Worked with David and it was a fast and easy purchase. The guys who work there were super helpful and had the couch in their delivery truck by the time I reached the parking lot.

Worst experience buying furniture I ever had in my life delivery was days late and they bought the wrong stuff had to go pick up my dresser and waited months for the bed I ordered and never received it!!! Would recommend this place to anyone not worth the hassle

Gerald and Calvin did a great job helping me with everything I needed. They removed my old sectional and assembled and put in my new one. The price was fair. And they were nice through the whole process! Y’all need anything go there they will do everything they can to help you 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Ordered a bed two weeks ago when I ordered it I was told “it will be delivered this weekend” (so in two days from the purchase. Fast forward a week and still no bed so I call them and they say “oh it’ll be here Monday” (four days away). Yet again no sign of a bed being delivered.Would not recommend buying from this place unless you just have time and money to waste.

I ordered Bedroom set and mattress. That was on Jan 25th. I was told I would receive my furniture Feb19th but asked me to call that week to check. I called and they said it’s delayed and now it will take end of March and asked to check the week of 22nd. Knowing what happened earlier I went to store on 17th. The guy told that the prices went up and it’s delayed and would not be delivered 2 weeks later. Frustrated I still fully paid the additional charge and expected it delivered this time. Fast forward to today April 17th, I still don’t have my furniture delivered. Each of the employees telling different fake stories. One told its in truck, other told it will be delivered next morning then call in morning they say next week. All LIES!! Zero stars for them.

They came in and got the furniture set up quickly just exactly how I wanted it.

Saw bed online. Was sold when i came in. No problem. I ask what else i can get. Dude at counter says he will call me later that day when new stock comes in.he said some beds coming in. No call to date

I ordered 2 might stands and a chest a drawer a months ago. I was told it would take a week. I paid in full. 4 weeks later and several calls I was told I would get my furniture today September 24th. I have made 3 calls today was told it was on the truck. It would be delivered. It is now 7:06 and no delivery yet. All I have gotten from them is lies. I was told I couldnt get my money back. No furniture and no money back. I guess court is next step. I am a senior citizen and dont have money to give away. I Hate liars. No way to do business. I give them a minus star.

Ordered a couch in July and it’s almost September and we don’t have what we purchased. They keep rescheduling a different Saturday and my roommate and I free up our entire day to not get what we ordered. This occurrence has happened four times WITHOUT any call saying the process of our order or the courtesy to tell us it just isn’t coming. My roommate also ordered a bedroom set with a bed and vanity/dresser. The bed was delivered but they put the wrong dresser in our apartment with a damaged corner! The service here is HORRIBLE. We have had no communication other than us calling them! No offer of a refund or anything in return, ridiculous.

This place deserves 0 starts I had ordered a couch in July and it is almost October and I have heared nothing from them unless I call. I have tried to get a refund because im tried of waiting but they keep telling me different days to call. They basically just stole my money.

It seems the service has gone downhill just as you can see if you compare reviews and it’s a fact. My family purchased a mattress set and paid in full. It has t been delivered to my home our store. I seriously wish no stars was an option NEVER do business here!!!! I paid for a mattress in full almost 2 months ago and it still has not been delivered I have called every week just to get the run around about either the mattress or a refund! They obviously don’t care about loosing another customer. if I don’t get my money back tomorrow I will be taking this to court!!!

Pls do not go to Premier Rental because they owe me for $392. It has been two months now. I went there and asked it back, but no. Gerald Jacob told me that he will sent money back about 5 times, but it didn’t happen. I called a lot, but he was busy. I left message to asked him to call back and email him 6 times, but he never respond back at all. Also one of my friend and I stopped by, Gerald used backdoor and walked to his truck that he saw me, he left. That’s mess up! So pls do not go there!!

Let me tell you about these great people. I furnished a lot of my house through them and they were more than helpful. I highly recommend going to them for business!

I was told that our unit was going to be delivered within an hour and then I’ve had to keep calling into the next day to try to get the issue resolved. It never got resolved and the other sales rep gave me wrong info and wanted me to come back again in. do not do business with these people

Bad service paid cash and full for my living room a whole month and two weeks haven’t got anything. Than finally I had to get my cousin to go deliver my sofa and long chair. Still haven’t got my recliner . Order a tv never did get it than got my money back . Lies about delivery time, lies about going to NC to pick up things. Very dishonest! Do not go there!!!!!! The worst business I know.

I will be calling the police if the merchandise I purchased out right yesterday is not here by 8:00 tonight. It was supposed to be here yesterday, they called and said it couldnt be done...they said it would be here between 4:00 and 4:30 today. I called back at 5:35 and he said they were leaving the office with it then. Its now 7:50...I only live 35 minutes from the store.

Never actually used them thankfully, but did have business dealings with them. One of their employees threatened to hit me with a baseball bat over the phone. Unprofessional.
