Only 2 stars because Ive actually got help here before. However, I showed up over a hour before close to buy a battery and have it installed. The kid, Chris I believe. Comes out and tells me I need a memory saver or my truck wont work after swapping batteries because of anti theft. Clearly doesnt want to install it. I go to the similar named store across town, they put it in, no problem. No alarms, no killed starter or any of this stuff he rambled on about actually happened.

Asked for rear brake pads they gave me front,had to drive 15 miles each way, didnt apologize or no discount,for there mistake.Had issue before, couldnt find my life time warrenty on brake pads for other truck.

So on Friday Sep 10th 21. My husband had to buy 6 spark plugs for our truck. The first time we went this young guy named Rishton sold us the wrong plugs which couldve seriously damaged our truck more it was a good thing my husband caught it before he replaced it. Keeping in mind we didnt know what kind of plugs our truck had to start first time changing them on this one. The second time we had to go about an hour later the other guy whos name I didnt catch being it was already a long day but was older so we thought he had more experience ended up shorting us one plug. So now the next morning he has to pedal a beach cruiser with a bad back back up to Lynn Haven, Fl Autozone on Hwy 77 for a third time.

I called to try and get a starter or a set of new starter brushes, and the Lisa was not helpful, she didnt even check to see if they had a starter new or if I could purchase the brushes new only and she hung up before I could askHer if I may be able to get them from autozone online order ....so I wont be shopping there ever again in store or online thanks lisa

My wiper blade came off in the rain today. I pulled into the Lynn Haven AutoZone to get a new wiper. I was helped by Hayden, a courteous young man with a great attitude. He looked up the new wiper I needed on the computer and then he went outside and installed it for me. I offered to pay for his help but he refused. This young man is a big asset to AutoZone and with his attitude and work ethic, he will be successful at anything he does.

Not exactly sure how to leave a review for a specific employer but Rachel (hopefully I spelt it correctly) is who Ive been speaking to on the phone & is absolutely amazing!! I have been to Autozone in Lynn Haven on 2 different occasions now and not only has everyone greeted me at the door but on both occasions I got the same girl her name was Amber she is an amazing sales person and she goes above and beyond her job status to help make sure you have what you need for the job. She knows her parts and product very well.

Surprised at the rate of speed in which we were helped. Especially during a lunch hour. Exactly what we needed and out the door.

Wouldnt let me do a return with receipt. They gave me receipt already faded or machine was low on ink. So because couldnt read one number on bar code the rest was there they said no couldnt do it.

Not a good location to shop at. There were at least six employees running around the store and only two operating cash registers. Both of them were so engrossed in their manly conversations that they couldnt take time to help line of 8 to 10 people that just kept building and building and building. I laid down everything I had in my hand in the floor and walked out. Take my advice and drive across the street to the Advance Auto where someone will assist you.

Called ahead made sure they had the parts I was looking for went in took five mins and was out. Loved it thats y I keep getting my parts from them

My car ding-ed at me and gave a Low oil. Add oil, notification. I went immediately to Auto Zone and Mr. James Bell greeted me and asked how he could help. He walked me through checking oil, which one I needed, how much oil to add, and was just so compassionate and helpful. He put the oil in for me and gave me advice. He made me feel comfortable, safe, & cared for. Im beyond grateful and elated to have such a wonderful interaction to reflect upon and share my experience. Wonderful.

The staff at this location have always been friendly and helpful. This particular location definitely redeemed by opinion of most Auto Zones which was an issue I had while living in 2 different states. Definitely worth visiting cause they wont disrespect you or up sell something you dont need.

Like most auto parts stores, they are not the place to go if your in a hurry. However, this AutoZone has a great staff and it is well worth the wait. I noticed that a hose had come loose when I was checking the fluids in my car. I took the hose off and found that it was old and brittle and needed to be replaced. I had resently moved to this side of town and had never been to that particular AutoZone. I found the staff attentive and helpful, so helpful that when the guy helping me went to go get the hose to replace the old one. He went above and beyond and put the new hose on for me. Now, thats good service!I am happy to say that they now have a new regular customer 😊👍🚘

A GREAT BIG HUGE THANK YOU to Brad Ackman at this store!!! I needed help with a headlight part. Not only was Brad very knowledgeable and friendly, but he took it upon himself to install the part for me!!!!! Not only was his attitude awesome, but he didnt act like it was a pain in the rear to help me. I am sold on AutoZone and especially Brad!! This means a lot being a single woman!!!

Lied to me, saying my alternator tested bad, tried to sell me another one. I tested tge alternator at 2 other businesses and it tested good. So either employee error or trying to sell me a $200. Alternator.

I needed a part and they had it in stock. Then it turned out that I didnt need the part and they took it back without issue. Friendly staff and clean store.

Had to go back 3 times for windshieldwipers.

Asked about aftermarket air cleaner stud kit and the guys send me to Walmart! Lol. I look around the store and found the kits in performance.

I work security for this place during Hurricane Michael. The staff is very loving and does care about the community they serve. These people go beyond there job duties to help customers.

At first when I came in I was talking to an older black who didn’t seem like he knew too much about anything. I was just looking for a part for my A/C. Then a really young guy I think his name was Mason came over and helped me instead. He knew exactly what I was talking about and even helped me diagnose some other problems i’d been having. Thank you very much Mason!

Good and fast service. I had to have check engine light checked and they were very helpful. Printed out a detailed report and didnt pressure me to buy anything.

This one has improved. Its been here for years and they were the first in the aftermath of the hurricane to open back up.

They have most everything you would expect! They need a few more options in the in-line fuse department. I have always had good experiences with the well knowing staff. Anything I have needed has always been in stock or available within a few days.

Theres a guy who works here and he keeps telling his customers he and his co-workers are not machanics. Heard it on 2 occasions now. So if they know nothing about cars, why hire them? Thats how you get the wrong parts. What happened to What it takes to do the job right Autozone?

Good place to do business. Very helpful and go above and beyond. My Trailblazer blinker was on the blink, thought I was gonna have to settle for a dealer installed. The technician on duty replaced the front bulb in less than 5 minutes.

Overall I was not very impressed. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. One employee was pretty upbeat, which helped out; but everyone else I saw was not helpful, and acted like they did not want to be there or help you. I would recommend going somewhere else for service.

Gene Fields was Very helpful! I took my wife’s car there for a new battery. It edited in their lot and would not restart. Gene tried to jump off but was unable to get it to start. They didn’t have the battery I needed but gave me a loaner one to drive down to the store on 15th Street a few miles away where they had what I needed. When I arrived at 15 street store they were not near as helpful asking me to bring my core in and not willing to install the new battery or even carry it out to my car. So I drove back to Lynn Haven store where Mr Fields swapped everything out for me. He went over and above expectations and I highly recommend Lynn Haven Autozone store.
