So first I purchased a bed things was going great then I got 2 more things. My daughter became sick and I had to be with her at VCU hospital in Richmond Va. I talked to Erika she’s the sweetest lady ever told her I will in too make my payment . Maybe hour after I talked to her. Mike sends people to my house who was ready disrespectful and said threaten. No I was home they knew that. So I will be returning their stuff the them personally. I always will be making a trip to the court house some warrants. I didn’t want to even give them one star

I had my wallet stolen and asked them if I could make my payment a little late. They told me no and scheduled a time to pick up my stuff. Absolutely no empathy at all for my situation. They were nice when they were SELLING me the stuff to begin with though. Absolutely rude and no empathy at all. Needless to say I am disgusted with this store.

Great place but will call you 20 times on the day your payment is due they dont even wait till your late to blow your phone up
