Always a great experience when I go to purchase lumber. Amazing staff and yard help.

Ive rented equipment from Westside more times than I can recall. The staff is always pleasant and professional, they help me hook up, load, and even deliver equipment to my jobs on occasion. They take the time to make sure that Im familiar in the operation of any machinery, and everything has performed as expected, with one exception I recall - and in that instance, they exceeded my expectations in setting things right. Theyre no longer my neighborhood hardware store, but Ill still go out of my way to rent there.

Sales staff was very helpful & easy to work with. Helped us get our specialty order the next day. Out in the yard a young man helped us load our items without us having to ask for help.

They have a pretty decent selection for dealing with different building situations. Constantly surprised by the stuff they keep out back. they have been most helpful in getting a hold of professional items. Example being i needed some flashing for a siding job i was in the middle of doing at my residence. They found what I needed which they normally had instock but did not at the time and ordered it up and called when it was in so I could continue with my project

Knowledgeable counter workers and you should see the yard workers, they hustle their buns off.

Westside is a premier lumber and hardware store ! Service price and selection. I purchased from them for many years and will continue to .Also I worked their for a few years the owners and managers truly care about the employees that work for them .

Dear Westside Building Supply. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you are being honest about not carrying products made by Teal Jones. Please scrutinize your suppliers and only carry wood products made from second & third growth, not ancient rainforests. Thanks.

Westside Building Supply is my top choice for all my house projects. They have an amazing team, with excellent customer service and support. The far exceed all expectations in every department.Westside, also, has a great inventory. If the item you are looking for is not available they have options for similar items. They have special ordered for me before.This is my go to place, if they are not open when I am desperately in need I will go to the big box stores. I prefer Westside though.

Westside Building suppy has just about everything for anything! I always stop there first... The people are great! Always friendly and seem genuinely happy to help you find what you need or even might need. Way better than the big box stores like Lowes or Home Depot in Bellingham...I fully recommend anyone planning a home project to stop and check out what they have.....

Only 4 stars because nothing man-made is perfect. Wayne/Sam are a great team. Our family had a storage unit that we could not access. TheGarage door exterior keypad was not programmed with a PIN #. Wayne got into the unit, new battery for the ext keypad, replaced interior keypad, fixed the remote clicker PIN programmed into external keypad. Awesome work.We are customers

There is a sign upon entering which states that it is a state law to WEAR appropriate masks when inside west side building supply. I was confused because hardly any of the employees were wearing their masks. Everyone seemed to have a mask but most were not wearing the mask properly or at all. Is it optional for employees to wear masks or is it only when talking to a customer or are employees of westside held to a different safety standards?

Wanted to buy shelving for a walk in pantry. Thought we would support the local business but after walking down a few aisles and seeing the majority of the customers without a face mask/covering we decided to leave and will not support a business that doesnt care about customers safety. Guess they think they are immune to the stuff.

Weve had two homes built and both our contractors used Westside for their supplies. They have excellent products and fantastic customer service.Terry and Hollie were so easy to work with and accommodating. We love our cabinets and hardware! Our semi-custom front door is beautiful! We had a little problem with the stain and they took care of it quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Every time I go to Washington I go here. Its my favorite place in the world. Its my dream tool and hardware supply store. They have only high quality tools but great prices. Not one tool or product Ive bought from them has broken. The best is their staff! Always more than happy to help and get you exactly what you need and nothing more. Sorry Canada tool shops but I come here for all my tools! I wish they had a few of these places in North Vancouver.

Ive always had great experiences here. Today I had help picking the right wood for a project and they even helped cut it. Nice employees all around.

Low inventory and half of the people in there werent wear masks, even though masks are provided by the front door.

We paid our contractor who ordered a garage door through these guys. The door was ordered, arrived, then our contractor had a tantrum and cancelled the installation. Even tho the door was ordered on the contractors account, installation was included, and we paid for it they refuse to install.Shady business dealings.
