Great place to shop for your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom needs. Clean store, inexpensive prices and very friendly staff. Very large selection of everything. My family loves shopping at this store. Also, they always have enough cash registers open so no waiting. We also love their large selection of coupons.

You can always find unique stuff for your kitchen here, but you cant always find an employee when you need help. Sign of the times

Tried to visit the store, were fully immunized and it’s legal in VA to not wear a mask and they would not let us in without one. I shared we wouldn’t be back. She said they (the company) would prefer that. So folks, if your trying to resume living again, and choose not to rock the mask, bath and body works hopes you never return to their stores. Done!

One of the smallest Bed, Bath, & Beyond locations I have ever visited. Because of this their selection is very small and limited. On the same not since their is not as much this location also deals with a lot of out-of-stock items. No big issues other than those related to the size. But if your in a pinch you can always check to see they may have what your looking for. But you may have to travel to Charlottesville or Roanoke to larger stores if you need something not as common.

Good store for household items.

Ordered online, used curbside pickup. Checked in online with no response upon arrival for about 8-10 minutes that followed. Called the number online and had to explain order. At the time of the order, a barcode was emailed to me but was never requested at pickup. Instead I had to show ID. It seems the barcode would be better to ensure accurate merchandise is given to the customer. Merchandise itself was great. So far so good.

I had an online coupon and showed it to the manager that helped me. I was a buy one get one free coupon and she said she would call the employee at the register desk and tell her about my coupon offer but when I got to the register the agent knew nothing. So I had to, while standing in check out line reopen my email and obtain the offer solicitation. This was a big hassle and all because of a neglige employee.

Store was nice, however, they didnt have what we were looking for. They do carry a lot of As Seen on TV stuff which can be fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the prices were about what you would expect. Clean store and easy to find sections and items.

Bed, Bath & Beyond has all the essentials and even non essentials for the house. The uniform code of the store makes most everything easy to find and self explanatory if you have a little trouble because of the easy to see signs. I would comment that the prices are a little higher compared to something like T.J. Maxx which may or may not have the same thing that you need but thats the rub: may or may not. They have been having sales across all stores lately of up to 70% off which is great! The clearance section in this store is in the back middle section.

Item was suppose to arrive on Monday day and 4 days later still hasnt arrived. Customer Service says its due to Covid which is ridiculous! Covid has nothing to do with this poor excuse for service. Bed, Bath and Beyond has lost my bhsiness.

Great place to shop

Once again BB & B came through with everything I needed. PLUS I finally found drapes for my bedroom. AND the one thing I wanted and couldnt find anywhere except on tv or on line: battery powered scrub buster! I broke my shoulder in January and cant clean like I need to. Ive had this Clorox brand in the past and loved it.

Lots of cool items but sadly half not priced..really wanted the as seen on TV wringer mop but no price and nobody near to ask so I left it there at store..good deals on k cup coffee of all name brands..bought them because they had prices..

Ive got mixed emotions about my experience there. I went in to get a gift card and 2 sales associates continued to talk at the register while I waited to pay. I had just seen the woman in front of me waited on at that register. I dont know what they were doing, but they never acknowledged me waiting. Another very pleasant young African American associate came to assist me and apologized for my wait. Based only on her assistance I would shop there again.

Bed Bath and Beyond have surprisingly well trained staff compared to other large retailers in the area. The store offers great promos if you sign up to their email and staff is friendly and helpful in meeting your needs as a customer. Good selection of products offering a range in quality products vs. Economy products so can choose what fits your budget and need.

Purchased a 10 piece set of highly rated Henckels pots and pans and got a free set of beautiful steak knives AND a $50 gift card PLUS I used a 20% off coupon!!!Im a very happy camper.

Love, love, love this Bed and bath store! The staff is always friendly & helpful & I always find an unexpected good deal on something I can use & I have fun rummaging through their clearance section. I love than I can use coupons even on clearance items for an even better value! I recently scored a Queen Quilt set (Quilt, 2 shams & 2 decorative pillows) for $30 after coupon, it pays off spending time looking for good deals here!

I really feel for the two employees working the cash registers today. One for normal purchases the other was also customer service for online purchase pick up, customer service returns, questions, etc. She needed roller-skates! We funneled to one long line, taking turns for either employee.I realize the company is struggling...just another indicator.

Very nice. Love the soda streamer. You can get refills by bringing in your empty cannister and getting another for half price. If you join the BB&B membership you always get 20% off everything you buy. Saves so much.... and dont have to remember to bring coupon. Just scan your phone!

Scratch that itch for a curious gadget you didnt know you needed. We got a sink caddy which both decluttered the kitchen sink and organized our scrubbers all at once. TERRIFIC! I LOVE these heavy duty, stainless-steel, measuring spoons, and my new 32 oz, pyrex measuring cup!Watch for the frequent discout coupons which offer some percentage off of any purchase.

Uninformed Staff. 12/16/2016. They tried to charge me full price for an item on sale. When I mentioned it was on sale for $99 instead of the full price of 179.99 they told me it wasnt. I decided not to purchase it and when I got home went to bed bath and beyonds website where the exact same brand/model is priced at $99 with free shipping. So I went that route. I prefer to spend my money locally but not under these circumstances.
