Everyone is super friendly except the cashier I dealt with. I wont call her a barista, because she was so upset to make me a coffee that cant be her job. Im not sure if she had a problem with me because I was not wearing a mask, or because she hates men. Either way, this is the last time I will be coming here. Cheers

Very quick service done by polite and welcoming baristas. The layout of the seating is very welcoming, as well. I love being able to sit at a table and have a view of the whole store, and this place offers plenty of that seating, as well as a comfortable outdoor area.The drive-thru also has always been very quick, in my experience, even when there have been lots of vehicles before me in line.

Two years ago this was my go to Starbucks in town. My wife and I moved out to forest and this is the closest store. I don’t know what it is, but the past several times I’ve been here they have consistently messed up my order. For example, I order a cold brew with cold foam and get a sweet cream cold brew without foam. I order a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and get regular milk instead. I ask them if they have the caramel apple spice cider in stock, they say yes, and proceed to give me an iced apple crisp macchiato. I feel bad that they always have to remake the drink. I know they’re busy, but I have to wonder if they’re just rushing through orders without actually listening to the customer. Messing up my order every now and then happens. Messing up my order every time I’ve gone there for the past two months is an issue. You gotta get it right at least once. I’ll keep driving the extra distance to the one on Timberlake because they are incredibly consistent and have yet to mess up an order of mine.

This is by far the friendliest Starbucks Ive ever been to. The drive-thru workers are kind, peppy, and send you on your way with a smile. Never had a bad experience here, but if I did, Id still go back!

I used to be a fan of this location, but now they are constantly turning off their online ordering. So, instead of giving them 10-20 minutes advanced notice to complete my order, they have to complete it there when I show up in the drive thru. This just leads to longer and longer drive thru lines or having to order inside and wait with other people during a pandemic rather than just in and out. Where is the logic in that? The way I see it: if you are short-staffed, then you would WANT more time to complete orders... Unless your goal is to frustrate and deter customers away in which case, congratulations! Youre succeeding.

My first time here. Employee was very helpful with helping me decide what I wanted. The iced de-caf coffee was good and the egg white with roasted peppers, very delicious...however, when I took my seat there were alive and dead flies in the window and some kind of big bug. Employee courteous and lunch good, cleanliness horrible 😫

The shortage of products is getting ridiculous. This location in particular loses their order ahead feature every other day. Then they close the doors to ordering inside when they are short staff so this morning, when usually It only takes 4 minutes to get in and out with my coffee that I ordered ahead of time, it took me 18 to get through the drive thru because the lobby was closed. I am just going to get my money on my starbucks online card refunded and go out of my way to a locally owned coffee shop.

Lately every time I’ve come the baristas are super rude if I have questions when trying to figure out what to do. Frustrating and I’d rather go out of my way to go to Joe beans where they are nicer.

First time visiting this location and they had phenomenal service. Not only was it quick, but the staff were extremely friendly. They even wrote “merry Christmas (in July)” on my cup :) I don’t usually visit Starbucks because it’s a little too expensive for me but I’ll definitely be back to this location.

You always know what youre going to get with a Starbucks. I enjoy the star reward program as well.

This location is super convenient to me on my way to work and I frequently visit. My drinks are always delicious and the staff is always friendly. Whenever I have my dog with me I get him a pup cup and the staff is always so sweet with him. Everyone is so friendly I wish I knew all of their names to personally recognize each of them, but today specifically Noah was very friendly and personable and pleasant to talk to. Thanks for giving the community a little dose of kindness with our morning coffees!

I frequent this location often because it is on my way to work. The service is always friendly but my order is inconsistent. Some days its perfect, other days its as if they put as little of every ingredient (besides the coffee)in my drink as possible. Food is always good though. Hard to mess up a microwave meal though. 😬 But overall, its a positive experience. 👍🏻

Service was great. Employees very friendly. I got a small Pike Place and street I added half and half to the dark brown color or was not even hot. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I mean, it was close to closing time so I understand not having a new pot but it could have at least been hot.

I travel a lot and have been to many Starbucks including Starbucks stores in very busy cities such as Seattle, Charlotte and Richmond. This one takes the cake for WORST SERVICE ever. I waited inside the store for 43 minutes (Yes, I timed it) for one hot tea. Meanwhile, there were about 15 other people who waited just as long as I did to get their orders too.Yesterday, I had an early morning travel so I stopped to get coffee before hitting the road. I got there at 5:42am...no one was even there. The store is supposed to open at 5:30am as stated on the drive thru window. Other people were actually circling the parking lot waiting as well. The lights weren’t even on in the store.I would give this place no stars if that was an option. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too.

I cant say enough about how great the service is. They are always very friendly and positive.

This new Starbucks has more indoor seats with access to an outlet. If it isnt too busy its a good place to sip a latte while getting some work done. Parking is inadequate though. If this place is busy definitely go to Third Wave in Forest. Third Wave is independent and always has great coffee, a bright clean place for people to work or study, and plenty of parking.

Yea for the drive through. Excellent service with friendly helpful staff. If youre not on a diet their various pastries are delicious! Only caution is the difficult left turn on to 211 at rush hours.

I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 6-9 minutes. I got there 10 minutes later, and my drink was not on the mobile pick-up counter. I stood there for another 15 minutes waiting on my drink before anyone acknowledged me. The three individuals working all made eye contact with me at different points, and I said excuse me to them several times. Finally someone handed me my drink. They had it placed on a counter by the drive-thru window. Unhappy with this experience.

Love Starbucks coffee, when it is made correctly it is worth the money. Id personally recommend this Starbucks over any in town. Because of the people that work there. This Starbucks unfortunately is not a Pokemon gym.

Nice to have a Starbucks this close to home (Lake Vista area). Service was a bit slow, and things were a bit chaotic. But, they were pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon, so your mileage may vary.

I always use the app to place my order, then I pick up my order through the drive-thru. I had to wait for my order. It wasnt ready. Then they gave me one drink and I had to wait more to get my 2nd drink.

Poorly managed. Employees scattering around the store in an innefeciently to finish their orders. Four employees on a Saturday morning is crazy. I know of small business’ who have more employees scheduled on a Tuesday. Lastly, after watching this debacle for 20 minutes while waiting in line, I was greeted by a kind man who let me know that the drink I needed to order was completely sold out. Here’s a tip: take a piece of paper, write down the sold out item, and post it on the door. It’ll take you places.

The two members here super friendly. My issue is with the Wi-Fi. Two previous times I stopped in there is no Wi-Fi available. Today it connected and then dropped me about every 15 minutes. Finally after the third time within the hour I left. I dont know how frequent the Wi-Fi issues are at this location, however three times in a row is enough to keep me from coming back.The food service industry is all about consistency not just in product execution but in guest experience.

It is great place to meet friend and grab a cup of hot chocolate.

I live 45 minutes from any Starbucks. I work M-F in Lynchburg. I stopped by the new Forest Rd location. It was my birthday yesterday and I had a email stating I could get a free item. My plan was to stop at the Starbucks on Timberlake Rd. Closed! The closest Starbucks had me driving about 6 or 7 miles back into Lynchburg. I thought they might honor my request this morning. The guy said, Uh I dont think we can do that apparently someone was talking to him, headset, and then he said, no we cant do that. Starbucks? Really? I will not visit this location again. Its the principle of the matter.

It took 19 minutes to wait on 7 customers at the drive through and when it was my turn they ran out of coffee.
