Bought a car June 17th by the August 6th my car won’t crank up bad battery Nd alternator went out on me

Buyers beware, bought a car and transmission went out

Im not quite sure. I had questions myself but they do seem friendly.

I purchased a vehicle 9days ago,and the transmission has gone out. Very upsetting. However they said they would help me repair it. They refunded a third of the repair cost. Also it was sold by then for a friend. And it was not one of their vehicles. I will do business with them again.

They met us on Labor Day so that we could purchase a 2008 Nissan Frontier we saw on their lot on Sunday. This was the easiest transaction Ive ever had. Everyone affiliated with this company were awesome to deal with. I highly recommend them!

HRM Auto Sales May have a nice selection for cars but I advise you to take whatever vehicle you decide to get please take it to a mechanic before you purchase. I purchased a 2009 Honda Civic and the compressor went out in 4 days of the purchase. When I called the salesman he stated that the compressor goes out after so many miles I’m like are you serious so basically you knew that the compressor was going bad when you sold the car but I’m so glad I only got one vehicle from here because I was interested in a truck as well but I’m telling future buyer please check the vehicle out before you purchase. Spent 5,500 for the the vehicle and turn around had to purchase a compressor. I most definitely want purchase again.

Cant find pay work for when bought it and they about you being in there system.

I am from Canada and purchased a 2007 Beetle convertible from HRM remotely. Had someone go inspect it on my behalf and it checked out fine. Their staff were great at helping out with the paperwork. After I made the purchase the owner drove it for a few days to ensure it would be ready for a long trip. Changed the oil and touched up a couple of things. He was also kind enough to drive it to the Atlanta airport for us - saving about 4 hours of driving.When we got the car it was better than advertised. Car is in great shape - looks like it was well looked after. Car is a dream to drive. Made it back to Canada with no issues whatsoever. People who see the car think it is new - but it is a 2007.Very happy with the service and all the help from the staff at HRM.

At the very LAST minute, I found HRM. I was actually going to go to an auction, but the night before, I found my DREAM CAR ( a suburban) on car story which led me to their website. And let me just tell you, they were very nice and accomodating. After test driving and inspecting, I was sold. All used cars will break down or need some sort of repair. Some people are giving low ratings bc their car needed a repair and they assume that the dealer knew the car would break down. HRM fully disclosed everything to me about my new suburban. I offered cash and was able to agree on a very amazing deal for my car. They are not pushy... The car literally sold itself. Everything on their lot is clean and nice. And guess what? The owner told me its his policy that no car is sold unless all necessary repairs are done first. I will buy from them again and recommend them to any and every one I know thats looking for a car. Their prices are super reasonable. I havent been able to wipe off my same cheesy smile since I bought my new baby :) ooo wee she looks good sitting in my driveway :)

My daughter bought her first car from HRM. The buying experience was the fastest and simplest of my life. No time wasting games here. She paid cash in full, which Im sure helped. If you need to finance youll need a minimum of $1500 down.

HRM MOTORS is all about lies, broken promises, and deceitful acts. Let me suffice to say that this is the worst auto dealership one might ever find in the entire planet. Never fall for the super (though phony) smiley faces of those sales people. Indeed, the more you respect and trust them, the more they disrespect and con you in any way possible. Two words (repeated three times) to the wise: Avoid it, avoid it, avoid it!

Never again will I buy a car from HRM. I went there looking for a nice used car at a reasonable price that would be reliable. So I purchased a 2004 Acura TL from them. Considering I go to school all the way in Albany, I did the online application and got approved. I came all the way back home to Macon and had all intentions on buying the car, which clearly I did. Once I got there I was impressed that the cars appearance was actually better in person than it was online. However, I realized as I was checking the car out that the right head light was completely out and the trunk button inside the car was broken (which they failed to mention). So I brought it to the salesmans attention, she went in to talk to her boss, and the only thing they did was take $100 off of the price for the trunk button. However the headlight, they didnt want to fix, until I told them that I wasnt buying it with a broken head light. At that point I should have realized that the this place wasnt the place for me. But being that that seemed to be the only thing wrong with it, I agreed to let them fix the light and purchased the vehicle. Less than a month later, I began to notice that my car didnt want to crank and the engine wouldnt turn over on the first try when I wanted to crank it. A month later I had to replace the fuel pump, which cost me almost $600, and I had no more issues with the engine not wanting to turn over. Two months later I had to get the starter replaced (another $500) because my car kept not wanting to crank In the most random places and I would take it 2 hours to crank back up. Just two weeks ago I found out that I have to get a new transmission or either have to get it rebuilt which could cost me almost up to $2350-4000. I am putting more into fixing the car than I actually paid for it almost and I havent even had this car 6 months. I want to get rid of it but now I am stuck with it.

This company is a rip off...dont ever go to them and think that they really wanna help you and make you deals....make sure you get everything in writing, because my situation was i was looking for something resonable that I can pay off in six months to a year...so I saw a white wide body c1500 it wasnt in great shape but was cheap ($1450). So I sent them a email about the truck and said that I could pay 500 down and $150 a month until payed In full. So I was contacted by Hamid and was offered a deal that if I keep my payments at $150 and pay the note off with my tax return I could get in it. So I agreed not knowing that they boosted the truck from $1450 to almost $3000. And injury to insult after fixing wear and tear on the truck some stole the truck and my insurance has played the whole total of the truck and now Im still out of a car...they havent offered me another to ride in or anything... I would never ever do business with HRM auto sales again in life...

Hassle free transaction, I bought a 2007 Nissan Titan 3months ago and it has been nothing but great, it was very clean, and they let me test drive it multiple times and told me to take my time. I will do business again with hrm.
