The salesman was new which was acceptable but once my payment frequency needed correcting all things went to hell. It was if everyone was clueless communicating with their finance people, who btw are wonderful. This is not a good company had to many issues with them. They do not work with you even if you pay your bills on time. I am happy to be doing business with five star, if you have a vehicle from this company your vehicle has a shut off device. And if you have problems with employment, if your injuried on the job, whatever reason you have, your car will be shut off!! Tomorrow I make my final payment, I have advised this company never to write me again.

I came in today with an appointment at eleven on april 15 2021. (So as this post does not get lost or ignored)I was told the items my husband needed to have AFTER his pre approval for the actual approval stage. First mishap was they said the check stubs did not need to be printed they would handle that. I had to leave and come back after receiving printed check stubs from my temp agency. The man jamal or whomever stated when WE called back to inquiry about the approval that the finance company or whichever stated the check stubs appeared to be fake. The incredulous statement made by a representative of us auto sales in macon ga. And now would need bank statements proving the accountability of the papers I had to go and get. I assume this agency is sketchy to say in the least not my husbands check stubs. And now after reviewing reviews, Im appalled at the similar lack of professionalism. I would hope before I receive all of the information I have to given them that it will be safe. I asked that the manager named lance to call me but I see it will not happen in a timely fashion.

My daughter was sold a car on March 23, 2021 by Aldo Statham. We found out after driving the car for a long distance that one of the front tires was missing 3 lug nuts off of it. Then after taking it to the shop who holds there warranty that the car needs brakes and rotors all the way around the car. Its a shame that they dont even take the time to check these cars out before they put them on the lot. All I can say is thank God nothing happened to my child because I would have sued them out their @$$.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS WITH THESE OVERPRICED CARS TO ANYONE!!!!

This place is horrible. I purchased a car from them last year in June. I’ve been paying my car note and collateral insurance over the phone through the automatic system for a year now but now all of a sudden I’m behind on my collateral protection payments because all the money has been going towards my car and not towards the collateral insurance. Not too mention they are overpriced anyway on their cars. They rarely report to the credit bureaus. My amount hasn’t went down one bit and it’s been a little over a year with 100% payment history. I can’t wait to trade this car in next month with another company so I won’t have to deal with them anymore.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! I bought a 2015 Ford Escape SE with only 87,300 miles on it for $17k+. I have not even placed a regular tag on it yet!!! After driving it for 1,700 miles I placed it in a shop because there was an issue with water in the radiator and losing power on acceleration. Come to find out when utilizing the warranty I was paying for, the cylinder wall inside the engine block was cracked and allowing water to seep into the oil in the engine. The ONLY repair for this is a new engine. The repair dealership said he suggested they replace the vehicle with a different one instead of repairing this one and that repairs were probably going to take several weeks due to shutdowns in warehouses and trucking companies from the COVID 19 pandemic delaying parts and shipping. After the claim is made, it may take a few days to several weeks for their deciding board to make a choice on either approving the warranty repairs or not. To help me keep my job, I was told they offer rental reimbursement IF THE REPAIRS ARE APPROVED and they were sorry for the inconvenience. So now I have to pay for the payment on the vehicle, the warranty deductible, and car rental while HOPING the repairs are approved!!!! Really??? Sorry for the inconvenience??? WOW!!!! Wonderful customer service!!!!

Do not buy a car from this place! I purchased my car back in August of 2019 and the vehicle has been having breakdowns and issues ever since! The key would get stuck in ignition, broken fuel pressure sensor which causes my car to go into power reduced mode. US Auto Sales will not take any responsibility and the have neglected to follow through with anything that they said they were going to do. I’ve called corporate and everything! This company is very unprofessional and they do not value their customers! I have received nothing but unfair treatment from U.S Auto Sales.

Visited the dealership a few days ago. I was out on the lot looking for about 10 mins and no one came out. A gentlemen by the name of Jamaal saw me as he as about to leave to go to lunch. He got out of his car and explain everything to me and even wanted to get everything started so I could get a car, I explained that I wasnt ready because I wouldnt have my down payment until this weekend and besides I didnt want to interfere with his lunch time. He told me and my wife the we were his priority at the moment and that he could eat later, even jokingly saying that he needed to loose a few pounds anyway (so do I). He explained the entire process and even took the time to show us a few cars that he had on the lot and invited us inside and showed us some cars at another location that he could possibly get. He was great, he didnt rush us. He answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge. I advise anyone who is looking for a car to go see him. He gave me his card.
