Just went in for foundation and a few other items and Leslie took such good care of me! She was very knowledgeable for products to help with my oily skin and foundation that had the full coverage look I was looking for. I always come here but today I had such a great experience with her. Makeup shopping isn’t easy and she was such a big help and had such an amazing personality, deff coming here more often! Thank you again Leslie!

Used to be my favorite Sephora, now one of least. A few very helpful staff. Interesting mix of floor staffWhen you need assistance they notice snd talk about their personal lives. When you don’t need assistance they keep asking. Take it as a comical experience, not to heart. The best products are often out of stock with no assistance offered in locating it

So done with Sephora.Went there to return some stuff that I got online.The woman at the counter rudely tells me that she cant return stuff thats was bought TWO months ago!!! They used to have a relaxed return policy and they CHANGE IT DURING A PANDEMIC? Im not dying to go to Sephora or the post office with a deadly virus everywhere.I gave it one star because some of the women I asked about stuff were nice and helpful. That woman at the register - so snobby.Buh-bye, overpriced makeup.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I went to another location that lacked in customer service and this location really made up for it. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The lady even called me back when she located a sold out item I’d been searching for.

Best makeup ever.

I’ve never written a review before but the employees at this store were so rude I had too. We had 4 different people rudely tell us that they were closing and as we were waiting for our friend to get rung up we received constant eye rolls from whispering employees. Would not go back!

We walked in and the employees went straight up to us and were sure to inform us that they were closing in 5 minutes. We were looking around and we noticed that they were telling just about everyone to hurry up because the registers were going to close. They informed customers very rudely.While I was at the register paying, a customer didn’t know where the line started, the employee ringing me up said to her “THE LINE STARTS OVER THERE”! I am very disappointed and I am definitely not going back to this Sephora, because these employees don’t know how to be friendly!-11/25/18

Went to Sephora for a Full-Face Makeover on Saturday with Shannon and had a great experience. She was both perceptive and insightful. I dont really know very much about makeup and usually keep it pretty simple with drug-store products, but I was going out later that evening to celebrate my birthday so I wanted to look my best. Shannon did a great job of helping me figure out how I wanted my makeup to look despite my lack of knowledge on the subject and was very patient with me trying to choose a lipcolor, showing me multiple brands and shades in the color range that I was going for until we found my absolute favorite. She was also very pleasant to talk to, which helped make the experience all the more enjoyable. I left my appointment feeling beautiful and confident and excited to try out some new products on my own!

I prefer Ulta but occasionally stop into Sephora in Burlington or Lynnfield. While this location has a bit better service than Burlington, they have so little in stock. Also, while one person was great, several times the service was terrible. Once it was 45 minutes before close time and they were vacuuming and telling everyone they close soon.

To the older woman and multiple other employees, to think that I would steal something because I am young shows this business has unprofessional and childish employees. I have shopped at this Sephora plenty of times to know that I can afford makeup and skin care products that are sold at this cosmetic company. You have lost me as a client due to how uncomfortable I was and how disrespected I felt because of your faculty at the Lynnfield location. I walked out of the store disgusted and appalled by how I was treated. To be followed around, pointed at, and talked about all happening directly behind me, the employees that participated in this activity should be ashamed of themselves and reevaluated for their position at Sephora cosmetics.

What I like about Sephora is on your birthday they give you a special birthday bag with some free products in it I make sure I go there every June to get my bag

This store must have the most discriminatory, judgemental, rude, disgusting workers Ive ever experienced in my life. I have gone in this store many times and bought something almost every time I go there. Let it be known I have NEVER shoplifted or stolen in my LIFE. These women followed me around the store, harrassed me about buying their products, even whispering about me on their headsets. I was even accused of stealing by a tall white woman with blonde curls. Another short, stocky, Hispanic woman who wore her hair in two buns was especially rude, implying I was going to steal an eyeshadow I had in my hand. Ive never felt so disrespected and degraded in my life. Im disgusted with this store and the people they have fired. ZERO STARS from me. Do not shop here.
