Very good and my wife and I are very pleased!We actually purchased a used car from this dealer and had a good experience. Im the type that pays cash for my cars so, although Ive bought several in my life, this was actually the first purchase I ever made from an actual dealer so that was new for me but certainly not bad. Typically, Ive always been able to find the best deals buying from a private individual but that was not the case for this car purchase. GTR Motors had the exact car my wife and I wanted and at a very good price...good enough that my wife and I drove over 8 hours from Kentucky to Georgia (on Thanksgiving day) to see and test drive the vehicle on Black Friday.Before we made the trip to see it, I had interations with several of the employees and even the owner. All of those men were very friendly and willing to help. They never made it seem like they were bothered with my requests for additional pictures or to answer all my questions before we committed to make the trip to come see it for a test drive. They also were very kind about holding the car for us a few days since we were coming from out of state to see it.When we arrived they greeted us warmly and after a little small talk we went to look at the car. I had told them it was extremely important to us that the car had not been smoked in and I was very appreciative that the car was not running when we arrived and you could tell it hadnt likely been started in several days even. (I once had a dealer try to mask a smoke smell by starting it and running the A/C several minutes before I saw it...not these guys!)Were reasonable people I think (my wife and I) but were also very particular when spending our money and we have zero problem walking away from a car that isnt the right one for us, even after the expense of a rental car, hotel stay, and fuel to see it. Keep in mind also, we were buying a used car with over 120k miles and so being reasonable people we knew and expected there would be some imperfections. Most of those flaws we knew about before making the trip but we did discover a few additonal things we had not anticipated but they were minor.Ultimately, Billy, our salesman, was very understanding and worked with us as much as he could on the two issues my wife and I had with the car. Ultimately we came to a mutual agreement that was satisfactory for my wife and I and we completed the sale. Its now Monday and we purchase the car on Friday last week so weve only owned it less than a week still but the car made the trip home to Kentucky from Georgia without any issues whatsoever...didnt over heat, no dash lights, no strange noises or sounds, and everything still working during and after the 500+ miles drive home.I would not hesitate to purchase from these gentleman again. I believe all of them to be honest and reasonable. If you also are an honest and reasonable person you also will likely enjoy purchasing from GTR Motors.

And worked with me to get a reasonable payment. I really needed a dependable truck for all of my different activities. Horrible. Not even 30 days out & my van broke down leaving me stranded 800 miles from home. They are not offering any help even though a simple diagnostic would have discovered this issue.

My experience was excellent the staff are friendly and have good ties with lenders as well I was able to get out from underwater on my trade and get a more affordable payment I would recommend this dealer. Also they stood behind the sale my car needed a major repair and the dealer Did not hesitate to go 50-50 with me on a car that was sold as is Thanks guys look forward to future business.

BEWARE! CHECK EVERYTHING over before you buy a vehicle from them. Even if it is advertised as having something it does not mean that it has it. In their minds you can say it has the item whether it works or not. For instance with our vehicle they advertised it as having a 6 changer CD player. They should have written broken 6 changer cd player. I did not think to check the CD player instead I took their word that when they advertise it has something they are being honest. After all they are a company not a individual selling it on the road. Well that was very wrong. The day after we bought it we found that the CD player does not load CDs. We asked them about it immediately and they said they would check into it and get back with us. 2 weeks went by and we did not hear from them. I called back spoke with one of the owners and he assured me he would look into it that day and call me back that day. Two more weeks go by and I still do not hear from him. CUSTOMER SERVICE????? When I finally spoke with him now 4 weeks later he said oh sorry I am a forgetful person just ask my wife i forget things that are a lot more important then cd players. REALLY???? He then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do that a used vehicle is sold as is. Okay yes I understand that a used vehicle is sold as is but does that allow a dealership to lie? If they didnt advertise that it had a 6 CD changer that would be one thing but when that is on the vehicles description that is deceptive at best. So my advice is if you do go with this GTR Motors be sure to CHECK EVERYTHING OVER that they claim the vehicle has. They will NOT try to make things right as they say it is your fault basically for not catching that it didnt work. So basically they are saying It is my fault for trusting their word??? I know this is just a CD player but it will still cost me to repair it and i cant help but wonder what else they would be willing to do this with too.
