I came in to print out some documents and ship something out to texas. I came across this young man, he is supper nice, patient and helped me out unconditionally! he is a very handsome young man . His name is something sounded like Tan! UPS store needs more people like him!
I have been making Amazon returns here for years. There was, once upon a time, the nicest people that worked here. I have no idea what has happened over the past year with their employees but the entire group of them are awful. They are not pleasant, rude, appear to hate life, their job or the fact that they are supposed to interact with the public. I wish people who didnt like other people would find another job. I cant seem to figure out if this is just the new normal for people or if UPS just hires terrible people. I waited 10 months and about 38 visits before I decided to leave this review. I had to make sure what I was seeing was consistent. I also spoke with friends who frequent that store to find out if anyone else was feeling the same. They have. Please UPS, fire the life hating people you currently have or them in the warehouse to sort boxes onto trucks. Bring in the social people.
Michelle was great! I went in for a box and had brought my scissors and tape to get my package shipped, and not only did she help me find the right box for my package, she even taped it up for me. I was in and out of there in no time.
All staffs are very friendly except one lady. Ive been using this store to return Amazon items. Last year, I was told that I dont have to bring any box for Amazon returns: just returning items. Recently, I went to this store to return a couple Amazon items. This time I was told that I need to purchase a box for each returning Amazon items. This RUDE lady employee said in cold voice that I had to purchase boxes. I asked why all of sudden? Without any explanation, she said again that I need to purchase boxes. Fine, the policy might have changed. She could explain that the policy has changed.A few weeks before, same lady employee refused to put UPS label on my package. She said that it is HER personal policy not to put customers label. If she is not willing or is afraid putting customers label, why is she working there?Please note that I had no problem with this store. All of my compliant is on this lady employee who is RUDE to her customer and not willing to put label on customers package. This is a perfect example how ONE employee can change this stores reputation. Will NEVER go back to this store....
I have used them to return a modem to Cox and for some Amazon returns. They are fast and I have had no issues.
Had a super bad experience in the store with Michelle the employee I returned 2 post that I ordered from Amazon, and amazon gave me only 1 tag for both, in the store this lady didnt give me other solution than charge 10 dollars for putting some tape to bundle them together with a 10 dlls charge or take them home to do it myself. Post were heavy so had to pay on top of the 23 dollars amazon charged me for returned. I think they really trying to skip some work she couldnt use more than 2ft of tape to put them together but with bad attitude because I didnt want to take them home I end it up paying 10 dlls more, This girl really lack on empathy wish they have a more professional employees or at least to solve the issue.Update: amazon told me that they can just send another tag and send the post separately yo avoid paying 10 dollars more and the people at the store should know that.
I went to print business cards through UPS and Tyler helped me out, and may I say that he was very friendly and made sure I liked the cards before he printed them? Much appreciated!! Ive been there a few times before and everyone was very kind and helpful!
One slow person working. The other can’t help the 15 people in line because they have a project in the back. Been 2nd in line for almost 30 minutes now. Many people are just leaving. Won’t come back.
Pretty consistent poor customer service while not enforcing health restrictions uniformly.
I was there Saturday at 3:30 July 3rd and they were closed. They had a sign posted on the door sign they were closed and would have shorter hours for the July 4th holiday. July 3 hours were 9:30-2:30 and Monday was 9:30-3 or 3:30. I arrived at 12:30 and they were closed. And the signed had been removed. There were other customers also trying to access the store who also seemed to be confused by the store closure.

I called in to this location after a UPS notice was left on my door to pick up a package. When I called in, Dan answered. I told him I wanted to check to see if the package was there. He asked for the number and then replied that he wasn’t at an actual UPS hub and may not have my package. I explained to him that I received notice the package was delivered to his store and to please check again. He sat on the phone and did not respond. I repeated myself and asked him to check. He then asked for my last name and said he had my package and hung up the phone. When I arrived at the store I asked to speak to someone and was referred to Dan. Tyler who helped me and referred me to Dan said there is no one to talk to to file a complaint. At that time Dan handed me a piece of paper with an 800 number on it and said I could leave and file a complaint. I called the number and it was incorrect. Really disappointed there is no one to hold franchise’s accountable for their poor customer service.
I often drop off my Amazon returns here and ship items. Staff is friendly. This week I was in line and got to hear the employee engaged in conversation with an elderly customer. He went above and beyond in patience and explanations. I was very impressed and asked for his name. Luis well done on treating a customer with respect!

I had a really fantastic experience at the store. I recently started frequenting this store because of the convenience of location to my work. After a mild fiasco with Verizon where I was on hold for more than an hour trying to ship back a phone, the young men working in the store were incredibly helpful.Even with the chaos of the holidays everyone working in the store has been incredibly kind. They never seem to nickel-and-dime me over a small piece of tape (like FedEx) and they always seem to have decently staffed to minimize wait times.Even though I came in close to closing, the UPS delivery guy came in to pick up packages and was willing to wait for not only me but also the lady behind me before continuing his route.I highly recommend this particular location.

This store repeatedly ignores phones calls during business hours, and keeps their voicemail box full so you can’t leave a message. My husband took a package to mail (a big box), 30 minutes before closing, and all of the staff seriously just stared at him as he tried to open the locked door. They decided to close early and couldn’t even be bothered to go to the door and let him know. The package was just a drop off, so it wouldn’t have even taken very much time. I’m floored at how unprofessional this location has been.
The woman who helped me, Michelle, was extremely patient and helpful when I messed up and brought the wrong package in. She helped to refund the shipping cost and even printed a new amazon return label that had been covered with a shipping label. Saved me a lot of time and some money, all while being exceptionally kind. Excellent store!
Staff are good and quick, but the reason I give them 3 stars cuz every time I come here. They said they cant find my package. I had to leave work early to stop by and every time. Not only one time. They cant find my package and said I have to come back next day. And when I back home they call me to let me know they found it. What a waste of my time?.

Ive put on hold some package and when came to pick it up with ID, the person said that I need to tell him a tracking number because he is not able to find out where is my package. Unfortunately a notification email asked me to bring just an ID and nothing about a tracking number. So, I didnt have it. Lets continue. The put on hold table contained just a few packages including mine. So, I just suggest one according to its dimensions to UPS guy for courtesy checking and it was wrong one but the second attempt was more successful:) Finally, Ive got the package but it was broken in several places... but its another story:)So, the message is about UPS store staff which is not event trying to help customers. Yes, I didnt have a tracking number. Yes, its only my problem BUT the imitation of a good work is not a good work at all! Thank you.
Dont make a notary appointment, instead just call ahead to see if a notary is in, then show up and wait. I made a morning appointment, the notary was 50 minutes late and no attempts were made to let me know he wouldnt make the appointment. Instead I found out it would be another 30min after Id already waited 10min after my appointment time. They clearly just dont care about appointments. When I wanted to ship my papers, found out UPS shipping is both more expensive and slower than the regular post office.
All the staff are extremely helpful and the owner (who is almost always there) will bend over backwards to help you out. They even take the time to remember all their customers’ names. They treat you so well you will want to ship stuff just so you have an excuse to stop in.
Should change the time on your page when you close because when I showed up at 6pm there was someone behind the counter but doors were locked and person just stood there and looked at me. 15 minutes later I come out of Safeway and gates are closed. Yeah maybe change your time of closing

Dropped a package off here last week and had no problems. Short line from others ahead of me but the workers were fast and attentive. The floor did seem a bit unorganized or cluttered, otherwise a good experience.

The guy did not even acknowledge us until the another employee finished with her customer. Then he immediately jumped in mid conversation and was rude, misinformed, and unhelpful.Not what Ive come to expect from UPS stores. I travel heavily and have been to numerous ones and even have a PMB box back home to get my mail.
