Best place to shop to get your smell good products. Especially around holidays when they have big sales. Awesome people always friendly.

I absolutely love this store and the employees that work there. My family and I came in on 11/2/2020 close to closing time and I had had a pretty rough day and wanted some retail therapy. The staff was awesome Jared, Beth, and Teagan hooked us up with some really great deals and were so helpful and courteous our entire shopping experience it just really turned my whole day around. Whatever cooperate is paying these folks it isnt enough.

We are small business owners and unfortunately have found this store which is NOT a small business to be all about their profit, not their customers. I rarely write reviews and when I do its positive. Unfortunately every experience with the staff/management at this Bath & Body has been poor. I recently called the day after a 2 day weekend sale to explain our small business is open those days and I cant make it in. I asked if they would allow me to purchase the product at the sales price. The answer was a firm No + the person said they were only a little more money off sale. I have been to 3 other B & B where their policy was to honor the sales price 2 days before and 2 days after a sale, but not this store.

I love this store usually!! Its one of my favorites since its paired with White Barn. Today is the first day open since the Corona. I had to wait in line to go in, no big deal but I was surprised. When I got inside and saw the semi-annual sale, it truly was a joke. Not much to pick from regarding the sale. I did make a purchase but I could have easily gotten what I purchased online and Im sure had a better selection. I was truly disappointed today but hopefully soon the course will be righted 🤞. Several tables of products were empty when usually they are full. Ill be back of course and hoping that day will be better.

I love bath and body works, however when I went today, I know they ask you not to open any soaps to smell, but I was going to purchase it, a lady that worked there snatched it and said you cannot open and smell the soap, she went to another lady and said to remind everyone not to open, we can smell at the hand washing station, she was rude. Like I said, I was going to purchase it anyway. After that, I just purchased what I had and left the store. I would have purchased more items, but I didnt feel like I wanted to, I just wanted to leave. I will go back but not anytime soon, maybe purchase online. I do understand the nature as to why with the Covid 19, however she could have just asked me not to smell if if I wasnt going to purchase it.

This store has everything and more for the bath/shower. You come out of the shower feeling so soft and smelling delicious. They have loads of products to choose from AND they even carry candles which makes your home smell awesome.

Wife and I stopped by. They had a buy 3 get 3 sale which allowed my wife and I to each get our own body fragrances, lotions, body washes at half cost. This location also has a White Barn dedicated section and we also loaded up home fragrances 5 for $23. Staff was helpful and attentive even going the extra mile and finding my wife the last bottle of a fragrance. Definitely worth stopping by. Located in River Ridge Mall.

The store has a good selection, but our cashier Anna was very rude to us after she mistakenly overcharged us. We were understanding, but we wanted to see a manager so that we could get a refund for what was overcharged. She said her manager was in the back and she couldnt leave the store room. We proceeded to wait for almost 10 minutes and after she ignored us for that time we asked if there was any way for her to call her manager or poke her head into the back room and call for her. She scoffed at us and then proceeded to call for her manager in the back. When her manager came over we saw her roll her eyes at her manager like we were being unreasonable, but it was her mistake that needed to be fixed in the first place. Eventually we finally got the refund, but never received an apology for the overcharge.

New experiences and great help. Katliyn took her time and showed me some great deals. She even helped me as I was leaving the store. I had purchased the wrong thing for my car! Once again she looked at what I had chosen and was able to find me the closest thing for my car. Thank you Katliyn!

How is it that with two stores full of associates no one can help my grandmother as she stands up front for 15 minutes, its a good thing I love that store and maybe it was a bad day, I dont know, I just hope the associates take into consideration that no one assumes you ring up at the other store when no one is ever at either register

Worst visit. Wasnt greeted by anyone not even cashier who took it upon herself to pick up my phone for coupons. I never said I had one was reaching in my as she picked up my phone. Never had 4 candles along with other items placed in same bag. Had to ask for another bag.

I like the products and the store but I am finding the store in Lynchburg just too overcrowded with product lately. It is hard to navigate through the store and the smells blend together. I wish the company would have more original scents come out. There seem to be so many that are similar now.
