My husband and I were wandering the mall looking for something to buy me for my birthday, and I decided I wanted a tragus piercing. We walked into Silver Safari and the girl that helped us talked me through the whole process and what earring I should get. Then I only waited about 10 minutes until I was called in. The girl that did my piercing was training someone and she was very professional, explaining everything. They even provided the cleaner for me. It was a great experience and Ill be back for more!

Employees make you feel safe and welcomed. When it comes to piercings they will always make sure and keep you comfortable and will always reassure and explain everything step by step without rush and going at your own pace. Great piercers, great prices and great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. Went here for all my piercings!! Lovely people.

When I went into request information about getting a nose piercing I was greeted very professionally. I was given the facts about what entailed with a nose piercing and given options on what I would have done.This was the first time Id ever had a nose piercing and Jake was the Piercer. He was excellent about discussing every detail of the process. He was kind and professional and made sure I understood how he was going to do this and what the aftercare would look like. I felt very comfortable with him and with the procedure.Overall this was a great experience and Im very happy with all of the people I encountered at Silver Safari. I highly recommend them!

I got my nose pierced by Ricky (with jewelry advising by Bailey) and everybody there was so friendly and warm! I wasn’t too nervous about the overall experience but everybody made me feel really safe and welcome. I would recommend Ricky for any of your piercing needs. The shop itself is clean and well maintained. Jewelry is very organized and the shop itself has cute decor. The pricing seems really fair, and overall I would highly recommend this shop to anybody who wanted to get a piercing!

My piercer was in training (sorry I forget her name) and she was so careful and did an excellent job in helping find the right spot and angle for my piercing. She was supervised by another nice piercer who was encouraging to both the trainee and me. They both made me feel comfortable -with the service and in having it done. I barely felt it. I’ve had several piercings and this guy far was the easiest! Thank you and good job!

I am very impressed by this store. They put a spacer in my nose for me when I had to get an MRI and couldn’t get my hoop out. Then put it back in afterward. All free of charge. This time I got my ears pierced, the needle method. It didn’t hurt while being done and has never hurt after! Very clean store and a very nice, profession group of people.

The staff is always so nice. The store is clean and they offer a ton of selection for jewelry. My daughter and I have had many piercings done here. They always turn out beautifully and I have never had a problem with healing. Im always so happy with the results I am afraid to try anywhere else!

I was re-piercing my nose for the 3rd time and was really nervous because my 2nd time hurt terribly. Bree was so kind and reassuring and it didn’t hurt half as badly as my last experience. Will definitely be going back.

Ricky was excellent super friendly and made me comfortable, I got two piercings done my right nostril and navel they went quick and easy they look great. My only reason for 4 stars is I had to wait quite awhile after paying, in the lobby for them to call my name it took 40 minutes after I had already waited 20-30 minutes for my number to be called. Otherwise excellent but probably advise you not to go on a Saturday afternoon it will be very busy

Took my almost 8 year old in to get her ears pierced and every member of the staff we encountered was extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I really appreciated that she was spoken to and listened to as the customer. They took the extra few minutes to talk directly to her about the different earring options and the process itself and ensured she was comfortable with everything.

The store and piercing areas were nice and very clean. They have a system that allows them to keep the store spaced in a covid safe way.My daughter had her ears pierced and I had my nose pierced. Jake was amazing! He explained the process clearly, gave time for any questions, was reassuring, and did a great job! I took my daughter to Silver Safari to get her first ear piercing (13 yo). They were great! They were very clear on explaining the options and their recommendations. Honestly this place was fantastic! There is 100% a reason they have lines out the door all the time. They are super affordable, extremely kind, professional, and super clean. I think it’s safe to say I’ve found my new home for all piercings, even at the cost of long lines, they have top of the line everything here!They have no pressure on customers to tip but they absolutely deserve it. Honestly a great experience from start to finish. Unlike other places they even send you home with some after care product to keep you clean and safe! I have 2 piercings from here, a belly ring and my most recent a nose, Ricky has done both and is amazing at making sure you are comfortable! They healed perfectly. I never mind the price of the piercing cause its totally worth it most reasonable Ive seen in the Seattle area! :-)

The Silver Safari staff are awesome. I took my wife here for her birthday, we are not piercing enthusiasts by any means, and they were extremely professional. Heather was the piercer and did a fantastic job. She helped my wife feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time and the actual piercing was spot on (and very sanitary if youre wondering). Jake took all her information and got us prepped and checked out. He was super friendly and really helped set a kind tone for it visit. I rarely write reviews, but they deserve your business if youre in the market. Theres a reason theyve lasted in business for 23 years in mall environments. Their customer service, workmanship, and pricing all knock it out of the park.

I was pleasantly surprised on how good this place is! A friend wanted to go here and I’m very skeptical about mall piercing shops. However, the employees were great, super professional, and made sure everyone was as comfortable as possible. I got my septum pierced and they got it right in the sweet spot. They answered all my questions and gave all the info I needed to feel secure there.

It is difficult for me to leave an accurate starred review. I had a good experience choosing jewelry, paying for the service, and with my piercer. It was so easy and comfortable!My issue is with some of the logistics: I was told after I paid that it would be a 15-20 minute wait before I was actually pierced. It ended up being 50, and I almost had to bail and request a refund because I had to get to work. If it is going to be an hour, tell me that! It is really not helpful to say it will take a third of the time that it actually will, and it led to me feeling really irritated while I was waiting.But, my piercer was great and I am so happy with my pierced ears, and would still recommend them, just be prepared for a longer wait.

I have received the majority of my piercings here and they have always been super great. I got a second nose piercing done here just a few days ago and just as always I had a really great experience. A few months ago I got my rook done here and its taken a bit longer for it to heal. When I went in and got my nose done, they were able to set me up with some other stuff to help it heal a little better. Its only been a few days and its already made a significant difference!! They have always given me super beneficial advice for my future piercings as well. Heather pierced my nose the other day, and Ive also been pierced by Liv as well! Both of them are super great! Kevin is also super friendly and gives amazing customer service!!

After calling around for a same-day opening for 3 people, Silver Safari was a win! They were clean, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. They use hollow needle to pierce (at least all of our cartilage) and titanium jewelry, which was important to us. Bri was awesome!

It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. Everyone was super helpful and I didnt feel rushed through the paperwork or my piercing, even though they were already pretty busy.Liv was my piercer - super kind and walked me through the process so I knew what was going on the whole time.

I came in the same day, and fifteen minutes later, I got my septum pierced. It was super easy to make an appointment and my piercer gave me so much reassurance, and made me feel great about the process, it was quick, and didn’t hurt too much. I’ve followed their aftercare instructions, and I haven’t had any infections or anything close. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a piercing :)

Have had my septum and lobes done here - when they pierced my septum they actually pierced my cartilage and with such force that when it finally pushed through she ended up piercing my nostril as well with the same needle... 2 for 1 I guess?My lobes were pierced crooked as well so they have been nothing but a pain--Going in for a consult on these is no easy task either with the long wait timesI get the sense of urgency they must feel having to deal with the constant flow of customers, but in my experience this shop deals on quantity and not quality when it comes to getting a piercing - and that has everything to do with how quickly they are forced to move around and multi-task.As for their selection, they have everything you could possibly need or want. They keep good stock with some pretty good prices to boot.Tldr;I will forever buy my jewelry here, but might just pass on getting it done by them.

I’ve always gone to Silver safari for my own piercing and also taken my niece for various piercings. The technicians have always been really friendly and kind while getting piercings done. Recently they have switched to a numbered system where you wait for you number to be called and it’s one number per group. It means that each interaction is really really long and there seems to be no way to ask quick questions or come in to buy specific jewelry. I tried twice to wait to purchase a pair of earrings that I have bought 7-8 times before and love, but could not wait to purchase. It would be so much more helpful to have a cashier to help customers purchase stuff and possibly a second lone for folks doing piercings. I’m sure they are understaffed as many folks are, but this quick change could help. I however, will be shopping online from now on and taking my family elsewhere as even the way to give feedback was not clear.

Love this place! We even drove 4 hours North just to come to this location for my daughter. We have been going here for years but recently moved to Oregon. It was worth the drive and we will always make that special trip up to Silver Safari!

I took my daughter to get her first nose piercing here and the employees were great, very informative and they have an organized system in place as far as letting customers in the store during COVID. The only things that could have been better, is that the is a little high and her glasses have been catching on it because the mark for the earring was done without her glasses on. Also we didn’t notice until the piercing was done, that it was not the right earring that she has picked out! Other than that, my children get a lot of piercings done there and there have not been any problems. We will still continue to go to Silver Safari for our piercings!

I absolutely LOVE Silver Safari! I’m so thankful my best friend showed me this awesome piercing/jewelry place. Not only do they have a huge selection of all sorts of jewelry but it’s reasonably priced & good quality. The staff is always so polite and helpful as well. I’ve been pierced there a few times and it’s the only place I will continue to go. Jax is my favorite piercer and I will continue to go to her for all my future piercing needs! She’s so kind, considerate, friendly and makes the process so easy & relaxing. This place is 12/10!! If you want a cute, cheap, good quality piercing I high-key recommend this place. All of the employees were super sweet and patient. I went there without an appointment and got my belly button pierced within 30 min on their busiest day of the week. Jake, the one who pierced my bellybutton, was super sweet and quick. Used to get all my piercings here, but I recently moved to Oregon and visited a new piercing place. It seems like Silver Safari is a little behind the times, according to my new piercer and corroborated by the internet. I got an industrial here, which they told me to rotate daily- this is an outdated belief that actually can cause scarring and flesh buildup, which is what happened to me. Additionally, I am a little wary of their cleaning solution, because it seems harsher compared to ones recommend by other piercers. I think its probably fine to get a piercing here, but you might want to check and see if the information that was told to you is up-to-date and the best option available.

My experience was great! Jake pierced my nose and it was a super comfortable and painless experience! I will definitely get more piercings here later on.

Amazing! Went in for my kids first piercings and the whole staff was great. Their take a number system keeps confusion and stress to a minimum. Their jewelry selection is pretty impressive. Heather did the piercings and that human communicates better than any human Ive ever met. Happy to help and talked my kid through literally every step. Even tolerated my parent input with a grace rarely seen. This neurodivergent family will be getting their piercings at silver safari exclusively from now on.

Ive gotten 3 piercings from this business. The piercings themselves were great. The piercers were awesome. The wait time was nuts and the pricing is more expensive than an actual piercing/tattoo shop.

I have had my septum pierced twice before and they have always done a GREAT job. This time however they had an apprentice pierce me for half price which was fine. I figured it wouldnt be perfect. It was extremely crooked though so they decided to repierce it. Again fine. But even when the professional re did it, it was crooked. This piercing was also more painful than others because it took so long for the apprentice to get someone on staff to monitor her, the numbing gel had worn off. They were super nice and all but Im not very happy with the result.

I got my navel piercing there and the piercer was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions. I love how this place puts in the cleaning solution automatically in your total, other places offer it on the side for an additional price. The service at silver safari was the best I have had for any piercing. The piercer was very patient and knew exactly how to pierce the area painlessly with proper sterilization.

Went to get my ears pierced with my sister who was getting a nose peircing and had a great time! The lady at the counter was very friendly and our piercer Jake was super comforting and professional while peircing us and explaining the after care directions. The piercings stopped hurting less than 2 hours afterword and looked great! The wait time was fairly long as they were fairly busy so make sure to come with time to spare!

Heather was amazing!! I went in to get my nose pierced - my first piercing since I was two years old and got my ears pierced - and I was very nervous, mostly about the needle. So she made sure to hide it from me and was very communicative the whole time about what she was going to do and when she was doing it. She was so quick and efficient, and the piercing was painless, literally! I couldn’t believe it, I barely even felt it! Even now, a day and a half later, it’s not even really sore. While I was waiting I bought a ring from the store, and within 12 hours of me buying it the stone fell out and was lost and the prongs broke off of it. Had already headed home out of state or I would have taken it back in. Other than that really like the store and the people in it

I have gotten many piercings done at Silver Safari and all of them have turned out great! My most recent piercing was with Jake and I got my Daith done. He explained the whole process to me and answered any and all questions I had knowledgeably. If/when I decide to get another piercing I will definitely be going back. The staff here is very nice and knowledgeable. They don’t rush you and they take the time to listen to your questions and concerns. My wife and I spent about an hour in the store and once we were ready to make decisions they had us in and out in about 15 minutes and were super nice to our kids as well. You would never expect to find a place like this in the mall but hey that’s where they are at so go see them!

Got my first piercings done here by Jake, just the ear lobes. It was quick and painless, and we talked about our dogs in a very relaxed conversation. The piercing itself was almost painless, and Jake was knowledgeable and clear about aftercare instructions. Plus, the price was right. The people I worked with over the phone and in person were all incredibly kind and professional. They gave great advice for aftercare and even prior to the piercing, helping me with picking the proper placement of the piercing to get the look I wanted. Went in to get my daughters ears pierced for her birthday. The piercers were so great there. One got her setup and then called the other one over so they were able to pierce both ears at the same time. They reassured my daughter that they were just lining the tool up and then informed her when they were going to pierce. I love they did it that way since with a single piercer it’s not unusual for them only wanting to get one done. It was all quickly done. I am very happy with their work.

I had finally decided to get my ears pierced and this place was awesome! The selection of jewelry included in the price was great, and the cost was very reasonable especially for needle piercing vs cartridge. Ricky was the piercer I got and he was amazing. He talked me through every step and I felt like I knew exactly what was happening. He was super professional but also friendly and made the whole experience superb. I wish they would make appointments online but I understand why theyve chosen walk-ins only as the method of service.COVID protocols:- a limit to how many people may be inside the shop at all times (there is a line-up outside and customers are allowed in when greeted by a staff member)- adults must be pierced alone, under 18 are allowed only one adult with them for piercing- at this time, piercings must be placed in areas a mask does not cover, so masks can be worn- they have posted requirement that masks must be worn at all timesI was frustrated to notice that there was a customer not wearing a mask walking around the store sipping a coffee with no confrontation by the staff. Rules should be upheld consistently. This lowers my rating of the establishment by one star; the actual piercing experience and the purchase experience and the quality of jewelry and kindness of the piercer were definitely all five-star deserving.

Perfect experience. Came in with my partner on a whim, came out with the first piercing of my adult life, pain free (numbing gel) and perfectly aligned in my nose! The have 14k gold options for this as well. We recommend them tremendously! We had the Lynnwood location, we each had two different piercers their quality standard is held for sure. He got ear gauges and his piercer had perfect demeanor and depth of knowledge to make a person getting a new piercing feel at ease.

I usually get my piercings done at my local tattoo shop. My daughter got her nose done here and it just looked fabulous. She talked me into getting my nose done again and took me here. The lady who helped me was amazing. She did not try to up sell me on anything. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. The store itself was clean, and after any customer, they were spraying and wiping down. When it was my turn for the piercing, Liv, was wonderful. She walked me through her process and I felt completely comfortable. She was so quick that I barely had time to feel anything. The placing on my nose was perfect. She then walked through the aftercare, and then I was on my way. Will I be back? Absolutely. This place is awesome.

The place was really busy but its easy to see why. Went in to get my nose pierced. They were super helpful and knew what they were talking about. Was advised if I wanted to put a ring in later to let the piercer know, which I did and she made sure to put it in a spot so I could do that. I loved getting pierced here! I got a nose piercing (right nostril) and I had never had one before so I was a bit nervous. I brought my daughter to get her Conch pierced and the customer service was exceptional. The wait was not long at all. And everyone (Staff) were all kind, welcoming, and professional.

I would recommend Silver Safari for quality, professional piercing services. I know it’s kind of corny getting a piercing at a mall in this day and age, but the employees here aren’t hacks. Both piercers I talked to were wonderfully engaging and professional, gave knowledgeable advice, and they had a great vibe, which was the most important thing to me. They took me to a private room with sterilized tools set out just like at the doctor’s. I told Jax (a manager and the woman doing my piercing) what I wanted and asked her to consult on the exact placement. I chose a conch and a cartilage piercing on my right ear. I asked if my wife could weigh in and Jax took me out to the counter. Then Jax was happy to adjust the placement after we all talked without being overbearing at all.The piercings themselves we quick, and Jax explained everything like an old pro. They followed Covid procedures, and even though I was having my ear pierced, I was able to keep my mask on the whole time. If you do choose this place, I recommend going on a Tuesday to get $10 off each body piercing you get. They can really add up! Another reason I liked this place is that they will pierce with small hoops or studs. After having a bad experience getting my last cartilage piercing (they required a stud at that shop), which repeatedly got caught in my hair and mask as it struggled to heal, I was trying to find a place that would do small hoops instead. Jake did my piercing and he was excellent!! He walked me through the piercing process and was very patient and kind. I had a fabulous experience.

I really enjoyed my experience at Silver Safari, getting both sides of my nose pierced. The person who helped me choose my jewelry was knowledgeable about what I should start with. The piercer was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Despite being busy/covid restrictions, I was in and out in a reasonable time! I’m very glad this is where I went.

Absolutely amazing!! My first time getting pierced without the gun and I was so nervous! Jake was wonderful and talked me through everything! The store is clean, the employees are friendly and good at their jobs! Will definitely be going back!
