I have been a customer of this location for at least 8 years and never have there ever been such amazing people who helped us. Justin was the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly person. Sherry was just as wonderful, helpful and kind. They both made our experience so wonderful and I would recommend this location to everyone.

I would not advice to use this store for a few reasons. The customer service is tribble, I wanted to purchase a new phone, but they were not able to transfer my data and charged me $70 for restocking. and T Mobil the parent company can not do anything about it, the store policy is different then if you go to a T mobile parent company, this store is owned by an individual, not T Mobile

Store close at 9pm and we get out the store at 10:15pm! Only the best team at lynbrook! Justin, professional, Bonny good support, Sherry the awesome manager! Went to this store few days ago and this is the first time, I was trying to fix my T-Mobile bill issue. Bonny start helping me out, she was so patient and knowledgeable, break down every detail and explained my bill so clearly, also really stand on a customer view, I wasn’t notice that I was paying something that I don’t need for 2 years and she help me to fix that and also change a new plan for me, got unlimited everything but cheaper that what I was paying! She is the best rep I ever met, I went into T-Mobile store every month to pay my bill, but no one ever really care and look deep down to my bill, only bonny! She is the best! Beside their manager sherry, she is nice and really welcoming, she was helping other customer while I was waiting, but she always keep her attention on all customers, she kept me update for the wait time and that make me feel they are really care about their customers. Overall, the store is clean and staff are awesome, will always come back even this is not the nearest store!

Our family worked with Justin and he helped us find the perfect plan as a family as well as individually. We upgraded all of our phones with his help and he did a terrific job. He was also very easygoing and we all had great conversation while waiting for our data to transfer over. 100% will come here again.

Im so happy with the service I received at this Tmobile location. I have been having a terrible experience with customer service over the phone. I came in so irritated and frustrated, both Justin and Amanda were amazing. They were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Im very pleased with the staff that I will be returning back. We came into the store 2 days ago to upgrade our phone and the person at the front desk was not very helpful. We ended up leaving and ordering the phone on our own. We came back to get a case and a cover and ended up upgrading another one of our phones and had a great experience. Justin was my in store customer service rep. He was most patient, thorough and kind.He went through my account and realized that there were discrepancies that should have been resolved a while now. He then did all the updates to my current phone and watch with such diligence. I can’t be more appreciative of Justin’s customer care today. Thank you Justin....

Justin Belnavis is a excellent salesperson he has patience of a saint. with your customer service department he was on the phone 5 hours out of the six hours at your store. Worse Customer Service Ever from Tmobile at 603 Sunrise Hwy, Lynbrook NY. I was given the run around on a promotion I received in December, but was not reflected on my bill. After first trying to take care of it through the Customer Service Line, they said I needed to contact the store. I read rave reviews on Justin, who I initially spoke with on a call to him with Customer Service on the line. Justin seemed to be on top of things. Identified the tmobile salesperson who sold me the promotion as Bonnie. After a week of me calling back because they never called back like Justin said they would. Justin would not take my calls. Other salesperson said he was busy and would be tied up the rest of the evening because he had a line of people to talk with. Finally Justine (lets call her Ms. SUPER RUDE) tells me to call back Friday when she, the manager, and Justin would all be there. Of course Im beyond fed up with going into week two of this. As I explain this to Justine she rudely talks over me and tells me it takes two weeks and do I want the number to call Customer Service. I repeat to her Customer Service said I needed to call them. She yells well you dont even know what I said because youre Not Listening! I repeat what she said and ask if that is what she said. She hangs up the phone. I call back 3 times, someone answers and hangs right back up each time. As I live out of State which they knew, I had to have my daughter go to the store because they wo t answer my calls. They didnt know I had family there. Justine tells her to wait and after about 5 minutes my daughter ask when are you going to talk with me, Justine states when Im ready. When she does get off her iPhone to speak with my daughter, I suddenly get a text from supposedly Bonnie. Remember her, shes the sales rep Ive been trying to contact and waiting for her to call me back for a week. UNBELIEVABLE... Justine does give my daughter the promotion code for me to call Customer Service with and surprisingly the nice Customer Service lady was able to fix the problem. Why did it take all this. The put offs. The lies. The extreme rudeness from Ms. Rude Justine. Iv been with Tmobile 17 years have 5 lines, have always paid them on time and this is how Im treated. Wow... SMH

I have been with Sprint for 19 years and Justin has provided the absolute best service thus far. I have been trying to get my son’s phone upgraded for months now and have been to several different stores. Each time we left empty handed because the Reps couldn’t figure out what was happening in the system to prevent the upgrade corporate told us he was eligible for. Justin spent 3 hours on the phone with the support team and discovered and fixed the problem! We just left the store with new phone in hand just in time for my son’s birthday! If you’re running into trouble with Sprint go see Justin....he will get to the bottom of it! Thank you Justin!
