I dont understand why this place has a bad reputation. I am coming to this location for a few years. I always being helped by Sam. Great service, very polite, takes his time to work with each client, calls back as promised. I am a happy customer!

Had to go to the AT&T store in Lynbrook to get a new phone. Jay helped us and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. He hooked us up with no issues. Great experience.

I don’t know where to start but I had an amazing experience!!! I’m a nurse and I received a great First Responders discount on my plan. I recommended a few of my coworkers to head over to this location due to the amazing service Malik gave me. He very kind, honest, and a respectful salesman. I saved money on my phone bill and TV service. Thank you Malik!!!

Purchased a Samsung 10Se phone and screen protector during the first week of May 2020. I went to Wantagh Ave store to pick up. Screen protector fell off that night. Returned to this store to replace. I was told unable to reapply screen protector, and tossed it in the trash and said as a courtesy will reorder a new one. I called two time to check status of Order and was told its on back order, with no tentative arrival day. Owner noticeable upset and said he was doing me a favor. I purchased it so thats not a favor. I do not have the old one to return to original store for a refund.. Extremely disappointed.

I showed up Sunday at 11 for an appointment that I made to get a new phone . I left at 11:15The store still wasnt open. A waste of my time. Never go there again.

The best at&t store i have ever visited, Amazing people working there, the kid with the blonde hair was such an awesome sales person. He got me and my family such an awesome deal on the iPhone 11, even after this pandemic they have smiles radiating out of their masks. Very honest and hard working people. The boss i think his name was Samuel or Sam. Very nice person if anything walking into that store i was scared since the store in greenacres was just so shady.For at&t in lynbrook i ended up walking out with an insane amount of knowledge about phones and life long relationship with at&t due to Malik and Sam!! Just giving credit where it’s due guys.

Signed me up for an account I didnt ask for. Told me to fill out a form so I could get a loaner phone for a day or to to check AT&T coverage. I returned the phone a couple of days later without signing up for service. Then I start getting bills from AT&T for services. They told me I could cancel my service but would still owe the the previous services, even though I didnt even have the phone. The store manager, Sam, told me hed fix it. Its been several weeks now and I just got a collections letter from AT&T. Going to have to sue Sam, his store, and AT&T now.

Inaccurate in what they sign you up for. Totally different price that they quote you verses what you get on your actual bill. When you realize this it is too late and att tells you there is nothing they can do about the screw up (convenient huh?). I had everything written in his handwriting on paper.Additionally, rep from the store just gave me two white phones and stated he did not have anything else in stock. If I am paying MY MONEY for something especially 750 per each iPhone I should be given a choice. Why should I have to take what they want to get rid of. Funny after much fuss and threat to return both phones and continuing with my prior carrier he somehow found a black iPhone right away. Would never go here again. They think they can deceive people but guess what the world works a little differently now and things are more transparent thanks to reviews.

Do not waste your time at this store. I had the worst customer service experience here 2 weeks ago and the problem has not yet been resolved. We asked for 3 lines to be added into our account and they added an extra line. Now we have 4 lines added into our account. The phones that they promised were late and the accessories that we asked for never came in. We are returning the phones and will take our business elsewhere.

We went from flip phones to Iphones and from Verizon to AT&T and as complex as that sounds, Sam patiently and competently executed the maneuver.

This store is completely unreliable. they are false advertisement and a disgrace to the AT&T family. Ive been a customer for years and i canceled my Verizon fios to join direct TV that they bought out. i was promised 4 telephone lines and 4 TV boxes for $200, now i pay almost over $300 and when i continue to call to get resolved they keep telling me they are working on it and will call me back. its been 4 months and still not resolved. i have contacted the president of this company on Texas hoping to get this resolved.
