This place is amazing. The employees are the sweetest ever and make me feel so cared for, loved and welcomed. I come to the store sometimes to just hang out with them. They have the best products and always know how to help me find everything I need. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The staff here are genuinely some of the most helpful retail staff Ive ever encountered. They are unfailing polite and go the extra mile if something isnt right.

This store is incredible. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. They turned me into a total lushie. With their help, I learned about what ingredients help with my skin and hair so that I know what to do. When I have questions, they are happy to help and always offer samples when I’m not certain about something. You can’t get a better experience

I think it’s pretty fake that now customers are being treated so respectful and kind when just two weeks ago lush employees were screaming and yelling at customers to get out because they had no mask on WHEN the CDC had already lifted the mask mandate fake as F$&@ if you ask me i will not be shopping here ever again after what i witness and now everyone is all good and dandy hmm wonder why ..

If I could give 10 stars to Lush at Lynnfield I would. I’ve been so happy with Lush, not just because of their products, but also because of their employees. They have some of the kindest, sweetest, most knowledgeable, and courteous employees. My husband had gone to Lush with my daughter couple of months ago, and when I walked in with him yesterday, they recognized him and welcomed us with smiles.During the hight of Covid, I felt absolutely safe going there because they made sure to follow the guidance mandated by CDC. That’s how you keep a business going and your employees employed while providing the best possible service to your customers.

I saw an employee assault a customer today for not wearing a mask and then she proceeded to frantically run out of the store screaming.... I ran into the customer after and he sent me the video of the entire encounter its insane for employees to act in such a manner as to assault customers for whateva reason.... Disgusting service

Such a wonderful experience! I did curbside pick up and the service was great and fast an easy experience. I ordered three products and they gave me two free items with a hand written note. When back in town I will definitely be visiting them again!

I dont like how they treat my friends that go there. They are mask militants.

Did not plan to go but saw it by coincidence. Went in for one shampoo bar, left with conditioners, facemask, hair treatment. The staff was so fun and kind I hung around chatting with them even though I was done shopping. So nice. So friendly. And now I smell like such luxurious glamour that angels would be jealous. And my face is hella soft now. LOVE!! (Facemask is dont look at me)
