I only went for some acrylic painting supplies, but their selection is very good, divided into 3 sections based on your experience. Each section has a good selection of paints/brushes. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Had everything I was looking for and at a great price. The employees were really nice. No clutter in the walkways and well stocked. Overall a great experience.

My current favorite place to run quickly to and get art supplies. The selection is spot on.

Looked for christmas tree and didnt find one we liked.

Great experience! I shop here frequently and never worry about the store being dirty or aisles blocked from stocking crews or excess product like other stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Went to get something framed. New store was a disappointment. Did not see to me much there. Most of the nice frames were marked as out of stock. An associate tried to help but could not do much as it was not her department and the regular associate there was out for the day. The whole store just had an empty feel. Ended up at Hobby Lobby. Good stock there, fully staffed. Pricing was the same or a bit better. This Michaels location is a pale shadow of its former location.

Sam was excellent! I was greeted and she promptly assisted me with my store pick up! I even spent more because she was so helpful! We need more like you Sam!

Don’t drop your UPS package here at the drop off inside the store unless you want it to get stolen by an employee :) tracking number says it’s still at the store but SOMEHOW the package is no where to be found and was never shipped. Appreciate that.

Like finger painting in the Louvre!My experience rivals that of running with scissors with virtual reality glasses in a whack-a-mole game, and blowing bubbles during an F-5 tornado.Customer service is wonderful, and they had me draw all over their faces at checkout, then they had a Do the Stanky Leg Dance contest for an additional 10% off. I did it, plus I added some old-school Wobble Dance to that mo-fo!Youll love this place! Cmon and draw!

Its a Michaels. Not the best, but its got what you need for crafts and stuff. Employees are usually nice, but theres usually very few of them.

Its my toddlers favorite place to go. Mine too. They always have what we need and the in store and curbside pickup are really convenient on days we cant browse.

This place gets ALL my money here lately! It wasnt until quarantine that I realized I have a crafty side and since this has happened, I LOVE this store. The prices are great for the most part and they typically have everything I need in stock. So if you are a crafty mom or dad, this is your place to shop for supplies!

Picked up some great deals got there right before it closed to pick up a gift for the wife told the girl that was working what I was looking for she took me right to it and know attitude about being there right at closing time as if I had come there at 6PM very very polite and checked me out with a smile wish I would have her name employees like her are so hard to find these days for sure from what I saw if the rest of the staff is even 50% like the young lady that waited on me than is a great craft store to visit

I have always enjoyed shopping at Michaels especially since it was so close to my home. During covid...our store was closed and relocated 20 to 30 mins away without a heads up. So where I live there is no arts and crafts store. Highly upsetting. Disappointing. I went to this location out of need and the store didnt have much variety in stock. I buy lots of scrapbooking items and they barely had stickers. The service we received was fine. Thanks.
