My hubby needed clove oil for his tooth. The young lady came from behind the counter to show us where it was located. We are Thankful there is still decent people in todays society😉. Great asset to their team.

My experience was at a busy moment..but I dont think customer service is one of their best assets:/

Horrible service. Medication is never correct. Every time I go to pick up my fathers insulin, his medication is wrong or not all there and we have to make multiple trips.

Found several working but non checking employees to be customer disoriented! However, most Checkers six or so out of ten (as an average)to be fairly Customer courteous and Oriented to the Costumer’s needs!This has been over a period of approximately two and a-half years! I will keep coming back! The acceptable outweighs the fringe.

There is available all types of medicines.

Will be taking my business elsewhere. After working in a Walmart Pharmacy as a tech for a couple years I know first hand what goes on back there. My main complaint is not answering the phone. How simple is it to answer a phone? You had two pharmacists working and 4 techs/associates. SOMEONE can answer the phone and SIMPLY transfer my prescription. I guess they like the sound of the phone ringing. Called five times and no answer, so I called in on the prescriber line and was put on hold. After 15 minutes I gave up. Take your script and run. Horrible patient care.

Would rate it a zero if possible. Their pharmacist, Brian Gallaher is the most ego driven, maniac ever. Hence the reason they have 1.9 out of 5 stars. I will never use this pharmacy again. Waiting on a response from his market manager even though he told me he was the manager and didnt report to anyone above him; he said he was not even under the store manager. I later found out this is a lie, and he is accountable to several layers of management both within the store and with corporate. I am also registering a complaint about him to the Fla. Boards as he abused his power and refused to fill a valid prescription all of because he didnt want to. When I further pushed the issue and demanded he do his job, he even told me to leave his store. What a power trip he stays on. Please, go someone else, consumers beware. I have nicknamed him the flamboyant pharmacist because he cant talk without flailing his arms about. Even in normal conversation, he flails his hands and arms like hes angry or is about to break out in a show tune

Always pleasant and professionalIf you dont want to wait in line they offer other options you can utilizeThey have a difficult job to do and I appreciate that they are available to fill my prescriptions

Came here to fill a prescription. The pharmacist said they didnt have it in until tomorrow afternoon. So I came back the following afternoon. The same pharmacist said it wouldnt arrive until a little later. And would be available tomorrow. Well I chose to come back a few hours later. This time a different pharmacist was there and tells me that they didnt have that prescription. I told her what the other pharmacist said. She said that they did get it in but they only get 100 in a bottle and they had already been sold.If medicine is going to be filled that quick you need to be getting more than just 100. Thats ridiculous. Thanks Walmart for wasting my time and gas

2 years ago I gave you a 1 star rating for a few different reasons. Ive been coming back for several months now and it appears that the courteousness and professionalism of the staff has seemed to take an awesome change for the best. So I had to change your rating from a 1 to a 5 and thank the staff for doing what they do.

AS A PHYSICIAN...my best advice is steer clear of this pharmacy. If it wasnt already obvious from the MISERABLE reviews already on this site. They seem to be completely incapable of holding onto a script that is personally called into their pharmacy and given DIRECTLY to their pharmacist.. They are rude and unapologetic about their incapacity to do the most basic of things a pharmacy is supposed to do...FILL PRESCRIPTIONS and after all of the trouble they fill the prescription for 3 times the cost of what GoodRx has listed for this medication FOR THEIR STORE all the while the frozen foods purchased 2 HOURS after the script was called in are melting in the car because they refuse to try to speed up the process on their end, AFTER THEIR SCREW-UP, saying it will take another 25 minutes for a PREPACKAGED SELF PAY PRESCRIPTION....my advice...take all your scripts and RUN....anywhere else but here!!!

Where do I begin? Slow and incompetent would be a start. They don’t have a clue with respect and Literally is a waste of time. Save time and money and don’t bother unless you love long wait times and terrible customer service!

Pathetic, the worst pharmacy ever. The other Walmart Pharmacies Ive used (Callaway) never screwed me over thew way this place did. Ill never use this place again. Steer clear.

The pharmacist Christina treated me like a drug addict because my prescription had been filled at winn dixie prior to this refill. She went out of her way to mention that my doctor and the pharmacists look at my filling habits and it doesnt look good using more than one pharmacy. I went on to explain that LH Walmart pharmacy refused to fill a 90 day prescription after the hurricane, so I was forced to use a winn dixie pharmacy on the beach. When did it become the pharmacists job to pass judgement? Ill be calling corporate.

Was told by the head pharmacy tech my script would be ready in an hour, after an hour & 10 min went to check, other pharmacy tech says another half hour, went to check again after 40 minutes and still not ready. One of the pharmacists was very rude saying they had a pharmacist call in! OK, just quit lying to the customers and tell them its going to be 3 hours so we dont sit in that store and waste our time. Terrible service, will ne ver use this store again!

I honestly dont know how Wal-Mart pharmacy stays in business. Ive been out of my thyroid meds for 2 days now and I keep getting told that it will be delivered today, it doesnt come....oh wait, no today when I call the next day...it is constantly something, I tell them how to run the meds in the system in order to get my insurance to cover them, seriously?? Then they tell me I can call the other Wal-Marts in the area to see if they have my meds and they can transfer it over. Uh thats their job, not mine. I absolutely hate doing business with Wal-Mart pharmacy but my insurance doesnt give me other options....

For the SECOND time within 2 months, (after receiving a text confirming my prescription was ready for pickup) I went there only to be told they had no prescriptions for me. Caused me to miss work because i didnt have my medicine. Unprofessional and unwilling to accept responsibility after speaking with my doctor.

On hold for 20 minutes my bad for holdingThat long what a piece of you knowI own a small business we dont even have a hold option on our phone. If we are they damBusy we call back asap.
