I was nervous coming in but the staff is so incredibly nice, especially Luis Alicea. He took his time and made sure I got what I was looking for. Very laid back. After a very long and very frustrating day of car shopping to replace my vehicle, that was flooded during the passing of Hurricane Ida, which included visits to 7 other dealerships, most of whom did not have anything to sell me that i would approve of, I met Corey at Kelly Nissan and I am happy that the meeting occurred. Corey showed me 5 cars after carefully listening to my requirements, This included 2 cars that I requested but were not appropriate for me, but included because he wanted to let me experience for myself what I needed to learn. He took his time even after I told him that I was interested in other vehicles at other dealerships and even held his offer while I looked at another dealership and returned to him. At no time was he pushy or demanding, beyond the occasional query to see if I needed anything. I wound up purchasing my car from Corey and I am so far extremely happy. I do recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle and you like someone to listen to you and not stress you out, please see Corey at Kelly.
Although the car leasing industry has changed in the last 3 years (in favor of dealers), I still felt like I left with a great deal on my 2022 Pathfinder. It was a higher monthly payment than aIm used to, but overall a very positive experience. Very bad service, my husband and I went to buy a car and the seller told us that the same day we could go out with our new car and 15 days have passed and they still do not give us an answer as to when we can take our new car. The seller does not update us on how the process is going, they always give us a different excuse and they do not have a defined date of when we can take our car. very bad customer service.

I dropped my car off to get an oil change a about 9 am on 5/25 and I left to go run some errands, and never received a call when my car was done. I waited till about 5 pm before I called and they had no idea as to the status of my car. A little ridiculous for just a simple oil change. I lease my car through Kelly Nissan and I have never been more disappointed in the overall service I have received from this location throughout the duration of my lease. I am looking forward to my lease ending and going with another dealership.

There are some employees who are willing to listen and understand what you need and will find a solution however there are other employees who are miserable to speak with and do any business with. It’s unprofessional to provide little to no solutions to issues, and typically pass the buck to other employees which gets no where.It’s unfortunate that I will no longer do business with Kelly Nissan because I enjoy their vehicles and have been a proud owner of two different Nissan’s in the past five years.
I’m rating my sales person a 5 out of 5 because she was phenomenal in every category. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle.She was polite, and she gave the best Customer Service that I’ve gotten in a long time. She was there to show me all the bells and whistles in the Morano and she was very efficient.I have to bring my car back for them to install aSunroof and I hope that goes well because I be hear horror stories about sun roofs being installed after the fact. I also have to get a remote starter installed in about a month so we will see how this goes.So far Nissan and Sarah have impressed me but I have to give all the credit to Sarah. Thank you Sarah
Great car, disappointing service. I love the car I got but I had problems with some of the sales people who work there. Be cautious when it comes to sales people especially Josh Citron. He was very unprofessional, not friendly and difficult to work with. He lied multiple times to try and save himself from being in the wrong. The dealerships slogan is we make it easy but that was not my experience. Nissan is a great car but find another dealership to get your car with. All in all, I was very frustrated and angry with the experience.

I was very skeptical of going back to a car dealership except a big one! I had gone to CarMax and thought they couldn’t be beat and was I as wrong as ever!! Kelly Nissan made the entire buying experience quick, friendly, thorough and actually a pleasant experience! They went through any paperwork I had a question about, the payment was within $20 of what I had asked it to stay around. They have a great extended warranty and even a tire plan that’s like $12 a tire and they will fix or replace any flats or any tire issues and they will also refinish my rims for me anytime I ask for the life of the car or until I sell it or trade it in!! When I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed the heat wasn’t blowing like it should! I called Kelly, they booked me the quickest appointment they had which was less than a week and they even provided me with a complimentary vehicle for the time I dropped my vehicle off until the repairs were complete! They called me and told me I was right about the fan not working replaced what needed to be replaced within 2 days and they called me and told me no rush to come pick up my car anytime before 5pm! They also put a battery in one of the fobs for free! I can say now for sure that Car Max has lost my business and Kelly Nissan or any Kelly dealership has absolutely has my business from now on!! Kelly really does care about you as a person and understands you have a life and can’t stand in a dealership for hours on end like most dealerships and they’re not pushy at all about what you want to buy or if you want to buy!! Kelly’s a great place to buy a guy and more!!

Made my appointment online and it was not in the system when I showed up for my appointment.There was a safety recall on my vehicle and luckily they had the part in stock, but they didnt recalibrate the sensor before they gave me my car back.Also, there were soap spots all over my car from the complimentary cleaning.
I would leave less than one star if possible. They have turned into the quintessential car salesmen. Dishonest and slimy. Too bad. I’ve been buying or leasing from Kelly Nissan since 1988. Sent many people to them. I won’t be back.

I turned in a 2018 Rogue for a 2021 Rogue sport. The transmission went in my 2014 Nissan Rouge - when I bought the car it was 96 thousand miles-ish this happened at 108 thousand. I did not know every 60 to 75 thousand miles you have to flush the transmission and change the filters etc. They were amazing and fixed it with-in 3 days !! Very thankful for their work !! 😊*moral of the story ..... make sure you know what YOUR car requirements are !! 🤦♀️

He was nothing but extraordinary, he gave the best service and was willing to stay longer then his shift to make sure me and my significant other got the care we needed! TOP SALES PERSON THERE!!!! When you go in ask for Josh you won’t be disappointed.
I had not the best experience buying a car from Kelly Nissan, but the staff helped to make up for it after the fact that the car I had signed off on and purchased wasnt ready to be sold. It took two and a half days to get the new SL Rogue I had signed for, where there was a software update issue on it that no one knew about. When I went back the day after to pick it up, I was there for 3 hours waiting to get the car but the software wouldnt update. I had to then leave with a loaner car, and was not sure when or if that car was going to be ready. The next day, Gabe the GM got me a brand new car same model, color, everything and had it driven to me from a worker Anthony there with my plates on it (Thanks Anthony). Adriano the sales rep who was very helpful came down to where I lived a few days later and helped me to setup the car in person with my new registration as well. What started off a bit rocky ended up with great service from Gabe and Adriano.

Had oil change but had a squeal in car that they explained as a bent plate which they tried to correct . Ben was great and told me to call if noise continued. It has and I will be calling to schedule another appt. Apparently there is something else causing noise.

Terrible service at Kelly Nissan Lynnfield.On Monday 3/15 I went to Kelly Nissan Lynnfield for an oil change, tire rotation and State Inspection. Chris, the Service Advisor, advised me that they could not rotate the tires because they have to be replaced and the state Inspection machine was not working. The oil change took almost 2 hours.I made an appointment for the new tires and have my vehicle inspected for Thursday 3/18 at 1pm. They checked my vehicle in at 1pm.At 3:30pm I asked Chris about the status of my vehicle. he stated that they were just finishing up the tires and would be doing the Inspection shortly. I told him to forget the Inspection because I had already spent 2 1/2 hours there today.At approx 3:45 my car was ready without the State Inspection. As I was driving home the LOW TIRE PRESSURE light was on. I called Chris and he said that the car had to be driven a few miles to reset the computer.After driving 24 miles, the LOW TIRE PRESSURE lights were still on and the vehicle was pulling to the right. The light indicated that the right front tire needed air.I went back to Kelly Nissan and again spoke with Chris. He took the car back in and had a mechanic check the tires. The mechanic stated that the air stem valve was not seated properly and he fixed it. I lefty Kelly Nissan at 4:45 pm. Total time today 4 hours and I was not able to get everything i went for. 6 hours total between the two trips. They have a sign in the Service area that says WE RESPECT YOUR TIME. (laughable)Myself and my wife have owned Nissans for approx 20 years. Nice cars, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.Dave Morse

The service rep that I dealt with was professional and told me what to expect from the visit. She also helped me explore options for my vehicles future maintenance. The service department did an excellent job with my car and handle her with care and even gave her a car wash. Extremely grateful for the continued excellent service and thoughtfulness.
You really need to work on your covid safety procedures. Most of the people in the dealership either didnt wear a mask, wore it under their nose, or removed it to speak. There was little to no social distancing among the staff and as a customer I found it difficult to stay 6 feet from people. People are dying, you need to take this seriously.Apart from that, this is the second car Ive gotten from Kelly, and theyre about as good of a dealership as Ive used.

Surprised with a fee.I came in to get my car’s tire repaired. I told them my issue and asked if this specific service was done free of charge, similar to my normal dealer I go to. The service advisor, Chris Vazquez told me “yeah sure, we can take care of that for you”. Assuming his response was that the service was complimentary, I let him take the keys and get the repair done. If something has a cost with it, please annunciate that to your customers instead of surprising them at the end with it. Please don’t lie to try to squeeze money out of people.As well it is an annoyance that the technicians changed my seat and mirror controls. My seat was lifted all the way up with mirrors tilted way down. I don’t know if it’s even possible to drive like this.Anyways, now I know that Colonial Nissan in Medford is worth the extra miles to drive. The free wash here doesn’t matter, as if you didn’t know - Colonial in Medford gives tire repairs for free, and they also give free 27 multi-point inspections with every visit.First and last time here, as I don’t want to have this experience again.

Root canal was more pleasant. The general manager gave me rubber mats at no cost which was nice to help with the negative experience. I had three phone calls negotiating the price at home because of Covid. I went in to dealer and wasthere 5 hours to finalize the deal. The car was not ready whenpromised for pick up 4 days later. Another 4 hours of a scramble to get it ready to go. They went out of their way to make it work, to their credit. During financing, the finance man said don’t come there for service. You guys need a major clean out. Your non management employees seem to be the only ones who know what they are doing. The whole experience reminds me of the 80’s and 90’s when buying a car.Anyway it’s off my chest and all and all I’m happy with my new Murano.
Brought vehicle in for noise and vibration coming from steering wheel. Wanted this problem checked out. Your people said they could not replicate this problem. Problem still exist. I do not know how they could not have experienced this problem while test driving vehicle. I will take my Frontier to my independent mechanic for his opinion reguarding this issue. If he finds a problem or issue with the steering I will be contacting Nissan headquarters for reimbursement.

This is my first lease and they didnt explain the residual payoff amount, so I had to walk out and make sure I was making a wise financial decision once I had all of the information--which I only got when I was about to sign. Spent several hours across two separate visits waiting for their finance folks when I had made previous arrangements to be there at specific times and dates. I signed and paid on a Friday and was told I could pick up the vehicle the following Monday. Nope. Not Tuesday either. Hopefully Wednesday? Nope! Thursday? maybe... or Friday... big disappointment.
Had oil change done on my leased car, no appointment needed, was done on time as promised...nice service, had a complimentary car wash as well. Very pleased with service.

What a wonderful experience at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield! Never in my life did I think I would ever say that about visiting a car dealership! The salesman, Alex, took care of us genuinely while listening to what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend without trying to push us into spending more. I went there with my boyfriend and our two daughters. We needed an upgrade to an SUV and Alex pointed us the exact right direction with a Pathfinder! Our 8 year old was immediately mesmerized by the third row seat and I was floored that Alex knew what we wanted before we did! He is a great family guy and he took care of us. We left with the car of our dreams at a price we can manage without stress! Super friendly service representative. Easy to book service appointment. Only downside, they cannot do nitrogen tire refill here, which is disappointing. All the Nissan dealership that I have been to on the west coast and Canada has this service. I am bit surprised this dealership dont have the equipment for that, given MA is a cold winter state....
