Very knowledgeable about their products. No pressure to buy that day. We bought a sleep number bed about 10 years ago and have loved it. Found what we wanted and liked so we purchased that day. Excited for our new bed to be delivered!!!
Great experience in purchasing a bed. This was our second sleep number bed and the technology is amazing. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want a comfortable bed buy this bed.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I cant believe how this company left me in the lurch. I had ordered a king size bed to replace a queen which the previous owners of our Wintergreen house took with them. With renters coming on Friday, we arranged for a Wednesday delivery. The delivery team shows up in a beat up truck, and not surprisingly, they cant open the lift gate. Rather than going to get it repaired overnight, they complain about how they are underpaid and drive back to South Carolina. I am left to find a king size mattress (which is surprisingly difficult to find in stock) and my husband and I have to haul it home and up 2 flights of stairs by ourselves. Meanwhile, the best Sleep Number can offer is to deliver our mattress in 10 days. What kind of service is this? How do they get away with this? This would have been our 3rd S# mattress. Now, I can assure you that we WILL NEVER buy another. The people in Lynchburg might be nice but their delivery system and the corporate customer service people are nightmares.

They were super nice and inviting. They helped us find something in our budget and even apologized for the delay that we will have due to being an hour away,
Kaitlyn and the crew at sleep number were great. She showed us around the showroom, had us try the various pillows selections and we left happy and with a much needed new bed. Whole store was very welcome and conversational during our time there.
Caitlyn was very helpful with helping us meet our needs. She was sweet, kind, very professional, not in a rush & she took her time to get to know us & walk us through the process to reach our goal on purchasing a bed. She understood exactly what we looking for. She even went out of her way to contact us on a different date to discuss with us our options. Overall it was an excellent experience & I would recommend her & this store.

Excellent! But a Sleep Number is an investment, not just a bed, so its to be expected.Couldnt be happier with the atmosphere and personnel.If the in-home is as good as the in-store I know Ill be happy.
The most important thing at this store is making the sale. Once they have your money its all yours. While selling it to you, you are told to call them with any questions or problems. However, Store Manager will never return your calls. We bought our 1st Sleep Number bed on-line. This time we thought we would buy in-person at the Lynchburg Store. Wont do that again. On-line experience was much better. Ended up calling Corporate to get assistance.
Absolutely nothing but impossible to deal with. They wont let me return my power base. They wont work with me or customer service to exchange my firm mattress for a softer one.

I purchased a I8 bed Oct 13th, the bed did not function for the 1st 31 days! I found the bed to be uncomfortable, I contacted sleep number mid Dec to return it for my money back! Sleep Number sent me 2 return labels, I packaged up the bed and sent it back Dec 13th, sleep number received it Dec 14th, I havent heard a word from sleep number and I havent received a penny back from them! They owe me over $3000 for the bed!
