From our sales person, Rey Martinez, to the business manager, Larry Bousbaa, each person was attentive to our needs and expressed desire to make the transaction an enjoyable one. The most important thing we noticed was their respect for Brian Kelly. They were praising him and his philosophy on the dealership. Great service department & sales. I bought a new car last month through salesperson Josh. Although it is difficult to purchase a new car due to the recent semiconductor shortage, this place has more stock than any nearby Jeep dealers. The process of purchasing the vehicle went very well due to Josh.My new car started making unpleasant noises a few days after I bought it. A little waiting period was required, but the service advisor Colby made an effort to quickly deal with the issue of my car. He frequently kept me informed of the progress of the repairs over the phone during the repair process.In my experience, its difficult to find out the cause of noise coming from a car in a repair shop. Surprisingly, Kelly Jeeps service team solved the noise issue. The technician Jonathan who repaired my car tried to solve the issue of my car. He consulted and shared his opinion with me to find out more about the cause of the noise.Kelly Jeep is not located close to my house, but I will visit next time for maintenance, because I trust the service team and their facilities are very nice environment.
I went into the Jeep to buy out my lease - leasing through Ally Bank. For context, Ally conducts zero transaction w the customer - everything has to be done through “any” dealership. Since I leased my car 3 years ago at Kelly and had a good experience, I went back. The finance rep (Frank?) was already upset to have to work w this particular bank before even starting the transaction. He then called the bank and was annoyed with the questions he was getting asked (the bank double checks that the dealership isn’t buying this car themselves in order to resell, and his response would be “I JUST told you, …”) and from then on he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional with me. He did not want to answer my questions, stating “that’s just how it works” and rolling his eyes for every question I asked. He directly insulted me numerous times, actually yelling about how “difficult” I am, how I was ruining his day, and letting me know that “Mr. Kelly is doing you a favor here” by sending the bank the money for the buyout, *as if I wasn’t going to pay for the car (which I did, in cash). In the beginning of the conversation I asked if the buyout would be what was in my contract, and he told me “maybe not, there are other fees”, very vaguely. At one point in our conversation he simply got up and turned his back to me and walked out, and returned with Brian Kelly. While Brian Kelly was able to answer my questions, he did not apologize for his employee’s behavior. As a woman/mom, I would NOT recommend this dealership. The entire interaction was conducted as if I was being called to “take it outside”. It was entirely confrontational, from beginning to end, and I was physically shaking as a result. Had I not had a tight timeline (my lease is up at the end of the month) and be an extremely busy professional mom, I would have gone elsewhere.

I guess Ill start this review by stating that Kelly Jeep was the ONLY dealership in the area selling a Grand Cherokee L UNDER MSRP. I bought my Jeep, and less than a mile down the road a huge alert popped up telling me to service the air suspension immediately. Kelly Jeep took it back, spent the next 24 hours figuring it out, and delivered it to my driveway. I cant fault Kelly for a Jeep manufacturing problem, but i can commend them for fixing it within 24 hours and delivering to me to save me another trip. But I want to focus my review on my salesperson, Kevin Gonzalez. I am a knowledgeable person when it comes to cars. I do my homework, I research the options, and I typically know exactly what I want. It irritates me when I know more than the salesperson. This was absolutely NOT the case with Kevin. He was able to answers any and all questions that I had about the vehicle, and did so with utmost respect. If anyone wants a salesperson that actually knows what they are talking about, I HIGHLY recommend seeking out Kevin Gonzalez at Kelly Jeep.
Called, ready to come in and purchase a brand new 2021 Jeep and was told “don”t bother”, we are selling only to our local market. What does that even mean? We live in Wells Maine for 5 months of the year. It’s garaged in New Hampshire for the winter and we would get it serviced at the dealership in MA. We wanted to to be registered in FL where our other home is located. And we have a beautiful Jeep to trade-in that would give them a resale opportunity. You’re right, “I won’t bother”.

I’ve had my jeep for almost 7 years and therefore have had a lot of oil changes. My experience with Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield was by far the best service experience I’ve ever had. Everyone in the dealership was super friendly and helpful; they even washed my car after changing the oil and rotating the tires! Will definitely be back!
I was ask if I had an appointment, I say no.I added that I tried to make an appointment and was told it was not need it. Service man said, I am just asking. Then tells me that it will take about one hour and half. I was ask if anything else was needed to be done to the car, I say just the oil change and requested a report on the brakes wear and tires. Service man recommended a tire rotation! I say it was already done not to long ago. Service man highly recommended I say it was no need for it only oil change… I waited in the waiting area and sure enough service man came to me and ask again about the tires rotation, I say only oil change. I never got any report on the brakes wear and tire wear request. Also they didn’t like when I presented a coupon from my email from your dealership. Made look as if it was brain surgery to accepted.. much more I can add but no need for it.. I am sure if I had accepted his tires rotation I would probably being treated different.

I had a phenomenal experience with Kelly all because of Larry Bousbaa. I went to complete my lease buyout and he was so kind, patient, (so so patient) and personable. Not only did I leave happy. I felt like I just visited a friend. He was the business manager. I would absolutely highly recommend Kelly specifically for the smooth easy process. I actually had to come back and make a major change to my contract ( my fault.) Any other sales person would have been understandably irritated. But he acted like it was nothing at all. Thanks Larry!

Overall 10/10 experience at Kelly Jeep! They made the process of car buying smooth and simple. Niko and Rey were especially helpful during the experience. Purchasing the vehicle was great. After receiving my first service, I was surprised the service center doesn’t book appointments and also doesn’t even shake out a floor mat - never mind vacuum. For how much Jeeps cost, you think you’d get a higher level of service. They’re certainly not short of people there. Maybe I’m just used to the treatment we get at BMW.
This is quite possibly the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership (and that’s saying a lot). I would give zero stars if I could. We brought my son’s Jeep in to Kelly Jeep with a broken visor and a sky top roof that wasn’t closing tightly. After five days of dealing with a rude and unhelpful service advisor, Reese, who continuously told us the roof issue was still being diagnosed, and the visor was back ordered, we decided to pick up the car and move on. I drove the car 14 hours to North Carolina to my son’s college with an extremely noisy and most likely unsafe roof that wouldn’t close correctly. Once in NC, I dropped the car off at Cox Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Burlington. They fixed the roof issue (all it needed was a bolt!) in a matter of a few hours and replaced the broken visor!!! Amazing!! Kelly Jeep is supposed to be the largest dealership in the country and they couldn’t put a bolt on a roof. Stay away from Kelly. Bigger doesn’t always mean better….

I wish there was a 0 stars option. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. In August I noticed 2 lights on the dash that seemed abnormal. I called the dealership and they didn’t have an appointment for a month and a half. The car was still running fine so I waited for my appointment. I brought the car in and it was $170 upfront to figure out what was even wrong with the car. Then they had the car for 2 days until they could actually tell me what was wrong with it. I agreed to pay $400 to fix the part. Then my mom went to pick the car up the next day, they said they locked the keys in the car. She didn’t have a spare so she paid $40 for a dummy key. Only to realize the keys weren’t even locked in the car like they said. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive of her. Especially the front desk staff. Then when they finally find the keys INSIDE, she goes to turn the car on and it was having the exact same problem. They didn’t fix a single thing. Then after asking what the problem was they said they didn’t know. So basically I spent $500 for no answers and a broken car. Not even offering to refund any of my money. Jeep Kelly is overpriced and a waste of my time.
Brought my new jeep in early for first oil change. Later that day I noticed oil dripping on ground. Brought it to nearest local shop and found oil spilled from top of engine all over and in every crevice of my brand new truck! I brought my jeep into the dealer for it to come back in better shape than it went in and I got it back In much worse. Even after cleaning oil as best as possible I will have oil residue all over new engine. Simply unacceptable.

What a great experience, shopping for cars is usually a pain. This time it honestly felt different. I worked with Nico and Ernest I highly recommend asking for them if you want to deal with someone that will definitely go to extra mile for you. He was the consummate professional and did everything possible to make sure we were happy from start to finish. Steve took pride in every aspect of the sale including the very extensive and helpful vehicle orientation that he gave us when he personally delivered the car. We drove quite a distance to purchase this vehicle but because of how well Steve treated us, we will be returning in the future for our next Jeep. This dealership needs to work on Service skills. I called about getting service, but had a few questions about what issues I was experiencing before scheduling. They charge $159 an hour for labor costs. But when you call with a question about issues your car is having to make an appointment, instead of putting you on the phone with anyone who is slightly knowledgeable about cars, you only get the receptionist.Not even the service manager is willing to get on the phone for a minute to answer a question and make you feel comfortable about scheduling a service appointment. Why would they? When you can just sign a blank check to them for hours of service. I was told to make an appointment if I want to ask a question. Not an honest business here. Look elsewhere for an honest mechanic for your jeep.
It took months to get a part for a brand new jeep! Then I did the leg work to see if it was in. After figuring out that the part arrived I had to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment. Finally after 4 days and waiting for a call back for 4 hours my jeep was ready( ya no kidding you must of processed the paperwork since the rental hold was gone). Go to get my jeeep and no one knows wheee it is! Love my jeep hate this service department always get brushed off.

Great Experience. I visited the dealer in February to look for a Rubicon I had seen on their website, and Janet was our sale rep. We test drove 2 vehicles we were interested in, but ended up ordering a custom one. Janet was very attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone involved in the buying process was great, and by mid April I was driving my new car home. Will definitely be coming back :)

Bought my Hybrid Van here a few years ago. Every time Ive been back everyone has always been extremely helpful. Their service department has been great.Watched an exchange yesterday where a random customer was yelling at the only service agent, threatening to call Mr. Kelly. The agent was polite under pressure dealing with an angry customer who was clearly having a male Karen moment.

My experience with Josh here was amazing! I came in not being sure of what I wanted, I test drove a Cherokee and didn’t feel comfortable in it. I told Josh I wanted something with more room for our growing family and he let me test drive the Grand Cherokee... in 3 days, I left with a 2021 Grand Cherokee and I couldn’t be any more happier about it! Quick to sell you a vehicular, but when it comes to service very poor. My gladiator was making a knocking from the bed Sq week after I bought it and I got the simons paint protection. They just kept giving me the run around when I asked them to fix the paint problems and the issues with the bed. I had to crawl under the truck my self and tighten the bolts that hold the bed in place. SMH. Give them close to 60k for a truck and they can’t even tighten bolts for me. Horrible service.

Rodent chewed at wiring and caused damage with needed repair. Service provided me with a rental and then a loaner, both at no cost, for over two weeks as they were impacted and couldnt schedule me at the time needed. I was treated exceptionally well and appreciate the efforts made on my behalf. The technicians are superb. Melina was kind and understanding. and communicated with me frequently to keep me updated, and also attended to my insurance adjuster.My family has been doing business with the Kelly family since the early 80s. My most recent experience is a reminder why this relationship has been so enduring.
Justin our sales reb did an excellent job. He did everything to save us time, also polite, and knowledgeable. We did not like the operator directing us to the business office. I waited two hour to talk to someone in that department and continually told they were busy. I called every 10 minutes trying to reach someone to ask if I could wire the money and how to proceed with doing this, . I felt she became exasperated with me as well as I was with her. I finally told her at this rate I would cancel the car if I didn’t hear back in fifteen minutes. I heard back in that time frame ! I do not like any business not respecting time . If businesses are so busy they cannot deal with customers in a timely fashion, they shouldn’t be in business,

Just got a new used 2019 Pathfinder at Kelly. Very pleasant experience. My sales agent Ernst was so nice to deal with. Friendly, laid back and professional. He and the finance manager went the extra mile to get me my new ride with minimal hassle and waiting. They lived up to their slogan “we make it easy”. Great price and got a great deal on extended warranty coverage, too which I never get, but it was so cheap, I took advantage. My wife and several others have also told me this dealership works hard to make the car buying experience quick and painless. They do really work hard to please the customer.
