it could be up to 8 business days. Its strange they have HORRIBLE reviews on all platforms except eBay is 100%..... Ill update my review if everything goes well, but so far I dont feel good about the trust I placed in my order. I wish I read the reviews ahead of time. You may want to do business with another vendor doing the same service out of FL.

I had been having issues with my 2004 Sprinter van for over a year and this was my last resort to solve the “limp mode” issues I was having.After ordering the new computer unit from Flagship they kept in contact through emails right away and kept in contact when the unit would ship out. Then a day or two later they had reached per phone call and stated they were having trouble with programming the ECU unit to my Sprinter Van Vin # and asked if I could ship my original ECU to them so the could sink up the two units. They emailed me a UPS shipping label for me to send it in over night. I did so and within a week the new and old ECU showed up on the front porch.I plugged in the new ECU unit to my van. Started up right away and has solved the issues I was having. I’m very pleased with the new ECU and have no complaints dealing with Flagship One.Dan
I ordered a ECM for my dodge Dakota my order number is H906274 over two weeks ago it is my work truck and I need to get it fixed ASAP they said 2-8 days I called 5 days ago they said it was done and ready to ship 5 days later the tracking number still says the order is on the way to a usps facility I would never have ordered from them if I knew it would take this long. At this point if they ship the order on Monday it will end up being 3 weeks every time I call they put me on hold until I eventually hang up I don’t know if I am even going to get the part which I paid $240 for.

Its took a little time to receive it but be patient. The only issues that I see is that the immobilizer security light 🚨 is flashing, blinking while the vehicle is running.I think its because the key might need to be reprogram.But I will call them tomorrow to find out if its normal.The vehicle drive normal with the security light 🚨 blinking. Bought ECM from this company took more then 7 - 10 business days to receive my module. Receive my module install my module and now car wont start. Call company and speak to someone and they asked did you follow the directions, I informed them that no directions were sent to me. The nice lady then apologized and explained to me some of the directions and said try those if it doesnt work call us back. I did what the nice lady told me to do and it still doesnt start. I call back and get a new person only to find out that they want me to stop everything Im doing to fill out paper work and send to them and then wait 24 - 48 hours them to return my email. When I informed her that my main concern was putting the old computer back in so I have a car so I may get back and forth to work then I would fill out the paperwork she replied back and said No Sir it is important for you to fill out the paperwork and send it back then work on your car. If directions are suppose to come with the ECM then why not email them to me so I can make sure I did everything right. I appericate the first female I spoke with this morning, not so much with the second one I spoke to this afternoon. Right now I would not Recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a new computer for my 2004 mustang gt in 2018..got it in and called a locksmith to program the key to the computer for the antitheft. It cranked right up with no issues and still today running strong. thank you.
I ordered an ecu two weeks ago, and havent received it yet. According to usps tracking itll be here tomorrow. I dont know if Ill receive a quality product, but I know Ill never purchase anything from flagship one again, and Ill never recommend them.My purchase started off well, but quickly deteriorated when they couldnt tell me when it was going to ship out. Every time I emailed them, I received a vague response. I was eventually told it would ship between tomorrow and the day after. That time frame passed, it still did not ship, and then they wouldnt respond to emails. I work for a living, on the west coast, so calling them during business hours is an inconvenience.I absolutely despise businesses that dont tell you up front that theyre backlogged, out of stock, or theres going to be a wait/ delay. I have very low expectations of the product I might receive, and even if it all works out, I hate this company.
I had the same issues as many others. I believe this is their business model which is poor. Not only was my order delayed and doesnt even work. Its supposed to be plug and play. Not! Im going to try and return the item but with their customer service Im sure Im going to experience some B.S. I spoke to customer service and returned the part. Then I received half of the money I paid for the pcm. The service rep never mentioned any hidden return fees. Wow! You have been warned. These are not plug & play as advertised! Its cheaper to go to dealership and have your pcm updated and reprogrammed, even after purchase from flagship you still have to go to dealership.
UPDATEIm much happier, I received and it works great. just took longer then expected. Communication was rough at first but everything worked out. Thanks again!Going on 2 weeks now no update on my purchase yet, call and it just rings and rings. Only info I got is from PayPal that a tracking number for shipping was added. Track it and to this day it’s only been created. Kinda wish I went with one of the eBay companies so I’d have my part by now. Now I have to rent a car for our family vacation…
This is the worst customer service I have experienced. What turned out to be what should have been a 3-5 day wait to get the product, I never got the what I ordered. It took three weeks to get in touch with someone in customer service, who then told me a manager would get in touch about the status of the product. There was no return call. I then canceled the order and my money was never reimbursed. I contacted customer service again, who also again promised a return call from a manager. I still have not received a call.
Flagship one shipped out a replacement PCM for our customers car within a week. Customer service was prompt, professional and accomodating. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Been waiting for my ecm for a month and to make things better I haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody through their phone number and three different people on there live chat said they would get back to me and no one has this place this a scam and I’m livid
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. RUN. They farm out to India, you can never get a supervisor or a competent human, and you hold 10-30 minutes to speak to anyone. My computer arrived defective. Mechanic contacted them 7/2, no response. I called 7/12, was given an RMA. Shipped it back 7/14, arrived to them 7/16. Per their website its 2-5 business days for testing. I called 7/26- item is still in testing. 7/28 finally able to speak with my Account Manager. They will ship new computer after testing. 8/2 item still not shipped hopefully tomorrow. I requested overnight shipping on return Well let your account manager and her supervisor know. Meanwhile my vehicle has been inoperable for a month. I would NEVER use them again. This isnt even all the details of my contacts to them. Feel free to reach out to me- admin. My order number 740614.Please note the admin response left no contact info. Empty words. Ill be happy to edit my review if I receive a tracking number 8/3/21 and overnight shipping to receive my item 8/4/21.

Its incredible how this company can say they pride themselves in selling products when they cant even get their communications with customers correct. So I ordered a computer module for a van thats stuck out in Georgia and Im in NY, back on September 4th and today Sept 17th I had to cancel and junk my van due to this company not communicating with me after their supposed 1st module didnt work so they tried another one after I made numerous calls to get these bits of information myself 🤦🏻♂️. After the 3 phone call I made and getting different information from every representative that picked up I was over this company. Now waiting on refund. Sad part for the company is that Im affiliated with many body shops that wouldve benefited with purchasing from this company but I cant refer incomplete results.

The worst company I have ever worked with. Customer service is garbage.Technicians are garbage.I purchased and received an ECM after a month. The ECM was not programed and the supervisors response was to send back the new ECM along with the old ECM (that doesnt work) to program. I do not trust this company at all. Obviously this company does not realize that a vehicle is your livelihood.
I ordered a ecu for a 2005 Cadillac sts 3 weeks ago. Still havent gotten it. No one can tell me about my order other than its in programming dept. Customer service sucks. All they want is to get paid with no product returned. I do not recommend this company. Second time I used them. First time took 26 days for me to get a ecu.
They are scammers!!!! they dont ship what your order and keep telling you it will in 24 or 48 hours and when you call they hang up or put you on hold for ever. Ive asked for a refund we will see if they honor that? but i would say read the reveiws on the bbb website.
